淨利漲7倍‧時光網先強後弱

（吉隆坡24日訊）雖然時光網（TIMECOM，5031，主板基建計劃組）出售數碼網絡（DIGI，6947，主板基建計劃組）股權，推動第二季淨利飆漲7倍，但核心淨利下跌26%，分析員下調評級，導致該股下挫14仙。

該公司開市時上漲4仙，漲幅擴至9仙後，開始面對賣壓，迅速回吐所有漲幅，終場反跌14仙或2.47%，至5令吉52仙。

安聯星展研究指出，時光網核心盈利符合預期，但在售出數碼網絡股份後，股息收入將跟著下跌，而下修該公司每股淨利預測2至3%。

安聯星展認為，該公司股價在年初至今已大幅上漲，因此認為未來上漲空間有限，因此下調評級至“守住”和目標價降至5令吉66仙。

較早前，時光網計劃發行10億令吉伊斯蘭債券，打算用於拓展光纖及其他業務。

马电讯与TT DOTCOM联手发展18电缆系统

（吉隆坡2日讯）马电讯（TM，4863，主板贸服股）与时光网络（TIMECOM，5031，主板基建股）独资子公司--TT DOTCOM私人有限公司签署建设与维修协议（C&MA），发展全新的海底光缆系统，名为「1马电缆系统」（简称SKR1M），將连接大马半岛和沙巴及砂拉越。

该公司发文告指出，上述协议长达20年，双方將携手提供、建设、实施和管理该光缆系统；並共同营运和维持网络系统，包括支付所有故障的费用。

文告也说，上述系统是政府2014和2015年財政预算案的项目之一，以增强高速宽频的產能。新的光缆系统將利用最先进的每秒100吉比特（Gigabit）的波长科技，以及初始產能为每秒4太比特（Terabit），並升级至更高最低限度每秒12.8太比特（Terabit），预计全长为3500公里。

上述新光缆系统，预计在2017年中旬展开商业运输。【东方网财经】

馬幣重貶衝擊發債‧時光網10億伊債受關注

（吉隆坡8日訊）馬幣過去12個月重貶27%，對大馬企業發債計劃影響深遠，這使時光網（TIMECOM，5031，主板基建計劃組）籌備中的10億令吉伊斯蘭發債計劃異常受市場關注。

由於中國成長放緩、油價下滑和政局波動等利空，全球資金今年逐漸撤出大馬債市，市場關注大馬公司的令吉發債計劃可能受波及，成本或大幅揚升，因發債者須提供更高回酬才能吸引投資者。

不過，Areca資本固定收入部門的首席投資員艾德華（譯音）直言，發債商無法逃過馬幣重貶的衝擊，因所有類型資產都面臨賣壓。

“看起來，目前似乎不是企業進入債市融資的好時機，但時光網卻可能繼續進行伊債計劃，因該公司背後擁有有力的大股東——國庫控股（Khazanah）和雇員公積金局（EPF）的撐腰。”

受馬幣貶值衝擊，大馬5年主權債券回酬率早前一度攀升至4.08%，改寫6年新高，但之後重新滑落至3.82%水平；大馬政府債是債市的主要回酬指標，因此政府債券回酬攀升，將同步影響各類債券回酬率。

或需以5.32%回酬率發債

據瞭解，時光網可能需以高於主權債券150基點的回酬率發債。就目前行情來說，相等於是5.32%。

《彭博社》早前透過電郵向時光網查詢其發債時機，得到的回復是視市況和融資需求而定。

國際信評機構穆迪（Moody）早前指馬幣貶值情況仍在大馬政府、銀行和相關企業的管理範圍內；該機構向150位投資者所作的調查顯示，44%受訪者認為馬幣會繼續波動於4.00至4.50令吉之間，另有62%受訪者相信布蘭特石油會在未來12個月波動於每桶45至55美元之間。

此外，Etiqa保險和宏利資產管理發言人接受《彭博社》訪問時都不約而同表示，只要訂價合理，那就會考慮認購時光網的伊債。（星洲日報／財經）

自年初开始追踪以来，时光网络（TIMECOM，5031，主板基建股）股价已大涨58%，当中也经历一次特别股息，表现超越国内业者。

公司计划通过并购或联营，在东盟拓展业务版图，初期将会在泰国或越南起步，因为在这两个国家所参考的海底电缆系统将在明年中开始测试。

行家建议
若是排除股息收入和数码网络（DIGI，6947，主板基建股）股权价值，时光网络目前估值为2016财年22倍的本益比，不算廉宜。不过，当海底电缆系统明年投入运作后，估值将可进一步上调。

