出口中国前景备受看好 鸡蛋业迈向系统化生产

（实兆远15日讯）我国鸡蛋可出口至中国，料将会带动蛋鸡农场业者改善设备增加产量，以应付鸡蛋的出口需求。

曼绒县禽畜业公会署理主席拿督陈崇凑向《南洋商报》说，中国是世界上拥有最多人口的国家，我国鸡蛋能出口到当地市场，鸡蛋业的发展潜能肯定一片大好。

应提供税务优惠
他说，政府若能将肉鸡也纳入出口行列中，将可带动肉鸡和鸡蛋业迈向更有规模和系统化的生产。

“政府在鼓励农场生产更多的有素质的鸡蛋和肉鸡等粮食的当儿，应提供机械和卫生设备系统的税务优惠，让业者能与时并进的调升和扩大生产线，生产符合国际规格标准的鸡蛋和肉鸡。”

他认为，政府若能提供粮食生产奖掖和土地便利，将可鼓励和带动更多人参与农牧业发展，生产符合国际食物标准的农产品出口，为国家赚取外汇。

曼绒县内共有三家蛋鸡农场，每天生产20万至30万粒鸡蛋供应本地市场，暂没有出口到新加坡或其他国家。

鸡蛋业者：中国人口多市场无限
昔加里区蛋鸡农场经营人吴先生说，我国与中国政府签署鸡蛋进入口了解备忘录，让我国鸡蛋可出口到该国肯定是个好消息，尤其是中国拥有全球最多的人口，应该会有很大的市场潜能。

他说，鸡蛋在上个月的斋戒月前后，因供求失衡，导致蛋价一度下跌了八仙，农场批发价跌破生产成本，令业者亏损不少；幸随着禽总蛋鸡组的协调将鸡蛋出口及建议将鸡蛋纳入作为部分学校儿童补助营养计划下的一项食物，使蛋价恢复了过去的水平。

将提高产量
“鸡蛋是良好食品，含有丰富的营养素且容易处理与储存，虽偶有市场供求失衡问题，但市场潜能还是很好，此外，鸡蛋可出口的国家越来越多，因此为扩大生产量，已计划扩大农场设备和机械化，使每日的鸡蛋产量从现有的15万粒提高到20万粒以上。”

至今終憑雞蛋創大業成立潮成集團，並於10月29日在大馬股票交易所第二板上市。

潮成集團不僅平均日產150萬粒雞蛋，佔有大馬雞蛋產量6.5%，

還生產屬於自家品牌的“快樂蛋”（Happy Eggs）！

此外，此集團是國內唯一采用“統進統出”（All in all out）系統飼養管理模式的業者，

意即在一間農場內引進並飼養同齡的蛋雞且同時淘汰，以利於雞隻的高存活率以及高產蛋量。

這是此公司成功的要素，再配合密封式養殖法，不僅增加雞隻的數量，也提高產蛋量，達到最高效益。自從採用“統進統出”及密封式養殖法後，雞隻的存活量提高了15%，產蛋量也增加了3%左右。

現今，此公司的雞蛋供應於本地市場約88%左右，出口至新加坡則有20%，亦會提高澳洲、紐西蘭及台灣的外銷市場。

藍氏三兄弟即旭臣、旭汕和旭睛於1978年投入家禽業飼養肉雞，爾後其他兄弟也陸續加入公司共同創業，

teoseng 7252 基本面依然强稳,现在的下跌反而是机会进入,事后绝地大反攻.

（新加坡7日訊）大馬2家蛋雞農場，早前被禁止出口雞蛋到新加坡，原來是因雞蛋被驗出含導致食物中毒的病菌，結果影響供應量，以致新加坡蛋價飆升5%。

雞蛋進口商指出，大馬兩家蛋雞農場之所以被禁止出口雞蛋到新加坡，是因農糧獸醫局（AVA）發現其雞蛋含有會導致食物中毒腸炎沙門氏菌。

根據《海峽時報》報道，目前被農糧獸醫局批准進口雞蛋到新加坡的大馬蛋雞農場有21間，2家禁止入口雞蛋到新加坡的農場，占新加坡共16億8000萬雞蛋供應中的不超過6%。新加坡去年有75%雞蛋進口自大馬，其余在國內生產。

目前，位于武吉知馬的一家雜貨店10顆雞蛋賣2元（約5令吉20仙），上升了1角（約仙26），而附近的另一雜貨店則上2角（約52仙）。

又一家馬來西亞雞蛋農場的雞蛋被驗出含有沙門氏菌，被禁止運入新加坡，致使被禁的大馬雞蛋農場增至3家。新加坡《聯合早報》報導，接獲禁令的3家雞蛋農場是Chong Ne Nam、Teo Seng farm 8和Chareon Pokphand Jaya農場。沙門氏菌可存活於動物的腸道內，經糞便附在蛋殼上。用手拿受感染的雞蛋，卻沒洗手就拿其他食物吃會食物中毒。受感染的雞蛋若沒有煮熟，食用後也會致病。

