多敏企业3年目标 东南亚出口占20%

（吉隆坡29日讯）由于经济展望改善，多敏企业（DOMINAN，7169，主板工业产品股）冀望东南亚出口业务在本财年将走高。
目前，多敏企业生产的产品，主要作为产业、家具、内部设计和建筑材料用途。
该公司副董事经理黄玉春在股东大会中表示，对于东南亚今年展望相当乐观，而出口在上财年占公司营业额14%份额。
他希望，目前进行中的扩展策略能在未来3年，把出口对营业额贡献提高至20%。
黄玉春表示，建筑材料和室内装饰需求与产业领域息息相关，而东南亚新兴市场提供相当的增长潜力。
“我们已经进军的市场，即泰国、印尼和菲律宾，无论是人口规模和富裕都与经济增长扩展同步。”
因此，多敏企业计划将产能提高，以符合目标市场需求。
目前，多敏企业在柔佛、雪兰莪、槟城和越南都设有厂房。
黄玉春表示，柔佛和双溪毛糯厂房负责应付来自印尼和菲律宾的需求，而槟城厂房则负责泰国市场。
去年11月，该公司在槟城大山脚购买5英亩土地，以兴建厂房，预计在2016年完成。
该公司计划，把槟城原有业务转移至新厂房，预计将为新址土地和建筑物投资1600万令吉。
黄玉春表示，这些扩展计划将让公司扩大压缩面板（laminated panel product）在北马的市场份额，也能满足泰国市场。【南洋网财经】 |

木材製造業多敏企業（DOMINAN，7169，主板工業產品組）副董事經理黃玉春表示，木製建材的需求，取決於產業市場的供需，兩者是是唇齒相依的關係。
公司產品遠銷至新加坡、泰國、印尼、菲律賓、日本、美國、歐洲等等，而東南亞是個相當有潛力的發展市場。
他表示：“泰國、印尼及菲律賓的經濟正在成長中，而富裕階層的人口也隨著不斷增加，這無疑有利於產品的銷售。”
客戶群體包括家具製造商、承包商、批發商及硬件零售商。
公司目前有4間工廠分佈在麻坡、雙溪毛糯、大山腳及越南胡志明市。麻坡及雙溪毛糯的工廠主要供應菲律賓市場，而大山腳的工廠主要供應給泰國。
目前，公司已經在大山腳的廠房進行擴建工程，並為此添置了5英畝的土地，預計2016年可完工，該擴建工程投資額為1千600萬令吉。該擴建計劃預計能使公司增加在北馬的市佔率並供應泰國市場的需求。
他說：“綜合上述的計劃，我們預計2015財政年出口業務會比上個財政年增加14%，三年內出口的業務佔總營業額的20%，並放眼公司成為東南亞最大的木材製造業的出口商。”

国内房市放缓恐冲击 多敏企业冀拓东南亚市场

（吉隆坡23日讯）房市放软恐将在两年后冲击国内木材产品家具需求，多敏企业（DOMINAN，7169，主板工业产品股）放眼扩大东南亚市场，以多元化财源。
多敏企业副董事经理黄玉春接受《The Edge》访问时指出，随着越来越多产业计划延迟完工，家具和其他家用相关产品的消费也会随之减少。
据了解，房市走软对家具业整体影响，通常需2年以上才显现，即2017和2018年。
“为此，我们放眼提高至东南亚的出口，除了目前已进军的泰国、印尼和菲律宾，也希望能进入新市场。”
在2014财年中，出口占营收的14%，该公司冀望在3年内将此比例提高至20%。
另一方面，黄玉春相信家具制造商将逐渐从实木，转向工程木，因俄罗斯等国家已开始针对粗原木征收较高的出口税，缅甸是直接禁止出口，使用工程木对业者来说更有利。
他表示，该公司有信心2015财年营业额可增长10%，甚至希望能突破5亿令吉大关。

