DANCO积极并购．攻水务暖通空调

（吉隆坡2日讯）2016年表现最为亮眼的新上市公司——DANCO控股（DANCO，5276，主板贸服组）收购霹雳厂房后，计划跻身成为水务及暖通空调（HVAC）泵阀供应商，同时将积极拓展印尼业务。

今年拨1000万进行并购

DANCO控股董事经理易瑞堂在股东大会与特大后向记者透露，该公司计划在2017财政年内，拨出1000万令吉，进行更多合并与收购（M&A），目前正与潜在交易方洽商，但这并不包括早前以425万令吉收购的霹雳近打地皮与水泵制造厂房。

易瑞堂表示，目前，该公司正为其霹雳厂房进行必要改制及机械更新，以进一步提升效率，估计霹雳厂房可贡献多达600万至700万的营收，并将藉此进军水务以及暖通空调领域，为大型楼宇供应水泵产品。

此外，DANCO控股执行董事易国兴亦指出，因印尼棕油领域深具发展潜能，该公司亦可通过制造厂房为该“朝阳”市场供应泵阀，扩充现有印尼业务，如今正与潜在客户进行洽谈。

“早在公司初创时，我们供应泵阀，但因当时机遇不适，管理层决定先专注于阀业，因为水泵对我们其实并非完全陌生。”

易瑞堂称，该公司也计划在2017财政年内，于砂拉越及柔佛设立办公所和设施，因其柔佛客户多涉足炼油与石化中心（RAPID）发展计划，在该州设立办事处可更为现有客户提供更周全的服务。

至于旗下自创品牌，易国兴说，除了现有的WAGI、VMX及Omaval，该公司有意在今年推出更多优质自家品牌。

DANCO控股客户群中，有60%来自棕油相关领域、25%源自油气领域、其余15%则为造纸、手套厂等，但易国兴说明，在将客户群多元化至水务及暖通空调领域之余，棕油领域仍是公司业务重心。

整体而言，该公司有60%的业务属于维护、维修及运营（MRO）服务，其余则为日常产品销售，以及3至6个月的短期项目。

虽由台湾、中国、德国、英国及意大利进口分销产品，但易瑞堂称，因合约期限短，外汇波动对公司风险不大，无需护盘。

截至2016年12月31日，该公司净利由1121万令吉，按年涨16.2%至1303万令吉；股价由2016年7月上市时报75仙的发售价，翻倍至1令吉71仙。
