Informed by the developer...
So expensive for DST...worth to buy? After consider leasehold and not so good location between 2 highways...definitely noise pollution...
I am waiting it since year 2007... but with the sky price! |

Lush Development SB 的是 residential, 不过都是high end 的,最便宜townhouse。。。
现在都在动工了,预期明年2月完工吧。。。

But Alam Santuary RM440k can buy 24x75 with bigger built up 2542sf.
Phase 1 subsale value is RM380k with almost similar specs & size to D'Alpinia. |

hi,
FYI, all the semi-d (RM510k above) has been sold out. Each house free with 2 air con Panasonic (one with 2house power), water filter (brand filter first), wireless house alarm system, 2 water heater Panasonic and autogate.
For terrace house is selling RM 430K above and with the above freebies. And I saw on that day, 70% was sold. |

DST is overpriced...the property leaflet the last page original price was RM387,500...you may remove the yellow sticker to see... |

从equine去。D"alpina在左边LDP进去。
回时。。前面可以U-turn而不需要经过Tol吗?
想去看看为什么卖那么贵。。。
