东益电子冀盈利更强劲

（吉隆坡10日讯）东益电子（GTRONIC，7022，主板科技股）明年将推出两新产品，并冀望可推动盈利按年取得更高增长。

总执行长拿督王合利接受彭博社访问时指出，明年公司将会新推一种智能车头灯，以及可与手机配对的无线蓝牙手势传感器。

“智能车头灯是我们与美国伙伴合作的结晶，并将会采用镭射光线作为照明，以及植入物联网感官器，将可提升司机和路面的安全。”

他透露，上述智能车头灯项目预计可在明年中推出，同时，已有一家高档欧洲车商计划为其2019年新车款引入公司产品。

另外，王合利表示，他预计今年公司的净利表现，将会有强劲的双位数增长。

投资逾1亿扩充产能

“这可归功于新推出的智能传感器。此外，第三季的强势表现也为末季奠定基础。”

而营运开销方面，为了扩充产能，东益电子截至目前为止今年已投资了1.03亿令吉，写下公司有史以来投资金额的新高。

王合利指出，公司一般会将每年30至40%的盈利用作再投资，其余所剩将用来回馈股东。

“东益电子是强大的派息股，而且雇员公积金局还是我们的第二大股东。”

据彭博资料，东益电子自1997年上市以来，每年都录得净利，年初至今股价更是涨了超过八成。【e南洋】

东益电子6送1红股

（吉隆坡5日讯）东益电子（GTRONIC，7022，主板科技股）建议拆股和发送高达9665万1980股红股。

东益电子今日向交易所报备，建议把每股现有普通股，分拆为2股普通股。接着以6送1比例，发送高达9665万1980股新股。

完成分拆活动后，该公司股本最少扩大至5亿7111万8080股或1亿5575万4044令吉，最多达5亿7991万1880股或1亿8182万8952股。

另外，该公司将动用公司股票溢价户头的2419万9000令吉发行红股。

完成发红股后，公司截至去年12月杪未审计财报的股票溢价户头余额，最多剩40万2000令吉，最少剩3万6000令吉。

东益电子称，拆股可改善股票的交易流通，随着已发行股票数目增加，股价将向下调整。

至于发送红股，旨在回馈股东，增加股票流通，以及让股东能维持持股率，又拥有更多股票。

东益电子（GTRONIC，7022，主板科技股）在今年首两月的光传感器销量维持强劲，达每月3000万架。

但由于其客户需耗尽库存，该公司预测3月至5月销量会减少。

虽然如此，东益电子仍持续研发新产品，更有客户要求准备额外2万平方尺的厂房，来扩大其传感器的产品范畴。

东益电子在今年的资本开销为4000万至5000万令吉，比去年的1.09亿令吉低。

行家建议：

东益电子在2017财年末季的净赚幅，按年和按季分别增6.5和5.6百分点，至23.6%。

由于面对更高的固定成本和折旧开销，我们认为这无法延续至今年次季，最快要到下半年才会回升。

我们下调今明两财年的净利预测18%和8%，因为下修传感器销量和赚幅预测。

不过，今年净利仍有望按年增74%。

东益电子在新加坡的垂直腔面发光二极管激光器（VCSEL）厂房将在明年投产，料能带动增长。

按照17.5倍的2019财年本益比预估，我们下调目标价至6.88令吉，维持“买入”评级。

拆细送红股‧东益电子不涨反跌

东益电子（GTRONIC,7022,主板科技组）上周宣布拆股及派送红股，借以强化股票流通量。向来基本面强稳的公司，在红股效应下，都会获得市场追捧，惟遇上美国动荡的变化，散户似乎并不买账。

消息公布后，东益电子股价全周并未获得提振，反而滑落了26仙至5令吉53仙，相信是市场处于动荡走势之故，投资者避免买“贵货”，从而采取静观其变策略。

东益电子将普通股1拆为2，随后再以6送1比例派送最多9665万1980股红股，每位股东的持股将从现有的100股增至233股，股价将从5令吉53仙调整至2令吉37仙。

东益电子最新业绩显示，第四季净利走高近3倍至2503万9000令吉，全年净利报5114万7000令吉，涨幅达98%，本益比估值为31倍。

东益电子核心业务为半导体制造，并出口至海外。全球半导体贸易统计组织（WSTS）料今年半导体全年仍可取得个位数成长。MIDF研究认为，半导体成长因素主要是来自新智能手机推出、平板电脑销售复苏、汽车领域的需求。

半导体仍有成长空间，相信东益电子完成派送红股后，有望获得投资者青睐。

尽管东益电子前景备受看好，市场需提防马币近期走强因素，或许会短暂冲击东益电子盈利表现，投资者需谨慎入场。

感应器业务带动　东益下半年有看头

（吉隆坡1日讯）东益电子（GTRONIC，7022，主板科技股）次季业绩较为疲软的表现符合市场预期，分析员表示，该公司下半年业绩在感应器业务带动下將迎头赶上，所以他们大致上维持其財测和投资评级。

由于下半年展望备受看好，东益电子的股价在投资者追捧下走高，盘中触及2.67令吉全天最高，涨17仙或6.8%，之后略为回吐涨幅，以2.60令吉掛收，全天起10仙或4%，成交量为745万股，是全场第24大上升股。

东益电子昨天公布的2018財政年次季（截至6月30日止）净利按年扬升32.27%，至934万令吉，去年同期为706万令吉；营业额按年上涨13.68%，至7153万令吉。

上半年而言，该公司净利按年成长109.13%，至2453万令吉；营业额也按年增加40.14%，至1亿5801万令吉。

上半年落后预期

东益电子上半年净利只占市场全年预测的约30%，落后预测；不过，分析员皆表示，这已在意料之中，並预计感应器业务將在下半年表现强劲，所以大部份分析员维持其財测。

艾芬黄氏资本分析员指出，东益电子上半年净利占他和市场全年预测的28%和33%，不过，这在他的预期之內。

「我们预料其下半年表现较为强劲，因为光源感应器的產量恢復正常化，以迎合客户將在第3季推介新產品的需求；加上手势感应器的额外產能，都是该公司下半年將表现强劲的主因。」

安联星展证券分析员也认同地说，次季盈利疲软，按季挫跌39%，至930万令吉，是在预期之內，使到上半年净利只占他和市场全年预测的27%和32%。隨著感应器业务的產量將在下半年显著增加，所以下半年强劲的表现可抵消上半年的疲软。

马银行投行分析员则称，东益电子上半年核心盈利占他全年预测的40%，表现超越预期，因为他预计该公司在下半年会有更强劲的表现，主要是由感应器业务的需求带动，因为智能手机主要业者將在第3季推介新產品。

他基于较高的感应器销量，將东益电子2018至2020財政年盈利预测，分別调高2%至9%；同时，也把目標价上调4%，至2.40令吉，但维持该股「守住」评级。

艾芬黄氏资本和安联星展维持財测和「买进」投资评级，不过，艾芬黄氏资本將目標价从2.64令吉调高至3.56令吉。

MIDF研究和大华继显则认为该股目前的股价已反映了感应器业务將在下半年交出强劲的表现，所以给予该股「中和」和「守住」评级。
