请问明天买keladi还有dividends?不是t+3?

其实，到底谁在吸票，实在很重要。我个人认为，不可能是散户。
看到大户如此抛售，散户才不敢进场。

散户会比较喜欢贪大众银行的利息，不会看上Keladi 的。

把价格定在RM0.19 ，我想是逼散户售票。当然，谁是谁非，也许下个月就分晓了。

我决定暂时留下观察。看情况再说。
不过，长期而言，我是不会和这样的大股东合作的。
我承认，这次的选择，选对了公司，没选对人。

肯定会找时机售票。

＞那倒是不一定，有很多的散户根本不知大户在抛售，
吸票的可能是散户，亦可能不是，要制造大的交易量，
亦非常简单，玩 ROLLING 就行了，
玩 ROLLING 的过程就可以散货交到散户的手上。

（散户会比较喜欢贪大众银行的利息，不会看上Keladi 的。）

现在 KELADI 的股息会比大众来得高，
二来大部份的散户都比较喜欢买低价股。

只是大家看事情的角度不同而已。
其实，我根本不愿意如此猜测，来选股。

下个月派息，是否借用派息来售票，派息后就很明显了。

31-01-2008: Tan Hua Choon buys into GBH

KUALA LUMPUR: Low-profile businessman Tan Sri Tan Hua Choon has added another company to his group of listed entities after he emerged as the single largest shareholder with a 30.45% stake in Goh Ban Huat Bhd.

Tan acquired 12.17 million GBH shares on Jan 24 in a married deal, increasing his direct stake to 30.45% or 18.85 million shares, according to a company filing to the stock exchange. The share price closed at RM1.40, up 10 sen, but with only 1,000 shares done on that day.

GBH posted a net profit of RM330,000 in the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2007. But for the nine-month period, it recorded a net loss of RM2.46 million.

Other companies in which Tan has substantial stakes are GPA Holdings Bhd with 14.05% or 56.21 million shares, while in Keladi Maju Bhd, his total shareholding is 28% or 212.32 million shares. He also owns 25% or 48.8 million shares in FCW Holdings Bhd and 21.66% or 16.63 million shares in PDZ Holdings Bhd.

GBH had completed its restructuring last year after disposing of its land and warehouses in Jalan Segambut to Federal Telecommunications Sdn Bhd for RM86 million.

The company was reprimanded by Bursa Malaysia Securities in July last year and it was directed to carry out a limited review of the four quarterly reports.

The latest development in the company was on Jan 16 this year after it accepted RM36 million in loans to finance its working capital.