多敏3600萬設新廠‧放眼營收破5億

木料產品製造及批發商多敏企業（DOMINAN，7169，主板工業產品組）3年內投資3千600萬令吉建設新廠，放眼2015財政年營業額突破5億令吉。
該公司副董事經理黃玉春接受《投資致富》訪問時表示，接下來將專注於建設新廠及在海外開發新據點，拓展泰國市場，探討進軍印尼及菲律賓。
“看好人口比較多的國家，尤其是中產階級崛起的區域，當產業需求增長，中等收入家庭、學生對價格可負擔及淘汰率較高的木質傢俱有一定的需求，潛能不容忽視。”
該公司產品特色除了利用再殖林材料取代原木，加工成環保人造木材產品（Engineered Wood）外，價格也比原木製成品低，且品質穩定，可根據買家需求準確預算成本，不造成資源浪費。
多敏企業於1992年從新加坡開始批發業務，1993年投入大馬市場，為大馬第一家生產涂層中密度纖維板木模（Medium Density Fiberboard，MDF）的公司，產品出口90%至全球二十多個國家，包括歐美澳市場。
2003年10月在吉隆坡交易所第二板上市，2005年轉主板及把業務拓展至澳洲，2007年在越南設廠，2013年拓展至泰國市場。
目前該公司出口60%產品，鑒於過去幾年歐美澳市場需求放緩，亞洲及中東市場接受度提昇，佔出口市場50%比例，本地市場則在5至10年增長至40%。以前歐美澳經濟景氣時，佔該公司出口比例的80%。
龍溪和大山腳設廠
去年分別在雪蘭莪龍溪及檳城大山腳購買土地，打算利用新土地擴大現有工廠及倉庫，土地面積分別為10英畝及5英畝。
“龍溪工廠及倉庫投資額約2千萬令吉，計劃將現有巴生河流域工廠及銷售處遷至該處，除了服務中南馬市場，未來也會負責即將開拓的印尼及菲律賓市場，不過該地還需從農業地轉換至商業地，估計僅於2017財政年完成。”
他說，公司產品已出口至印尼及菲律賓，目前還在研究這兩個潛在市場是否進一步投資或設立子公司。
如今多敏企業是在巴生河流域租賃工廠及銷售處，地點分別在雙溪毛糯及蒲種。
至於大山腳地段，投資額為1千600萬令吉，負責北馬及泰國市場，預計2016財政年竣工。
該公司現有檳城工廠位於北海，黃玉春計劃脫售該廠，利用新土地建設更大的工廠與倉庫，以支撐北馬和泰國南部不斷拓展的業務。
“去年多敏企業已在泰國曼谷成立子公司，希望打穩市場基礎後，複製大馬及澳洲業務策略至泰國市場，進一步拓展至其他地區省份。”
目前該公司在大馬設有11個辦事處，分別位於柔佛、麻坡、吉隆坡、怡保、檳城、哥打峇魯、瓜拉登嘉樓、關丹、亞庇、古晉及詩巫。
另外也在澳洲各大城市、越南胡志明市及河內、新加坡設有海外辦事處，工廠則位於柔佛的甘拔士（Kempas）、古來及麻坡、吉隆坡、檳城及越南。
當被詢及未來業務前景時，他認為木材業不再是傳統的“夕陽工業”，公司所經營的業務是有前景及空間可發揮的工業。
“過去10年，公司每年營業額多數達10%增長率，如今原木價格越來越貴，相信公司產品可爭取原木市場需求，增加市佔率，因此看好2015財政年營業額有望突破5億令吉。”
截至2014年6月30日第一季止，該公司取得1億3千400萬令吉營業額，上個財政年營業額接近4億8千萬令吉。
至於3千600萬令吉的投資資金，他說將通過內部資金及銀行貸款融資，因此不會影響公司派息，料可維持去年相同水平。
目前該公司持有2千800萬令吉現金，不過未設派息政策，但每年都穩定派息，去年共派息4仙，其中一年因日本311海嘯帶動產品需求，獲利走揚，最高曾派息7仙。（星洲日報／投資致富‧企業故事‧文：郭曉芳） |

多敏企業1500萬售工廠地

（吉隆坡19日訊）多敏企業（DOMINAN，7169，主要板工業）宣布，1500萬令吉脫售位于雪州八打靈縣土地及廠房，並興建新工業建築。
該公司向馬證交所報備指出，子公司Ikta私人有限公司已簽署買賣協議，脫售聯同工廠在內的永久地契土地，面積4047平方公尺，脫售所得將用作興建新的工業建築兼倉庫。
文告中指出，根據Ikta近期脫售的週邊房地產價格做比較后，擬定該脫售價碼；該公司今年3月底曾脫售一項房產，估值1041萬令吉。
“籌資所得將供未來3年內使用，並且用以興建內部使用的新工業建築兼倉庫。”
該公司預計，脫售計劃將在簽署協議后3個月內完成，不影響淨資產，但每股盈利料增約7仙。【中国报财经】

Peringgit Sri Motor Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 199876-T) at a sales consideration of RM15,000,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia : Fifteen Million Only).
