即JHM 之后，笔者今天与大家分享并浅谈2017 比较看好的另一间公司-SALUTE。SALUTE 于2016年5月18日在创业板消费板块 （Ace Market) 以 80 仙上市。虽然上市仅仅不到一年的时间, 但其公司基本面的潜在价值是值得留意的。
基本面:
1. 主要涉及在设计、发展和制造消费者电子产品，如蓝牙相关设备，及其他电子产品和精密零件。銷售主要來自歐美、中國、日本、澳洲等海外市場。此外，公司自己也有不断研发自己的蓝牙产品，其中以名为“FOBO" 的蓝牙产品最为成功，进而为公司带来更多的收入。
2. 公司的营业额80%以上以美金交易，欧美主要占据了公司营业额的90%左右。转弱的马币基本上对公司是有利的，但由于公司做了外汇的Hedging, 所以外汇盈利和亏损并不会那么的显著。
3.除了蓝牙产品，笔者认为2017 年公司另一个最主要的盈利推手就是 AIRBAR 的组装生产。主要客户是来自美国上市公司 NEONODE. 笔者认为AIRBAR是非常神奇的电子产品，Airbar 能一瞬间将你普通的电脑荧幕变成 Touch Screen。更多关于Airbar的资料你可以从以下的链接了解。

4. SALUTE 是 NEONODE主要的AIRBAR组装制造商。2016年10 月13日 NEONODE 正式宣布将AIRBAR所有的组装生产制造全全交给SALUTE包办。这无疑对 SALUTE来说是一个非常利好的消息，公司的营业额会更进一步的在2017 提高。
5. 如果您有观察 NEONODE的股价走势，在AIRBAR推出之后的几个月内，其股价在短短的几个月内上涨接近80%~90% 左右。目前为止 AIRBAR也在世界各地的著名网购如 Amazon, BestBuy的网页都能买得到，NEONODE 更在昨天推出了能与MacBook Air 结合的 AIRBAR, 进一步的提高了这产品的市场占有率，也间接性的给予 SALUTE 更多的生意。
6. 除了AIRBAR 的生产线，SALUTE 的第二利好因素就是申请主板转换。其公司在2016 年10 月5 日宣布已申请主板转换，公司过往3年的净利已大致上符合转主板的条件。若一切顺利通过，公司很可能在2017 里完成主板转换。这无疑对公司的股票来说会是另一个强大的催化剂。
7. 公司目前处于净现金，主要是上市集资后公司还了大部分的债务。为了回馈忠实的股东们，公司也宣布了30%的股息政策。虽然目前为止的周息不怎么吸引人，但公司愿意一起与股东们分享收成的果实，这点也非常值得嘉许。
8. 目前公司 FY 2016 年的 EPS是 7.61 cents。 假设笔者估计公司在2017 年 AIRBAR组装生意的带动下有10%的净利成长，再加上成功转主板的利好因素带动下，笔者给予PE=20, 股价大约也有 RM 1.65。不过笔者永远是那句话，股价是市场给的，不是我说了算。
总结：
SALUTE 会在 2017 年2月公布其 Q2 的业绩，也是公司传统的强季。若其净利能有所突破，这将证明 AIRBAR的生意的确为公司带来非常可观的盈利。在拥有双重利好因素 (新产品生产 + 主板转换）的带动下，希望 SALUTE 能在2017 年带给我们不错的惊喜。

吉隆获准转主板交易
2017年3月15日
（吉隆坡14日讯）证券监督委员会已批准吉隆公司（SALUTE，0183，创业板），从创业板转至主板交易。
吉隆公司向马交所报备，截至今年3月10日，缴足资本3880万令吉，共3亿8800万股。
去年5月18日，吉隆公司在创业板上市；9月30日就宣布申请从创业板转至主板交易。
该公司主要业务为消费产品的设计、开发与生产，包括蓝牙相关设备，以及其他电子产品精密零件。
根据截至3月10日的5个交易日成交量加权平均市价（VWAMP）每股1.56令吉，吉隆公司的市值达6亿528万令吉。
吉隆公司2016财年营业额，由前年的1亿9250万令吉，增加25.6%，报2亿4180万令吉，税后盈利约2430万令吉。 【e南洋】

