以前说的，梦比天高，有多大就多大。现在沦落到..只会卖票和要钱，从没看到它做了什么骄傲的事情。
难道，只会吹水的老板，真的会领导事业成垃圾级吗？
换换有能力的大股东，来玩个RA加强版..
那时候，就可以正式挑战D神的神话，将所有的目光再次转移R神的世界。
那可不止是企业的骄傲，而是领导人都将会是身价亿万倍。

那么，你每个月只要投资一万马币买进在RA, 不需要20年，肯定可以成为大股东。
每天吃它100张，两年内，肯定有一倍。
如果再找多十个人，很快可以重新洗牌，换十兄弟玩了。

R&A发股集资
财经 2014年4月16日
（吉隆坡16日讯）R&A电讯（RA，0110，创业板）以1配1比例发售附加股，每2股附加股將获1单位的免费凭单，另外也將以1对1比例，发不可赎回可转换优先股，以集资偿还银行贷款及作为营运资本。
该公司在附加股计划下將发出最多10亿5476万股新股，及5亿2768万股新凭单。
另外，该公司也將发出总值2637万令吉的债券股，每股面值2.5仙。
配合这两项计划，该公司將修改公司章程，及將註册资本从1亿5000万令吉，由30亿股组成；提高至3亿令吉，由60亿股组成。
该公司的大股东亿丰网通（Nexgram，0096，创业板）已经承诺认购其所配获的所有附加股，及债券股。亿丰网通目前持有R&A电讯19.65%股权。
假设这项附加股计划的售价是每股5仙，附加股送凭单及债券股计划，將为公司带来1420万至7910万令吉的资金。
R&A电讯今日交投大热，该股闭市收在0.045令吉，与昨日平盘，成交量则高达6583股，是週三交投第3活跃的股项。【东方网财经】
