What Does Over-The-Counter - OTC Mean?
Asecurity traded in some context other than on a formal exchange such asthe NYSE, TSX, AMEX, etc. The phrase "over-the-counter" can be used torefer to stocks that trade via a dealer network as opposed to on acentralized exchange. It also refers to debt securities and otherfinancial instruments such as derivatives, which are traded through adealer network.

Ingeneral, the reason for which a stock is traded over-the-counteris usually because the company is small, making it unable to meetexchange listing requirements. Also known as "unlisted stock", thesesecurities are traded by broker-dealers who negotiate directly with oneanother over computer networks and by phone.
AlthoughNasdaq operates as a dealer network, Nasdaq stocks are generally notclassified as OTC because the Nasdaq is considered a stock exchange. Assuch, OTC stocks are generally unlisted stocks which trade on the Overthe Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) or on the pink sheets. Be very waryof some OTC stocks, however; the OTCBB stocks are either penny stocksor are offered by companies with bad credit records.
Instrumentssuch as bonds do not trade on a formal exchange and are, therefore,also considered OTC securities. Most debt instruments are traded byinvestment banks making markets for specific issues. If aninvestor wants to buy or sell a bond, he or she must call the bank thatmakes the market in that bond and asks for quotes. |

- Cash receipts, A$ 1.7M
- Cash at bank, A$ 6.9M
- Loan balance, US$ 11.3M after $600K pay-down
- Estimated outflows next quarter, A$2.5M
Besides the favorable impression of the above we have coming this quarter:
- More drilling & fraccing
- Niobrara sale of US$ 61-79M
- $80/b oil
- Increased demand for oil
Besides the one time mega-Niobrara sale, we should see increased revenues and pay-off of loans that will leave analysts scratching their collective heads over how they missed Samson. |

因为得多谢芬姐罗伯兄和大家的交流...才可以得到第一手信息,所以呢,在DEJ赚了一点后的情况下,在睡前看到SSN的价钱还是在可以接受的范围...结果,又进场了...破$1.40...?超过12%....嗯....有点难度哦... 如果有8%,$1.35的话,就有SGD$600进口袋先....所以,可能会先卖一部分套现先..无论如何,看情况再定夺吧.... |

今天做了一个不知是对或错的决定...以亏损SGD$11K的价钱卖了持了14个月的总数10000单位的CTIC...然后把票换成10000 X $0.41的DEJ....这是我自年初的MESA亏损SGD13K多后,;另外一个超过一万新币的亏损的股票.....股票市场就是酱的...有赚有亏...无论如何,从零八年尾涉足美股以来,投资组合的盈亏还是在正数.... |

DEJ 從那天介紹後，股價已經起了25%，現在有些調整是正常的。
昨晚DEJ發出的消息是好消息，只可惜選不對時間，發在Market調整時間。

我認同。
就好像之前我介紹SSN時，價錢是0.7多-0.8多，股價後來又跌至0.5-0.6多，那時大多網友也是覺得貴，因為在短短數月裡從 十多分漲至七-八十分。呵呵 現在看回股價，只可惜當時為何不買多點。
還有一重點就是油價 》》 也是慢慢的往上爬囉。
