Main Responsibility 主要职务
1) Responsible for QS operation of project 负责项目估量事宜
2) Involved in post tender activity 参与工程竞标
3) Prepare monthly progress claim to main-contractor & sub-contractor处理每月工程进度账且
4) Project material estimation, cost control & planning 工程材料估量，控管及计画
5) To co-ordinate of client, sub-contractor and project team 调解于顾客，分包商和工程团队之间
Requirement 条件
1) Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent 工料测量文凭或同等
2) Fresh graduation will be considered 欢迎应届毕业生
3) Basic operating of Microsoft word and Microsoft excel / Microsoft word 和 Microsoft excel 基本运用
4) Own Transport 自备交通
5) Willing to travel to sites 愿踏足施工工地
6) Communicate in Chinese, malay, and English 通晓华巫英（三语）
Remuneration Package 薪酬待遇
1) 5 days + ½ days work 五天+1/2天制
2) EPF & SOCSO
3) Venue 工作地点: factory area next to Bandar Country Homes / Saujana Rawang
4) Salary 薪金: RM1,800.00 and above
