诚信明年首季推2.1亿产业

（吉隆坡25日讯）诚信（RPB，8885，主板贸服股）将在明年首季，推出发展总值2.1亿令吉的产业项目。

总执行长拿汀陈艾琳（译音）日前在股东大会结束后指出，即将推介的项目，包括1.4亿令吉的波德申Admiral Hill第一期项目，以及柔佛Bandar Tenggara的7亿令吉Desa Impian第二期工程。

拟海外推Admiral Hill

其中，Admiral Hill第一期项目将兴建92个单层别墅单位；Desa Impian第二期工程，则是148个单层与双层店屋。

“预期我们因令吉走软受惠，因为我们正计划在国外推介Admiral Hill项目，吸引外国买家。”

在酒店业务方面，相信也能够发展顺利，因为在令吉贬值的环境中，可吸引更多国外旅客前来我国消费。

“目前的营运环境很具挑战，旅游业务可能难以在现财年交出亮眼成绩，但公司正进行重组活动，冀望可改善表现。”

截至6月杪首季，诚信净亏223万令吉，去年同期则净赚32万3000令吉；首季营业额报4249万令吉，按年微涨0.07%。

在这当中，旅游业务贡献了60%的营业额，其余则来自酒店与产业发展业务。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡13日讯）前财政部长敦达因儿子晋升Reliance Pacific Bhd大股东，激励该股攀至一年新高。

Reliance Pacific今早开盘一度劲扬至45仙的高位，但在11时18分收窄涨幅，至2.5仙或6.67%，报40仙，交易量为31万7600股。市值为3亿5200万令吉。

该公司昨日向大马交易所报备，指敦达因的儿子 Datuk Md Wira Dani Abdul Daim增持股权至12.29%后，成为公司的大股东。

Dani与母亲 Toh Puan Mahani Idris在4月8日通过场外交易，买入公司6697万股，或7.8%股权。

经过此交易，Dani和Mahani目前通过私人工具 Ibu Kota Developments私人有限公司，间接持有Reliance Pacific的1亿549万股，或12.29%股权。

Reliance Pacific在旅游业为人熟知，因运营 Avillion Hotel Group，在波德申、马六甲等地，以及印尼巴厘岛经营豪华酒店和度假村。

该公司总执行长 Datin Irene Tan和夫婿 Datuk Gan Eng Kwong是Reliance Pacific的大股东，通过 Reliance Holdings私人有限公司和代理人间接持有46.21%。

（吉隆坡16日讯）Reliance Pacific Bhd总执行长 Datin Irene Tan以3607万令吉，或每股22.5仙，脱售公司1亿6030万股，相当于18.7%股权。

该公司今日向大马交易所报备，Tan和夫婿 Datuk Gan Eng Kwong在上周五（5月13日）通过 Reliance Holdings私人有限公司出售该批股票。

该作价相比上周五闭市的37.5仙，折价40%。

售股后，两人通过 Reliance Holdings持有1亿7399万股，或20.3%。

敦达因儿子持股30.96% 达尼晋诚信最大股东

（吉隆坡18日讯）继上月中崛为诚信（RPB，8885，主板贸服股）大股东后，前财政部长敦达因的儿子拿督达尼，再从场外吸纳股权，目前持股达到30.96%，成为该公司最大股东。

诚信向马交所报备，达尼在上周五通过场外交易收购1亿6030万股，或18.7%股权，令他的持股权达到2亿6580万股。

一般相信，他从场外交易所购得的股权，是向总执行长拿汀陈艾琳（译音）所收购。

上周五，陈艾琳和丈夫拿督颜英光（译音）脱售18.7%股权；交易完成后他们两人持股减至27.54%。

上个月，前财政部长敦达因的妻子马哈妮和儿子达尼，通过控制的Ibu Kota发展私人有限公司，在场外购入6697万1020股或7.8%，使持股权从4.49%增至12.29%，崛起成为大股东。

诚信主要业务是旅游、酒店业和房地产发展，该公司截至去年12月31日财年首9个月，净亏879万5000令吉，营业额则报1亿4605万2000令吉。

今日，该股攀升0.5仙，或1.35%，收在37.5仙，成交量达22万600股。

据了解，毕业于英国剑桥大学的达尼，主要参与家族偏布大马、印尼和非洲企业王国中的并购活动。

他目前是新加坡威豪投资集团（ISR Capital）执行主席，也是伦敦挂牌公司GCM资源（GCM Resources）非执行董事。

He was also the Chairman of the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia. He retired from the Public Service in 2004.Tan Sri was also a director of various corporations , among others are Petroliam Nasional Berhad, Khazanah Nasional Berhad, HICOM Holdings Berhad, Malaysia Airlines Berhad and Pos Malaysia & Services Holdings Berhad during his tenure in the Government.  Tan Sri is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Maju Expressway Sdn. Bhd and Chairman of Rosgate Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd.
