As your conversation with my colleague over the phone this morning, we told you that we will fix your vanity cabinet at reasonable service charge. It seems that you were not agreed with our arrangement, and decided to go public with your unsatisfaction. We provide two years warranty for our products, and we have been fulfilling your demands every single occasion during the period, free of charge. On top of that, we also fixed your problematic lightings, plumbings, etc. Even those were not our obligations.
We did renovation work for your dad back in 2006, since then, he has been recommending us to many of his friends and relatives. We believe this is because of our quality work and good service. We renovated both your uncles' house too, and they were satisfied with our work.
We have proposed our solution before, yet we have not had the opportunity to further our investigation on your situation, and you said we were denying our responsibility. We think that was quite an unfair comment.

這還用說 123可以用在 (並不限於)- 鮑魚的代號
- 配套的編號
- 房間號
- 你要打炮的次數
- 陸妹提醒你還有幾分鐘
