全年淨利大漲56% SCICOM每5股送1紅股

（吉隆坡27日訊）SCICOM（SCICOM，0099，主要板貿服）截至6月底2014財年末季淨利和營業額皆成長，宣布派息2仙，同時也建議每持5股現有股，獲1股紅股。

SCICOM向馬證交所報備，第4季淨利按年起25%至659萬令吉，營業額升35%至4471萬令吉。

總結全年，該公司淨賺2320萬令吉，相比去年同期高出56%，營業額則增20%至1億6014萬令吉。

根據報備文件，該公司淨利成長主要因為提供外包服務（Outsourcing），及培訓與咨詢兩業務都有助改善營業額，再加上外匯收益。

配合業績宣布，SCICOM將在9月26日派發每股2仙中期股息，總值592萬4226令吉，除權日鎖定在9月9日。

另外，該公司也建議，以5送1的比例，發送高達5924萬2260股紅股。

該公司指出，紅股議案旨在回饋股東、改善流通量，及擴大股本，以更能反映目前的營運和資產規模。【中国报财经】

希世康亞太增設支援中心

（吉隆坡17日訊）希世康（SCICOM,0099,主板貿服組）計劃未來在亞太地區設立更多支援中心以擴大區域市場佔有率。

該公司首席執行員里奧阿利耶納耶甘在股東大會後向記者表示，公司目前在大馬、印尼及斯里蘭卡設有支援中心，未來會儘快在亞太地區設立更多的支援中心。

他表示，其同行一般較注重呼叫中心（Callcenter）業務，以量取勝，而該公司提供一站式服務，注重高階客戶與收入。

公司目前已經多元化業務至電子商務、職業培訓、政府服務及客服管理。

他說，公司每個部門的盈利貢獻都有所不同。他舉例，今年主要的貢獻是來自政府服務，明年就是職業培訓業務的貢獻。

“市場上的職業培訓課程人數一般可供100人左右，而希世康可提供1千人的職業培訓，這也是政府與我們合作的原因。”

將吸納馬航被遣散員工

根據國庫控股8月29日文告指出，馬航（MAS,3786,主板貿服組）進行重組後，部份員工將會遣散，希世康將為被遣送的員工進行教育與職業培訓，並吸納成為員工，有關人數約2千人。

詢及股息方面，他表示，公司在2014財政年派發率達90%，若公司有擴展計劃，那必須保留更多的現金以作應對。

“一般上公司的派息率超過50%。”

他說，公司目前沒有任何的負債，相信憑藉技術、能力、經驗及現金，現財年的業績會比上財年有更好的表現。

首季淨利升38.68%派息1.5仙

該公司也在盤後宣佈2015財政年首季業績，淨利上升38.68%至725萬令吉。

首季營業額4千347萬9千令吉，上升17.43%。

我們因4大正面因素看好該股，第一、前景成長強勁，旗下大馬教育全球服務中心（簡稱EMGS）將開始全面貢獻特許經營盈利；第二、業務擴展性高；第三、涵蓋跨國公司的龐大客戶群；第四、估計約4%的可觀股息回酬。

除了派發誘人股息，該公司週一（17日）在特別股東大會上，通過5送1紅股的建議，除權日鎖定在下週四（27日）。

我們持續對SCICOM盈利前景感樂觀，因為傳統業務流程外包（BPO）業務盈利穩定，再加上越來越多外國學生申請簽證，有助帶動EMGS業務迅速成長。

希世康全購斯里蘭卡子公司

（吉隆坡13日訊）希世康（SCICOM,0099,主板貿服組）宣佈以1千575萬斯里蘭卡盧比（約39萬5千令吉），收購旗下斯里蘭卡子公司──希世康蘭卡（私人）有限公司的剩餘30%股權。

SCICOM（SCICOM，0099，主要板貿服）業務成長貢獻源自大馬教育全球服務中心（EMGS）的政府電子服務，預計一旦語言學府和公立高等教育機構都獲取此服務，相關業務將更為強大。

根據“馬新社”近期新聞，語言學府和公立學府的大馬教育全球服務中心將展延至3月1日和4月1日才落實，延期高達3個月時間。整體而言，延期實施未有帶來任何憂慮，因實施將有助加強SCICOM長期盈利流。

因此我們修正該公司2015至2017財年每股盈利預測，分別下修7.5%、2.2%和2.2%，同時調整私人高教機構學生登記人數。

我們正面看待SCICOM盈利前景，傳統業務流程外包（BPO）業務提供穩定盈利，至于大馬教育全球服務中心業務的強勁和持穩盈利流，將與海外學生申請簽證的成長幅度雷同。

SCICOM投資評級維持在“買進”，合理價上修至2.39令吉，該公司4%股息收益也具吸引力。

答：
（1）截至2014年12月31日為止第二季，希世康的淨利增加至769萬3千令吉（每股淨利為2.16仙），前期淨利為546萬5千令吉（每股淨利為1.54仙）。而第二季的營業額增加至4千198萬9千令吉，前期為3千850萬8千令吉。該公司保持派發每股2.00仙的股息。

首6個月，該公司的淨利為1千494萬3千令吉（每股淨利為4.59仙），前期淨利為1千零69萬3千令吉（每股淨利為3.01仙）。而營業額增加至8千546萬8千令吉，前期為7千553萬3千令吉。

截至2014年12月31日為止，該公司的每股資產值為21仙。
