虽然我不会看图，可是如果价量齐升，又升破10，20&50日均线，不是好的兆头吗？

当然是个好的兆头,但是今天的蜡烛不是很漂亮,所以我推测明天继续会有卖压.
至于会不会有大客进来拔刀相助,就不得而知了.

对了，请问MACD, EXP(9), divergence和SLow stochastic的%K, %D是什么，代表什么？

请问蜡烛怎样看？怎样算漂亮？怎样不漂亮？

小弟没有货，我进的木材股是eksons(9016)，3000股。只是来这里踢馆的而已。

Evergreen profit margin stable

PETALING JAYA: Evergreen Fibreboard Bhd is operating with stable profit margins despite rising commodity prices and a declining US dollar.

Chief operating officer and executive director Kuo Jen Chiu said the price of the main raw material, rubberwood, had stabilised after having gone up two years ago.

Even better, the price of its other major cost component, glue, had come down about 20% in the past two months, he told StarBiz over the phone on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the price of the group's principal product, medium-density fibreboard (MDF), has remained firm at US$320 per cu m since December, and above US$300 since January last year. That compared with US$240 in March 2006.

Evergreen, which generally achieves a net profit margin of about 15.5%, reported last year a net profit of RM118.5mil, or earnings per share of 24.7 sen.

Although high rubber prices caused smallholders to be reluctant to fell their rubber trees, Kuo said the company viewed this “positively”.

“If they fell too many rubber trees, they'll throw away the wood and leave it to rot.” As it were, smallholders now fell the trees only when they do not produce much latex anymore.

Evergreen has a subsidiary in Indonesia, PT Hijau Lestari Raya Fibreboard, which makes MDF and adhesives, and which would be in commercial production in a few months. It also owns Evergreen Adhesives & Chemicals Sdn Bhd in Malaysia.

The fall in glue price would not affect the group's glue-making business as the cost of the raw material, methanol – a by-product in the processing of natural gas – has fallen proportionately. “Glue prices follow methanol prices,” Kuo said.

Glue is a large cost component for Evergreen, accounting for about 25% to 28% of operating costs, while rubberwood accounts for 30% to 35%. That is one of the reasons the group moved upstream into the manufacture of glue.

There are other elements in the group's integration exercise in recent years. For instance, it owns GRE Energy Co Ltd in Thailand, which will produce power from waste material using steam turbine technology.

GRE, which is being commissioned this month, will supply all the electricity required by another subsidiary, Siam Fibreboard Co Ltd.

Kuo said the cost savings from the integration scheme would help the group mitigate cost pressures in an inflationary environment.

Being an exporter, Evergreen is exposed to foreign exchange volatility but it has hedged the ringgit at 3.20 to the US dollar.

“In the short term, there won't be any impact from the weak US dollar. In the long term, there will be (an impact) but given time, we can adjust our MDF prices,” he said.

Evergreen shares closed at RM1.39 yesterday, 25 sen above its initial offer price of RM1.14 in 2005.
