（吉隆坡26日訊）“彭博社”數據顯示，休市前7分鐘，投資者在市場外大量買賣林集靈（CSCENIC，7202，主要板消費）股票，達580萬股（占4.81%股權）。

進行上述交易買賣家的身分還是未知數。

根據林集靈2013財年年度報告，該公司最大股東，由執行主席林志強（譯音）控制的林集靈（Lim Ket Leng）控股私人有限公司，截至今年4月23日，共持有62.82%林集靈股權。

在本週二（23日），林集靈控股在市場外脫售515萬2424股，減持股權至58.55%。

林集靈閉市收在1.19令吉，微跌1仙，全日成交量只達1萬1000股。

（吉隆坡25日讯）分析员认为，林吉灵集团（CSCENIC，7202，主板消费产品股）是典型的巴菲特式投资股项。

其顾客也是后者旗下公司，且身处高获利的利基市场，距离分析员的目标价格，拥有逾20至60%的上涨空间。

林吉灵集团为木制相框制造与出口商，有80%产品出口至北美。

主要顾客为美国艺术和工艺品材料连锁店，包括Michael Stores、Hobby Lobby，以及巴菲特在2001年收购的Larson Juhl。

联昌国际投行研究主管黄大任在报告中点出，集团在过去5年共派息47仙，是当前市值的40%，再加上每股13仙的净现金，以及未来前景，估值应可达1.53至2.06令吉。

周五扬5.74%这相比周五的1.29令吉的闭市价，还有19%至60%上涨空间。

由于备受证券行看好，该股周五处于涨势，扬7仙或5.74%。

木制相框赚幅24%

过去，林吉灵集团的周息率处于6至9%，该行预期2014财年可达9至10%。

当然，该集团所身处的行业也具相当吸引力，木制相框的赚幅高达23至24%，是家具等其他下游木制消费产品的一倍以上。

“再者，大马木材和劳工成本较低，这较其他海外竞争者更具成本优势。”

（吉隆坡27日讯）相框制造与出口商林集灵（CSCENIC，7202，主要板消费）今日不只股价创史上新高纪录1.41令吉，本月初大幅减持股权的联合创办人兼执行董事林志坤（译音），也正式呈辞退出董事局，让投资者更是摸不著头脑。

该股今日一度冲高至1.41令吉，闭市收在1.38令吉，起9仙，成交量279万8600股。

根据马证交所报备文件，现年57岁的林志坤是以追求个人兴趣及退休为由，辞去该公司执行董事一职；另外3名兄弟包括担任执行主席的林志强、董事经理林志明（译音）与执行董事林志华（译音）仍坐阵公司。

值得注意的是，林志强年纪较林志坤稍长，今年58岁，为4兄弟中的大哥。

林集灵本月初曾向马证交所报备，林志坤已全数脱售高达49%或5900万股间接持股，目前仅握有13.82%直接持股。

林吉灵300万进军上游设锯木厂

（吉隆坡8日讯）林吉灵集团（CSCENIC，7202，主板消费股）预计斥资200至300万令吉，扩充业务至上游活动，包括採购原木及开设锯木厂，以便降低公司获取原料的成本。

该公司执行董事林志华在周一的股东大会后，向记者表示，该公司的生產成本当中，木材佔30%。他表示，交给其他厂家代为锯木，会造成许多的浪费，间接导致木材成本更高。若公司本身拓展上游活动，可根据要求裁锯木材，也可將剩余的原料物尽其用，估计木料成本可降低15%至20%。

今日出席记者会的包括，该公司董事经理林志明及財务总监林金丽。

林志华披露，开拓上游活动的资金大约需200万至300万令吉，并以公司內部的现金支付这项业务发展所需的资金。

同时，该公司將在其原有的土地开设锯木厂，并考虑向现有锯木厂商购买执照，或直接申请新执照。他也预计今年底就可获得该执照。

「对於上游活动，我们仍缺乏经验，因此，预计需要一些时间进行筹备，因此会在一至两年后，才可正式投入运作。」

另外，目前该公司成本的30%来自原木，接著是劳工占12%，及其余材料。

控制成本拼盈利

针对未来的业绩表现，林志华认为，这仍视市场的走势而定，但公司將会继续控制好成本，以维持获利。他表示，业绩表现主要市场的因素在主宰，其次则是成本控制。

「我们无法控制主要市场的动向，但我们可以控制成本，將成本降低就可提高盈利。」

此外，该公司也会留意有潜质的下游活动的扩展机会，但目前主要专注于上游活动的开发。

该公司今年的资本支出（CAPEX）如往年一样，大约为130至140万令吉。其中约60万令吉用作建造仓库，50万令吉用以提升ERP系统软件，而20万令吉用作提升原有的机械设备。

該公司的總資產為1億零523萬5千令吉，較為顯著預目，包括貨存值2千842萬5千令吉、現金及等同現金則為2千零71萬2千令吉、產業，工廠及機器總值4千837萬1千令吉。
