请问你们是买已经建好了的房子吗??还是建到一半的呢??还是二手的??为何一租出去就有人要呢?? |

All low cost are 2nd hand. Nilai Inti is new, Mount Kiara is 2nd hand new ( right after CF) |

I start to buy my 1st property at the age of 23. that is the worse property I purchase and I learn the big lesson on that. I used 5 years to turn the property form -ve cash flow to 0 cash flow. I pay a lot in making the wrong move and accumulated these investment experience in property investment.
I love property investment and I even love to deal with the bank to get loan for my property.
Guys, dealing with the bank is not easy, but I guarantee you, If you want to be success in investment, you must learn the technique. no one can teach you unless you start to deal with them.

拿到cf应该是代表屋子基本设施(水电)都有了,可以住人了。
楼上的请用中文,我觉得这帖有意思,虽然有点离题了,不想它被封。
以前不是有个翻译的网站么,有谁还记得的?
屋子不是好像股票这样打个电话或按按键盘,过几天就可以收钱的买卖,没有经济能力的人不要乱乱来,我朋友讲的!嘻! |

能用低于市价的钱买到房地产,不简单呢! 有了第一栋,在来leverage去买其他的,像滚雪球,越滚越大呢!
如果appraised的价值高于你的买价,转手卖掉也一样赚钱,no? |