（柔佛‧峇株巴轄21日訊）潮成農場於今年7月，成為全馬首家榮獲食品安全管理驗證（I S O22000：2005）、食品危害分析和關鍵點控制準則（HACCP）及良好生產規範原則（GMP）之雞蛋生產商。

潮成農場董事經理藍旭汕表示，該公司榮獲上述三項國際標準認證後，顯示該公司擁有更完善的食品安全管理系統，以進一步提昇產品的品質和新鮮度，同時也將持續加強食品安全和客戶滿意度，以維護品牌和企業形象，邁向國際舞台。

採“全進全出”管理
他說，該公司共有20間農場及超過800名員工，目前已邁向高科技全自動化生產，該公司也是國內首家採用“全進全出”（All in all out）系統飼養管理模式的業者，意即在一間農場內引進飼養同齡的蛋雞且同時淘汰，以利於雞隻的高存活率，以及高生產率。

他強調，該公司的產品已出口至新加坡、香港及中東等國家；成功要素是配合密封式養殖法，不僅增加雞隻的數量，也提高產蛋量，以達到最高效益。

擬擴大生產線增設農場
潮成農場營運總經理藍脇昱透露，該公司每日生產260萬粒雞蛋，未來計劃在三至五年內擴大生產線，並增設三至四個農場，將每日的雞蛋產量增加至400萬粒。目前該公司也建設了自給自足的一站式體系，除了雞蛋外，也生產動物飼料、蛋格及禽畜寵物藥物等相關產品。

潮成農場也獲多個獎項和認證，包括大馬獸醫局頒發良好畜牧業管理認證、新加坡農業食品與獸醫管理局驗證為核準出囗農場、最傑出蛋雞農場獎及最傑出新興禽畜業獎等。

短期马股会有不錯的表现,唯有上市公司财报良好才是市场真正需要的信心,可留意股項如7252 teoseng 潮成资本,业务具成長与抗跌性,现价位Rm2.03可趁低累积和持有.
teoseng 7252 的Q3业绩好,dividen是已经决定肯定的事了,
RM1.95加码.

现在只是在PE=9倍多在交易,明显是低估了,合理的PE=15,价位-3.00
(估计2014全年EPS=20SEN)
我打算做旦鸡农场的小股东，哈哈。因为我看到成长的引擎己开动，
只要人口增加，鸡旦的销量就会增加。没有市场问题，安心持有，再说接下来
公司的股息，红股等，我不想错过公司2008年上市，至今6年的机会等待。

（吉隆坡11日訊）潮成集團（TEOSENG，7252，主要板消費）截至9月底第3季營業額按年起19%至9566萬令吉，淨利按年漲56%，達1076萬令吉，宣布派發每股5仙股息，同時建議每持有2股獲送1紅股和憑單。

該公司建議以每2股現有股送1紅股，發出1億股紅股，再以每4股現有股送1憑單，發行5000張憑單。這批紅股將從潮成集團股本溢價和保留盈餘賬戶發出。

假設這批憑單以每單位1.79令吉指標轉換價計算，估計未來可為公司集得8950萬令吉資金。

該公司建議發送紅股和憑單主要為了獎勵股東，料在2015年首季完成這項活動。

潮成集團首9個月淨利大漲73.2%，從1770萬令吉增至3065萬令吉；營業額則按年增12.8%至2億7248萬令吉，對比2013財年同期為2億4160萬令吉。

The exercise price of the Warrants was determined by the Board after taking into consideration, among others, the following: (i) the TEBP of the Shares based on the five (5)-day VWAMP of the Shares on the market day immediately preceding the price-fixing date for the Warrants with  a premium of  up to 10% to the TEBP; (ii) the historical volatility and share price movement of the Shares; and (iii) the potential future earnings of Teo Seng and its subsidiaries. The Company had on even date executed the deed poll constituting up to 50,000,000 Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Warrants. This Announcement is dated 14 January 2015.

潮成净利暴增2.14倍

（麻坡27日讯）潮成集团（TEOSENG，7252，主板消费产品股）生产效率提升，加上饲料与鸡蛋售价持稳，带动末季净利暴增2.14倍。

潮成集团末季净利报1797万令吉，高于前年同期的573万令吉。

集团末季营业额按年上升21.7%，至1亿846万令吉。前年同期营收为8916万令吉。

相比前年的2342万令吉，集团全年净利大增1.08倍，录得4862万令吉。

集团全年营业额，从前年的3亿3076万令吉，扬升15.2%，去年报3亿8093万令吉。

潮成集团强调，2014财年的亮眼成绩，乃集团全员努力，配合管理层所拟营运方针与策略，提高生产效率。

为加强竞争优势，潮成集团今年会推动多项大型投资项目，包括兴建新蛋鸡养殖场、增建纸蛋托和饲料厂产线、投资沼气发电厂等。【南洋网财经】