预期美元走强将削弱海底电缆系统的利用率，我们将2016至2017财年每股盈利预估，调降1至7%。

此外，公司在今明两财年，因为在海底电缆上投入较高的资本开销，总额为4亿1500万令吉和2亿5000万令吉，预期明年将会恢复正常，到1亿5000万至1亿7000万令吉的区间内。

我们将目标价格调高至6.80令吉，意味着较当前股价还有3%的下跌空间。

（吉隆坡26日訊）時光電訊（TIMECOM，5031，主要板基建）2015財年截至9月底首9個月，淨利按年猛漲2.5倍至4億3104萬令吉。

時光電訊向馬證交所報備，該公司首9個月營業額升16%至5億884萬令吉。

該公司第3季淨利增18%至5903萬令吉；營業額升15%，至1億7336萬令吉。

根據報備文件，淨利提高主要因為外匯收益所帶動。

收入減開銷增‧時光網末季淨利跌29%

（吉隆坡24日訊）額外收入減少，加上註銷和貶值開銷增加，時光網（TIMECOM，5031，主板基建計劃組）截至2015年12月31日止第四季淨利按年跌29.13%至3千580萬4千令吉，惟全年淨利仍在資產脫售活動拱抬下大漲168.42%，至4億6千685萬2千令吉。

第四季營業額報1億7千352萬令吉，按年成長9.4%，歸功於旗下各產品帶來更高收入，全年營業額則報6億8千236萬4千令吉，按年揚14.44%。

派息6.7仙

該公司還宣佈派每股6.7仙中期股息，3月9日除權。

時光網董事部透過文告說，末季盈利下滑主要因全球頻譜銷售和非經常性合約減少、外匯賺益減少、資產註銷上揚、股息收入走低和貶值開銷上揚，全年淨利勁揚則是受合理價賺益和外匯轉換盈利的影響。

由於市場競爭激烈和全球經濟環境不明朗，董事部預見2016年是充滿挑戰的一年，惟仍保持樂觀態度，因相信亞太地區仍存在許多拓展和成長機會，集團也對其在亞太電纜系統（APG）和FASTER電纜系統的投資前景感到興奮，估計兩項電纜計劃將在今年中啟用後帶來新收入。（星洲日報／財經）

公積金局售股‧時光網曾跌17仙

（吉隆坡14日訊）僱員公積金局（EPF）頻頻脫售時光網（TIMECOM，5031，主板基建計劃組），以致該公司股價遭受拖累，週一最多曾挫17仙。

時光網週一股價開低走低，一度跌17仙至7令吉21仙後，基金開始入場扶持，惟僅能收窄跌幅，收7令吉31仙，全天跌7仙。

3月至今，公積金局共拋售該公司266萬5千700股，持股比例從6.162%降至5.703%。

儘管該公司全年業績報佳績，且早前管理層在匯報會表示，來年將透過擴展計劃，有信心在2016財政年報雙位數成長，惟公積金局卻出人意表頻頻脫售。

豐隆研究認為，數據需求將驅動成長，但激烈的競爭將侵蝕賺幅。因此，維持“守住”評級，目標價則從6令吉53仙下調至6令吉46仙。

（吉隆坡20日讯）时光网络（TIMECOM，5031，主板基建股）宣布，该公司以总值3亿零720万令吉，脱售手头上所持有的数码网络（DIGI，6947，主板基建股）的6873万股股票，或相等于0.9%股权。

配合宣布以上消息，时光网络今天早盘9时暂停交易1小时，並在上午10时恢復交易。

该公司股价復牌即应声飆升至7.27令吉，起13仙或1.82%；午盘交易，该股扩大涨幅，以全天最高价位7.35令吉闭市，全天上涨21仙或2.94%，为全场第3大上升股，成交量达36万零400股。

至于数码网络股价则呈跌，全天下滑12仙或2.63%，至4.45令吉，是全场第9大下跌股，成交量为611万7600股。

时光网络的文告指出，该公司是通过询价圈购（bookbuilding）的方式，以每股4.47令吉，或相等于总值3亿零720万令吉的现金，私下脱售数码网络的6872万9545股股票，或0.9%股权，予符合资格的第三方机构投资者或高阶投资者。

