發庭令提告前董事 多元電子復牌漲38仙

（吉隆坡1日訊）多元電子工業（MULTICO，7004，主要板工業）狀告包括前任董事在內11人多項罪名，高庭提出有利該公司建議，使股項受投資者追捧，該股午盤停牌1時，復牌后狀態神勇，以全日最高水平1.60令吉掛收，勁漲38仙。

今早開市時，多元電子工業股價沒有動靜，掛平盤1.22令吉至休市；午盤開市前，該公司宣佈股項將暫停交易1小時至下午3時30分。

該公司在恢復交易前報備指出，高庭昨日已發出庭令，分別對11名被告提告，其中首被告杜春濤為該公司新加坡藉董事，被控失信等罪名，他同時亦是該公司前任董事經理。

多元電子工業及子公司Plasmet工業早在2008年4月即針對此事採取法律行動，最新進展是高庭確認杜春濤欺詐罪名成立，且做為公司董事觸犯多項失信及法令。

文告指出，一旦罪名成立，首被告需償還公司4418萬令吉及每年4%利息，以及30萬令吉成本，該筆資金將直接納為公司淨利，相等于99.5仙每股盈利；其余被告亦有可能面對類似懲罰。

受消息提振，該股恢復交易股價即漲14仙至1.36令吉，爾后慶祝漲勢連連，以全日最高漲幅閉市，漲38仙至1.60令吉，成為今日十大上升股項之一，成交量160萬7400股。[ChinaPress]

（吉隆坡2日讯）多元电子（Multico，7004，主板工业产品股）昨天赢得官司股价大幅走高後，不过，相信是投资者纷纷套利，导致股价今天面对沉重卖压，全日回跌14.375%。

身为起诉人的多元电子與11名答辩人，包括公司前董事的法律纠纷终於告一段落，多元电子胜诉，因此，在2013年7月31日财政年，将会有一笔4419萬令吉的税後盈利入袋。

昨天，多元电子受这项利好消息激励，昨日量价齐升，扬38仙至1.60令吉。不过，今日却因为投资者套利而面对卖压，全日深陷下跌格局。

该股闭市时报1.37令吉，跌23仙，或14.375%，成交量为249萬股。

根據大马交易所的文告，多元电子在此案中获胜，将有一笔判定金额入账，为公司的每股盈利贡献99.5仙。
多元电子在文告指出，法庭已针对答辩人因舞弊、串谋诈骗及失职，而作出判决。[Nanyang]

此供应合约料在2014財政年首季开始，为期5年，料为其带来约2610万令吉的营业额，而总投资成本则预计为33万令吉。

多元电子联营 进军印度车市

（吉隆坡19日讯）多元电子（MULTICO，7004，主板工业品股）与印度企业家成立联营公司，以进军印度迅速发展的汽车市场。

多元电子向马交所报备，配合成立联营公司，该公司昨日已和印度Haryana工业集团主席依斯瓦尔星，签署一项联营协议。

这联营公司的缴足资本达10万卢比（约5360令吉），将在印度生产汽车零件；多元电子和依斯瓦尔星分别持股60%和40%。

多元电子称：“此联营正符合公司扩大盈利基础的策略，而且也协助公司进军印度市场，同时分享联营伙伴的知识与印度市场的网络。”

文告指出，印度预计于2020年，成为全球第三大的汽车市场。

Haryana工业集团是印度主要的轿车和商用车零件制造商，于2012至2013财年录得大约8000万美元（约2亿5580万令吉）营业额。

供应Perodua感应器 多元电子料进账3480万

（吉隆坡27日讯）多元电子（Multico，7004，主板工业品股）宣布，将为第二国产车（Perodua）新车款供应泊车感应器，预计可带来约3480万令吉的营收贡献。

根据文告，这项部件供应合约将始于截至2015年7月31日财年的首季，为期7年，预计总投资成本为1万5000令吉。

末季净利滑43%

另一方面，鉴于代工生产（OEM）价格下调降低营收，多元电子截至今年7月31日财年末季净利，滑落42.79%至200万3000令吉，逊于去年同期的350万1000令吉。

同时，该公司宣布派发9仙终期股息，累计全年股息派发达12仙。当季营业额从3099万6000令吉，跌9.12%至2817万令吉。每股盈利为4.51仙，较上财年的7.88仙来得低。

全年方面，多元电子净利则报佳音，劲扬164.57%至2888万令吉，上财年为1091万6000令吉；营业额报1亿917万3000令吉，较去年同期的1亿1109万1000令吉小跌1.73%。[南洋网财经]
