IVORY,一档在五月份内用了两周盈利22% 的股票,是否能再次辉煌?
盘了将近一年半的多头,终于在八月初破了颈线,就开始启动了多空趋势,一直到了跌幅满足后,就做了一个急性反弹,然后又回档开始进入盘底。

这个W底部大约盘了三个月半,06/05/2016 我就开始进场价位是0.365。10/05/2016 IVORY 宣告突破压力线,形成上升趋势,当天就一口气收盘在0.4。隔天开盘,我再加码在价位0.4,因为我计算会有第二波的涨幅。之后就如我的预测,出现了第二波段的涨幅,而我也将全部的部位在0.46的价位套现。如今盘了一周的小三角收敛在今天做了突破,是否能往上挑战下一个目标价位0.505?还是光辉一去不复返?我们就持续观察,拭目以待。

玮力产业1770万购槟发展商

2016年6月4日
(吉隆坡3日讯)玮力产业(IVORY,5175,主板产业股)建议,以1770万令吉收购另一槟城产业发展商Alshem Development有限公司(ADSB)。

根据日前的文告,玮力产业将向Alshem Venture私人有限公司,收购ADSB的所有权,以推动产业发展业务。

完成收购后,玮力产业将完全控制ADSB的营运与经商策略,可补足公司现有的商业策略。

若无意外,这项收购预计可在明年上半年完成。【e南洋】

玮力产业私配筹3158万

2016年6月10日
(吉隆坡9日讯)玮力产业(IVORY,5175,主板产业股)建议,私下配售高达6315万2702股新股,相等于占缴足资本约10%比重。

根据暂定配售价为每股50仙,集团预计可从私下配售计划中,筹得高达3158万令吉资金,并将用于扩展地库或潜在联营发展、营运资本和支付有关私下配售计划的开支。

玮力产业指,进行私下配售计划,让集团无需通过银行贷款或发售债券,支付利息开支或偿还本金,就可筹得额外资金。

这让集团能够保留现金流,用作再投资或营运用途。

此外,相比其他筹资方式,如发售附加股,是从资本市场迅速而有效的筹资方式。

在完成私下配售计划后,股票规模将扩大,这会稀释每股净利;但若使用有道,也可增加盈利。【e南洋】

玮力产业与LLK联营
发展吉隆坡产业项目


2016年6月18日
(吉隆坡17日讯)玮力产业(IVORY,5175,主板产业股)与LLK产业私人有限公司缔结联营,共同发展3351平方米的吉隆坡地皮。

玮力产业在文告中指出,独资子公司Ivory时代广场私人有限公司,今日与LLK产业、LLK产业董事王福明(人名皆译音)、股东叶月兰、股东兼董事林立强和林季文,签署联营协议。

根据协议,Ivory时代广场公司将在LLK产业的土地兴建综合发展产业项目。在整体项目的价值中,LLK产业将持有27%。

玮力产业表示,这项联营计划除了让公司获得持有良好地库的伙伴,也有助公司把业务版图扩展至槟城以外的地区。【e南洋】

玮力产业首季赚逾570万

2016年8月30日
(吉隆坡29日讯)因上财年同季脱售子公司获利,玮力产业(IVORY,5175,主板产业股)本财年截至6月30日首季,净利按年下滑13.43%至570万7000令吉,或每股净利1.28仙。

同时,营业额上升30.01%,录得6164万6000令吉。

根据文告,产业发展业务的营业额,主要来自City Residence & City Mall和槟城时代广场第三及第四阶段工程。建筑业务首季盈利表现也改善,归功槟城WorldCity项目。

此外,联营公司贡献也从上财年同季的30万令吉,按年增加至1000万令吉。玮力产业估计,接下来联营公司的盈利将持续贡献2017财年的表现。

虽产业市场走缓,但玮力产业在上财年已锁定了大部分的销量,正执行的发展计划也会为集团盈利带来激励。董事部认为,2017财年的表现会令人满意。【e南洋】

玮力合建污水厂换隆地皮

2016年11月9日
(吉隆坡8日讯)玮力产业(IVORY,5175,主板产业股)与Grand Uptown(简称GUSB)签署联合发展合约,携手兴建污水处理厂,以换取一片吉隆坡地皮。

根据文告,上述联合发展合约,是由玮力产业旗下的Ivory Residence(简称IRSB)与GUSB签署。在换取了地皮后,双方可联手发展项目。

污水处理厂的建筑合约是由GUSB、政府与Syarikat Tanah dan Harta私人有限公司(简称Hartanah)负责的三方合约。

其中,政府已委任GUSB负责该项目,建筑成本达4960万令吉。而作为回酬,Hartanah将移交一片地皮给GUSB。

文告称,该地皮面积达2万330平方米,地契将在2114年11月17日到期。

玮力产业表示,GUSB将授权予其唯一与独家权,作为该地皮的发展商。

该公司表示,上述联营发展符合公司的策略计划,因这可将产业项目扩展至槟城以外。同时,联手发展产业项目,也减低了买地的需要,相信可贡献未来净利。【e南洋】
