刚刚发现到Sushi King的字眼出现在gawai4.jpg图片中(最后一张) ，所以可以肯定了Sushi King在东马首家分行将会开在The Spring 。

不是很确定，最小大概在600平方英尺左右。
新欣总共有165间商店，总零售面积425,040平方英尺，平均每个店面占地面积2,576平方英尺。

假如新欣总共有425,040平方英尺的零售面积，而每平方英尺的租金是 RM10 一个月，那么每个月能收到租金会是 RM4,250,400，一年下来不就是RM51,004,800。扣去维持费，利息，推销费和一些各种各样的费用，应该会每年净赚 RM10,000,000.

应该一年不只赚RM1千万，至少都有RM3-4千万吧 。PBS投资RM1亿5千万兴建新欣购物广场，如以一年净赚RM3-4千万，也要个5-7年才能赚回本。

卖吃的就<RM10 per sq foot
卖服装饰品之类的就贵些.

21-06-2007: Dragon-i Restaurant to have 10 outlets by year-end

Dragon-i Restaurant Sdn Bhd will be opening another three outlets in the Klang Valley by the end of the year, bringing the total number of restaurants to 10. The new outlets, each costing between RM2 million and RM2.5 million, would be located at the KL Pavillion, Aeon Bukit Tinggi and the One Utama shopping complex.

"Plans are underway to open 10 more Dragon-i Restaurants in 2008," its chief executive officer Henry Yip told reporters after the grand opening of its first outlet on the island yesterday, adding that most of the new outlets would be opened in the Klang Valley with the rest in Singapore, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu.

"We are also thinking about opening up a second Penang outlet, probably in the Gurney Drive area, by next year following the tremendous response to our first outlet here when it was opened in May," Yip said. The current Penang outlet covers 5,000 sq ft with the capacity to seat 168 diners.

Dragon-i Restaurant, specialising in authentic flavours from China, is said to be the largest premier xiao long bao (Shanghai dumplings) and la mian (hand-pulled noodles) restaurant chain in Malaysia.

The company had invested about RM2 million for its first Penang venture and would be committing a similar amount for its second outlet, said Yip.

"We are expecting to earn about RM1.5 million per month from the current Penang operations," he said, adding that he was hopeful about achieving a total of about RM40 million for all its 10 outlets by the end of the year.

There are also plans for a restaurant specialising in Hong Kong wantan noodles and roasted barbeque meat called "Dragon-i Express" and two halal restaurants next year.

Yip said investments on the halal outlets, which would be located in the KLCC shopping centre and at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), would be about RM2 million each.
