JOB REQUIREMENTS
1.        Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
2.        At least 2 years of working experience dealing with architect, quantity surveyor, specifier, housing developer & building contractor are most suitable to this position.
3.        Proficient in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to converse in Mandarin and other major Chinese dialects is an added advantage.
4.        Possess own transport and willing to travel and work within Malaysia and oversea whenever required.
5.        Must be computer literate, must have basic knowledge in MS Office i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Knowledge in AutoCAD program is an added advantage.
6.        Strong relationship building skills and leadership qualities including ability to lead, develop and train respective team members.
7.        Dynamic, self starter, highly motivated and able to thrive under pressure. Willing to work extra hours and complete a critical task with a very tight schedule.
8.        Team player, self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision and willing to accept new challenges.
9.        Presentable and well groomed with pleasant personality. Have good presentation, interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES
1.        Assisting Marketing Manager to promote extensively company products and services to target audience and prospect i.e. architect, developer, contractor and other related government agencies.
2.        Working as an understudy to company appointed Technical Service Provider to learn and work for the purpose of transfer of skill and knowledge.
3.        Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
4.        To network and build strong relationship with the existing customers and prospects.
5.        Establishing new leads and contacts, making cold calls, visiting and conducting presentation to prospects accordingly.
6.        To educate customers and prospects regarding product features, specifications and benefits of company products and services.
7.        To assist and participate in company sales and marketing related activities or exhibitions whenever required.
8.        Actively participate in the organization continuous improvement initiatives and activities.
9.        Continuously learn and acquire technical skills and product knowledge of company core product range, the industrial laminates.
10.        To educate and up-date customers regarding product features, specifications and benefits.