券商下修Salutica公司目標價

（吉隆坡23日訊）Salutica公司（SALUTE，0183，主要板消費）2017財年末季淨利按年大跌68%至237萬令吉；營業額下滑28%至5170萬令吉，儘管每股派息0.6仙，但股票仍遭拋售。
大馬投銀研究在分析報告指出，該公司業績表現不佳歸咎于新產品面世期延誤，導致設施的使用率不足而承但高額成本。
該公司全年淨利跌20%至1935萬令吉，與該行預測相比低12%；受累于開發新產品的所需成本，淨賺幅也從10%下滑至8%。
不過，基于市場紛紛將電腦作業系統升級至Windows 8或10，且觸屏解決方案和無線藍牙耳機的需求增長，有望帶動該公司AirBar的訂單增加。
“雖然Salutica公司的前景向好，但估值無法令人滿意。該公司目前的交易價格為2018財年本益比的16倍，其他同業如星光資源（SKPRES，7155，主要板工業）、廣宇科技（PIE，7095，主要板工業）和威城（VS，6963，主要板工業）則分別為12倍，13倍和16倍。”
為此，大馬投銀研究在調低Salutica公司2018財年至2019財年的淨利預測2%至3%后，維持“守持”評級，合理價由1.70下調至1.66令吉。【中国报财经】 |

（吉隆坡9日讯）怡保电子制造公司吉隆公司（Salutica Bhd）在截至2017年12月31日止第二季（2018财年次季），净赚601万令吉，较上财年同季的1061万令吉，按年骤降43.3%，主要是产品组合变动及成本上扬所致。
营业额从2017财年次季的9080万令吉，按年微跌3.6%至2018财年同季的8755万令吉。每股盈利则从2.73仙，滑落至1.55仙。
吉隆公司表示，2018财年次季盈利下滑，是因为产品组合变动、无线产品的复杂性、花费在内部和客户产品的研发活动等，导致超时工作来满足销售订单所致。
该公司宣布，派发每股0.6仙第三次中期单层股息，将于3月15日支付。
在2018财年首半年，该公司净赚1247万令吉，比上财年同期的1613万令吉，按年降低了22.7%。
首半年营业额则从1亿6386万令吉，按年上涨4.6%至1亿7135万令吉，归功于蓝牙耳机销量。
吉隆公司说：“公司相信前景依然乐观，并已采取措施且确定适合自动化的额外生产流程，以提高生产力。”

Salutica公司挫10仙 券商：遭過度拋售

（吉隆坡12日訊）Salutica公司（SALUTE，0183，主要板消費）業績表現遜色拖累股價走跌，不過券商認為該股遭過度拋售。
Salutica公司以96仙開市，早盤持續下滑，休市跌10仙或10.4%報86仙。截至下午4時半，該股報85.5仙，跌10.5仙，成交量153萬1200股。
該公司截至12月底次季淨利跌43.3%，達601萬令吉；營業額微跌3.6%至8755萬令吉。
大馬投資研究相信Salutica公司遭拋售，主要受美元疲弱走勢影響，而且情況有些“過了頭”。
該行維持該公司2018財年核心淨利2920萬令吉的預測，因為Salutica公司一般上會提前3到9個月對沖匯率。不過，該行下修2019和2020財年的預測12%，這是基于將同期美元對令吉匯率，從4.12調整至3.95所致。
展望未來，Salutica公司估計可從以下幾點受惠，包括無線藍牙耳機加速攝取以及近場通訊技術（NFC）功能、消費者升級至Windows 8或10提振AirBar的訂單、替代昂貴的觸屏解決方案，以及採用公司內部的FOBO輪胎壓力監視系統來確保司機的安全性。
