We refer to a research report by TA Securities Holdings Berhad on Dagang NeXchange Berhad dated 17 December 2018 (“TA Report”). In the TA Report, it is stated that ”management noted that no lifting will be performed for Anasuria in 4Q18, leaving total FY18 lifting at 4 times (against earlier guidance of 5 liftings)”. Such a statement may have caused some confusion amongst the shareholders of Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad given that our indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Anasuria Hibiscus UK Limited (“AHUK”), generally conducts offtakes in conjunction with Ping Petroleum UK Limited at the Anasuria Cluster. In relation thereto, we wish to clarify that there has already been one offtake in this quarter (October – December 2018) which was conducted in November 2018 in the Anasuria Cluster. Approximately 274 thousand barrels of oil (“Anasuria AHUK Offtake Volume”) net to AHUK was lifted and sold. For the avoidance of doubt, the Anasuria AHUK Offtake Volume is in relation to our oil sales from the Anasuria Cluster only and does not include any oil volumes from offtake(s) from our North Sabah asset during the same period. （吉隆坡4日讯）Hibiscus Petroleum Bhd指出，共同控制的营运公司Anasuria Operating Company Ltd（AOC）正按计划钻Guillemot A GUA-P1侧钻油井，目标是从目前已探明和可能的净石油储量（2P）开采约170万桶石油。

Guillemot A GUA-P1侧钻油井是英国北海Anasuria Cluster特许区的岸外采油计划中的增产项目。除了Guillemot外，Anasuria Cluster还包括Teal、Teal South和Cook油田。

Hibiscus今日发布文告指出，AOC已于2月28日与Ping Petroleum UK Ltd签署钻井平台共享协议，其中AOC将承担Stena Spey半潜式岸外钻井平台的服务，最短期限为45天，以钻探GUA-P1侧钻油井。

该集团表示，选择Stena Spey钻井平台有几个原因，包括该钻井平台交付时间表的确定性、在英国北海过去的强劲营运表现、船员能力及良好的健康、安全和环境记录。

此外，Petrofac作为AOC委任的钻井营运商，将负责GUA-P1侧钻油井项目，以及Teal、Teal South和Guillemot A油田的所有现有油井。

Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad (“Hibiscus Petroleum”) refers to an article published on Upstream Online titled “Petrofac launches appeal against UK prohibition notice” dated 16 April 2019 (“the Article”). In the Article, it is stated “the prohibition notice was served against Petrofac Facilities Management, which has been running the FPSO on behalf of Anasuria Operating Company (AOC), a joint venture between Malaysian companies Hibiscus Petroleum and Ping Petroleum, since 2016.” Such a statement may have caused some confusion given that our indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Anasuria Hibiscus UK Limited (“AHUK”), jointly operates the Anasuria Cluster via AOC with Ping Petroleum UK Limited. In relation thereto, we wish to clarify that subsequent to a routine visit by the Health and Safety Executive (“HSE”) in late February 2019 to the Anasuria FPSO, Petrofac as duty holder of the offshore production facility, was instructed through the prohibition notice, to temporarily halt production pending the mitigation of a potential risk identified by HSE inspectors in relation to the asset’s flare tip. As a result, production was temporarily halted and over the next six days, decisive action was taken by Petrofac and AHUK to mitigate any potential risk. Other previously planned maintenance work was also simultaneously undertaken during this period. There were no injuries or loss of containment as a result of this matter. Our understanding is that Petrofac is appealing the issuance of the prohibition notice by the HSE. This temporary production halt is not expected to impact our crude oil offtake schedule or have any material effect on the earnings of the Hibiscus Petroleum group for the financial year ending 30 June 2019. We wish to emphasise that Hibiscus Petroleum, AHUK and Petrofac’s priority is always the safety and welfare of all employees and contractors. This announcement is dated 17 April 2019.

（吉隆坡20日讯）Hibiscus Petroleum Bhd已完成2011沙巴北部强化采油生产共享合约（PSC）中的St Joseph加密钻井项目。

Hibiscus今日在文告中指出，子公司SEA Hibiscus私人有限公司成功完成这一活动。

该集团说，这一活动涉及钻探和完成3加密油井生产。

Hibiscus表示，St Joseph加密钻井项目的3口加密井的日产量总计超过3200桶，超过钻前预计的约2600桶。

该集团预计，该项目将增加油田总储量277万桶。

“目前正在进行更多的工艺去瓶颈活动，以减少这些新加密井的反压力。这有望进一步提高新钻井的稳定生产流量。”

SEA Hibiscus于2018年3月31日负责沙巴北部PSC，这是与国油勘探（Petronas Carigali）以50:50的合作。

SEA Hibiscus总执行长Pascal Hos博士指出：“结果不仅超出钻探前的预期，而且自负责沙巴北部PSC的营运以来，我们在一年多的时间里完成了3口加密井的钻探和完井。”

沙巴北部PSC是位于沙巴岸外的4座油田，即St Joseph、SouthFurious、SF30和Barton所组成。
