玮力产业偕2公司
重新发展住宅项目

(吉隆坡12日讯)玮力产业(IVORY,5175,主板产业股)与Taman Segar管理公司和Upper Label 私人有限公司签署了解备忘录,携手重新发展住宅项目。
玮力产业集团今日向交易所报备,该公司将与上述两家公司,共同重新发展位于吉隆坡区的土地项目。
根据文告,玮力产业将拆除现有300个单位,并重新发展成至少800个单位的住宅项目。
而现有300个住宅单位的业主,将获得赔偿新的单位。【e南洋】

玮力在槟发展7.5亿计划.明年巴生河流域推房产
(槟城31日讯)玮力产业(IVORY,5175,主板产业组)除了即将在槟岛峇都蛮推出总发展价值为7亿5000万令吉的新综合发展计划,明年也会在巴生河流域推出数个房屋发展计划。
该集团首席执行员拿督刘永福在常年股东大会后说,在峇都蛮的发展计划,将在占地4.7英亩地段的庞大的中央广场上,建设两栋住宅楼。
他说,在巴生河流域推出的项目,包括价值10亿令吉的蕉赖康乐花园综合发展项目、2.5亿令吉的新街场住宅项目及蕉赖斯嘉镇可负担房屋项目。

玮力产业1.3亿霹雳买地
2017年11月2日
(吉隆坡1日讯)玮力产业(IVORY,5175,主板产业股)宣布,以1亿3385万8137.60令吉买下霹雳实兆远占地25万9100平方米的商业地皮。
玮力产业昨天向马交所报备,独资子公司Sunlink产业私人有限公司,今日与卖家Remco工程及建筑私人有限公司签署买卖协议。
该块地皮属租赁地契,契约将于2107年2月13日到期。
根据文告,买地的资金将从内部和向银行举债筹得。
玮力产业预计,如无意外,收购计划可在2019年首季前完成。
玮力产业指出,买地是为了将业务扩展至全马。
地库增至123亩
在购地之后,公司的地库也将由59英亩,提升至123英亩。
另外,玮力产业点出,该项购地计划,不会对公司2018财年的每股净利和净资产有任何影响,但地皮的未来发展将可贡献盈利。【e南洋】

股东批准建污水厂换地
玮力隆市发展10亿房产
2017年11月24日
(槟城24日讯)玮力产业(IVORY,5175,主板产业股)在吉隆坡兴建污水处理厂换地皮的献议,今日在股东特别大会上股东一致通过。
玮力产业独资子公司Ivory Residence(简称IRSB),早前与Grand Uptown(简称GUSB)签署联合发展合约,把现有设施的排污管道改道至位于敦拉萨镇更大的污水处理厂,建筑成本达4960万令吉。
之后,玮力产业可在换取吉隆坡面积2万330平方米地段,地契将在2114年11月17日到期,计划发展综合项目。
靠近交通枢纽
玮力产业集团总执行长拿督刘永福表示,这项新发展取名为Grand Connaught,发展总值10亿令吉,目前正规划中。
该地点可由第二中环公路轻松抵达,并设有便利的零售商店以及露天餐厅、咖啡吧和小酒吧等。
“这里绝对符合现代食客的休闲品味,未来将会是社交聚会、商业网络及零售体验的新聚点。”
住宅大楼将设立在零售空间之上,地点靠近公共交通枢纽,如巴士站、轻快铁及地铁站,非常方便。
如今,玮力集团正筹备几项位于槟州以外的新项目,包括位于吉隆坡新街场、发展总值2.5亿令吉的项目,目前进度良好。

玮力产业800万全购IC公司
2017年12月28日
(吉隆坡27日讯)玮力产业(IVORY,5175,主板产业股)以800万令吉,购下Ivory Continental私人有限公司(简称“IC公司”)剩余的51%股权。
玮力产业今天向交易所报备,该公司向拿督陈友同(皆译音,Tan Yew Thong)和拿督郑永杰(Teh Yeong Keat)达成股权脱售协议,分别向两者购入在IC公司52万和50万股,总数102万股或51%股权。
上述购股总值为800万令吉,或每股7.84令吉。在完成收购后,IC公司成为玮力产业的独资子公司。
玮力产业指出,上述收购活动,是为了让该公司能够全权持有IC公司,以配合玮力产业未来企业活动。
上述收购活动料在未来3个月内完成,预计能为玮力产业在未来带来额外收入。【e南洋】

Reference is made to the announcement made on 12 July 2017 in relation to the execution of the non-binding Memorandum of Understanding entered between Ivory Properties Group Berhad ("Ivory" or the "Company") with Taman Segar Management Corporation and Upper Label Sdn Bhd to jointly re-develop/develop the Project Land located at Kuala Lumpur (“Announcement”).
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the MOU had lapsed on 11 July 2018 and accordingly, the Parties to the MOU had on 27 July 2018 mutually agreed not to proceed with the MOU and the said MOU is hereby terminated with immediate effect (the “Termination”).
As previously announced, the MOU is non-binding and hence, the Termination does not have any financial impact on the Group.
