派特別息22.5仙‧OPCOM曾寫6年新高

（吉隆坡3日訊）OPCOM控股（OPCOM, 0035 ,創業板工業產品組）派發22.5仙單層特別股息利好，激勵股價一度激增22.5仙或27.61%至1令吉零4仙，寫下6年新高水平。
該股以1令吉零1仙跳空開盤，起19.5仙，並在龐大買盤扶持下一度攀升至1令吉零4仙全日最高，閉市以1令吉零1仙掛收，揚19.5仙。
每股22.5仙特別股息的除權日訂在9月14日，享有日期為9月19日，並會在9月28日支付予股東。
OPCOM控股的單一最大股東是M Ocean資本公司，持有26.94%股權，而拿督斯里慕克力及RezekiTegas公司也各持23.5%及20.93%股權。（星洲日報／財經） |

手持4500萬現金‧OPCOM控股洽談收購

（吉隆坡15日訊）在特別股息除權後，OPCOM控股（OPCOM, 0035, 創業板工業產品組）仍持有逾4千500萬令吉現金，可展開大型收購計劃，期望在未來半年內會達致具體協議。
該公司執行董事蔡光華在股東大會後表示：“我們正與國內外業者洽談相關業務的收購計劃，特別是涉及科技及電訊服務領域的歐洲公司。”
不排除轉板
他強調，OPCOM控股多年來都沒有舉債，一旦展開比公司規模更大的收購計劃，相信可輕易取得融資。
同時，他透露，若涉及龐大收購資金，公司不排除轉板至主板，以展開更大型的籌資計劃。
“OPCOM控股內部一直都在討論轉板事項，但考慮到涉及較高的掛牌經費，因此現階段沒有作出這方面的決定，直到恰當的時機。”
儘管目前歐洲受到債務危機衝擊，但蔡光華反而認為這是項契機，可以更低估值展開收購行動。
該公司上個月宣佈派發22.5仙特別股息，已在9月14日除權，享有日期為9月19日，並會在9月28日支付予股東。
不擔心馬電訊不續約
OPCOM控股的收益主要來自馬電訊（TM, 4863, 主板貿服組），不過他並不擔心面對“不續約”困境，因為公司擁有一定的實力，且彼此已合作16年了。
該公司與馬電訊的合約將在2013年4月到期。
“在大馬營運的光纖電纜業者不多，只有3至4個，加上業務門檻較高，所以競爭不大。”
蔡光華指出，隨政府持續投資在高速寬頻網絡（HSBB）計劃，加上電訊業者需要仰賴光纖電纜經營長期演進技術（LTE）網絡，這將確保市場對光纖電纜的需求趨穩，公司料可維持去年的良好業績表現。
另外，由於現有廠房的產能已將近100%，因此該公司斥資逾2千300萬令吉承建新廠房，預定在未來6至9個月內竣工。（星洲日報／財經） |

On 22 April 2009, the Board of Directors of Opcom Holdings Berhad ("Opcom" or "the Company") announced the Letter of Award of RM359 million received by a subsidiary of the Company, Opcom Cables Sdn. Bhd. ("OCSB") from Telekom Malaysia Berhad ("Telekom") for the Supply, Delivery, Training and Support Services of Passive FTTH System ("Contract"). Subsequently, the Company announced the two (2) years extension of the Contract from 20 April 2011 to 19 April 2013 on 23 May 2011.
The Board of Directors of Opcom wishes to announce that OCSB has signed a RM82 million variation order to the Contract with Telekom on 2 May 2012 ("Variation Order").

合约落差8200万OPCOM控股扬3%

（吉隆坡3日讯）光纤电缆制造商OPCOM控股（OPCOM，0035，创业板）宣布获马电讯（TM，4863，主板贸服股）颁发8200万令吉的合约落差额后，今日股价应声上扬近3%。
OPCOM控股宣布，上述合约变动额，属于马电讯早前颁发3亿5900万令吉的合约。
公司是在2009年4月宣布，获马电讯颁发颁3亿5900万令吉的光纤到家（fibre-to-the-home）合约。另外，在去年5月，该合约获得延长两年至2013年4月19日。
文告指出，上述合约变动额预测将在合约在明年4月19日截止前、为公司的盈利和净资产带来正面的贡献。
受到此消息激励，OPCOM控股上涨2仙或2.7%，闭市报77仙，成交量14万3100股。然而，该合约变动额也可能面对各项风险。[Nanyang] |

看者马电讯的UNIFY这么火红， OPCOM 这几年生意一定还可以， 这盘生意是老马的儿子的， 马电讯不得不给面子。 告诉你们一件事， 以前当这家公司和张晓庆集团合作时，年年是亏本生意， 跟张家拆伙后，这家公司才开始赚钱。