相比数码网络週五闭市价4.45令吉，该脱售价溢价2仙或0.45%。

不过，根据时光网络的文告，该公司是于2008年以每股2.49令吉投资数码网络的这批股票，因此该公司將从是次的脱售中赚取1亿5740万令吉，使其每股盈利增加约27仙。

同时，该文告称，上述脱售活动也符合该公司退出非核心投资的策略，以重新调配资金，作为营运资本。

此项股权脱售已在今天完成，而时光网络已不再持有数码网络的任何股票。【东方网财经】

沽清数码网络收益回馈股东 时光网络料派息53.3仙

（吉隆坡23日讯）随着时光网络（TIMECOM，5031，主板基建股）沽清数码网络（DIGI，6947，主板基建股）的股权，分析员不排除该公司或将脱售收益用以派发优渥特别股息，若以100%收益派息估算，每股可达53.3仙股息。

时光网络通过竞标定价的方式，将数码网络的6872万9545股或0.9%股权，以3亿720万令吉或每股4.47令吉，私下配售给第三方机构投资者，宣布沽清数码网络的0.9%股权。

丰隆投行研究分析员指出，时光网络去年先后两次脱售数码网络的股权，如今估清股权符合预期，不过对于脱售的时机和相较于早前26%至28%的折价略感到意外。

时光网络截至2015财年，持有9470万令吉的净现金，同时曾提及短期内不会进行任何大型交易。

该分析员认为，时光网络兴建新海底电缆的筹资不成问题，因该集团财务相当安稳，除了渐进式的付款，加上新电缆产能的预售反应热烈，有助进一步舒缓资金融资。

“有鉴于此，我们不排除这次的脱售计划后，时光网络会在本财年展开另一轮的特别派息，因该公司于2015财年将100%的脱售收益，用以派发可观的股息。”

该分析员指出，若以100%的收益派息，相等于每股53.3仙的股息，或7.3%的周息率。

投资回酬率将走高

马银行投行研究分析员持同样看法，认为时光网络或将脱售收益，通过特别派息派发予股东，并有助于支撑股价。

“由于持有的数码网络股权，贡献时光网络相对客观的核心净利，在2014和2015财年各别占28%和14%，因此将会影响公司损益和估值指标。”

该分析员说，随着估清股权，该公司未来的损益将有赖于核心业务表现。若将近期的收益回馈股东，估计投资回酬率（ROE）将会扬升，并维持在低双位数水平。

基于时光网络的首季业绩将在月杪出炉，因此在等待公司管理层更多的指引前，丰隆投行研究分析员暂维持财测不变。

马银行投行则将今明后财年的财测下修2%至4%，反映股息收入取代利息收入。

分析员维持“守住”投资评级，其中丰隆投行研究分析员将目标价定为6.46令吉。至于马银行投行则将原定的7.30令吉目标价，调低至7.20令吉，以反映脱售数码网络股权的计划。

時光網不派特別息

（吉隆坡2日訊）在沽清數碼網絡（DIGI，6947，主板基建計劃組）剩餘股權後，時光網（TIMECOM，5031，主板基建計劃組）無意派發特別股息，將保留資金擴張業務。
擴充東盟電訊基建版圖

該公司首席執行員阿夫札爾在股東大會後表示，公司目前正在擴充東盟電訊基建版圖，這需要大量資金。

“我們一向都會保留一筆可觀資金在公司內。加上時光網是一家成長中的公司，因此我們對此事（現金流）持保守的態度。”

“我們並不吝於派發股息，但這需要看接下來12至18個月的發展。”

在5月20日，時光網宣佈以3億720萬令吉悉數出售數碼網絡股權後，市場人士紛紛揣測該公司將會派發特別股息，並激勵其股價上揚，擠入10大上升榜，最高升至7令吉45仙，今日起2仙，7令吉22仙。

2008年時光網以換股方式，收購數碼網絡當時總值6億5千450萬令吉股權，當時該公司大約持有數碼網絡10%股權。當時，時光網投資於數碼網路股票成本每股為2令吉29仙。

但後來，基於業務擴張上的需要，該公司在不同階段售出數碼網絡股權。

另外，該公司也在年報披露，之前投資的海底電信纜系統也將在今年中開始投入營運，預料將會對公司營運帶來正面效益。（星洲日報／財經）
