（吉隆坡13日讯）美全（MTRONIC，0043，主板贸服股）宣布，独资子公司美全整合系统私人有限公司，与UMK商业联营私人有限公司，联手竞标政府的吉兰丹100兆瓦太阳能发电厂项目。
根据文告，UMK商业联营是大马吉兰丹大学的独资子公司。
根据合作协议，双方将会成立联营公司，竞标政府位于吉兰丹太阳能发电厂项目，该太阳能发电厂的建造期限为20年，地点为万捷（Bachok），占地300英亩，并把电力卖给主要目标客户国家能源（TENAGA，5347，主板贸服股）。
美全整合系统和UMK商业联营，分别持有联营公司的70%和30%股权。
该项联营符合美全为了提高营业额的业务方向和策略。

11. Approval Required The JVA is conditional upon approval being obtained from relevant regulatory authorities in order to effect the completion of the JVA. The Company will make further announcement once the tender is successful.
13. Financial Effects The JVA will have no material effect to the earnings per share, net assets per share, gearing, share capital and the substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of the Company for the financial year ending 31st December 2015.
In the event the JV Company is successful in the tender, the JVA will have positive effect to the earnings per share, net assets per share, gearing, share capital and the substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of the Company in the future.
14. Percentage Ratio The highest percentage ratio applicable to the joint venture pursuant to paragraph 10.02(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is 0.79% based on the latest audited accounts ended 31 December 2013 and MISSB’s equity participation of 70% of JV’s Company proposed paid-up capital of RM500,000.00.

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Board has reassessed the Group’s liquidity position and has concluded that the Group will have sufficient internally generated funds to proceed with the Proposed Acquisition without the need for fundraising. In light of this position, the Board has deliberated and decided not to proceed with the Proposed Private Placement.
Save as disclosed in this announcement, the other components of the Proposals (ie. the Proposed Acquisition and Proposed Diversification remains unchanged). The Proposed Acquisition and Proposed Diversification are collectively known as the “Revised Proposals”.

（吉隆坡1日讯）Tekad Mulia私人有限公司增持美全（MTRONIC，0043，主板贸服股）股权，至5.01%，成为后者大股东。
根据文告，Tekad Mulia以每股10仙的价格，通过场外交易，购入美全3500万股，持股权增至5.01%。
根据资料，Tekad Mulia是由万卡玛鲁丁与陈玉宏共同持有，两人均是PN17公司幸马泰资源（SUMATEC，1201，主板贸服股）的董事。
竞标丹州太阳能电厂
另一方面，美全独资子公司美全综合系统私人有限公司，成立了一家独资子公司Bonanza伙伴私人有限公司。
该公司将通过Bonanza伙伴，竞标政府位于吉兰丹100兆瓦的太阳能发电厂项目。

（吉隆坡26日讯）美全（MTRONIC，0043，主板贸服股）拟竞标捷运路线2（MRT2）合约，同时多元化至产业发展业务。
总执行长谢兴福（译名）日前出席特大后向媒体指出，公司打算竞标捷运路线2建筑管理系统的采购、建筑和启用（EPCC）承包合约。
“我们经常寻找扩展核心业务的商机，会竞标即将在明年首季招标的捷运路线2工程。”
虽然这些合约价值不详，但公司从捷运路线1（MRT1）获得的工程，总值约4300万令吉。
“我们有信心，可凭着成功获颁路线工程的优势，竞得路线合约。”
美全在特大通过多元化至产业发展业务的议案，未来将通过新业务来扩展财源。
“公司收购一块吉兰丹地皮的议案也获得放行，我们将在当地发展综合产业项目，预期4年完成。”
预期产业业务将在明年下半年开始，为公司捎来贡献。
美全将以980万令吉，向卖方购入这块面积为3万1943平方米的土地。 |

（吉隆坡22日讯）美全（MTRONIC，0043，主板贸服股）子公司与Halimuza Corporation私人有限公司（HCSB），携手竞标100兆瓦的光伏太阳能发电计划。
根据文告，美全子公司美全整合系统私人有限公司（MISSB），于周五与HCSB缔结合作。
MISSB与HCSB将设立联营公司Bonanza伙伴公司，分别持股70%与30%，竞标政府的吉兰丹光伏太阳能发电计划。
一旦竞得合约，Bonanza伙伴公司将在当地一块300英亩的万捷（Bachok）地皮，兴建光伏太阳能发电厂，并把该厂房产出的电力，卖给国家能源（TENAGA，5347，主板贸服股）。
另一方面，MISSB也跟UMK商业联营私人有限公司终止早前签署的联营协议，但并未说明原因。

（吉隆坡8日讯）基金买盘推动，综合系统供应商美全（Metronic Global Bhd ( Valuation: 1.50, Fundamental: 1.10)）交投活络中上涨16.67%。
休市时，该股报7仙，起1仙，是第九大热门股。
成交量从昨日的3万3000股，飙升至今日早盘的1584万8000股。
这相比过去200天的660万日均交投量。截至9月30日的每股净有形资产为7仙。
SJ证券资深抽佣经纪吴继宗告诉theedgemarkets.com说：“昨日有很多散户抛售，压低了价格。”
“一些短期基金或机构认为这是趁低买入的好机会，所以今早购入，因而推高股价。”
在盈利方面，美全在截至9月底的第三季转亏，净亏7万8000令吉，相比上财年同期获利11万4000令吉，归因于为101万令吉的投资减值。
营业额从895万令吉，增21%至1083万令吉。
