大馬市場放緩‧肆發看好印尼車市

（吉隆坡23日訊）車內裝飾配件公司——肆發企業（SMISCOR，7132，主板工業產品組）認為，印尼汽車市場龐大，該公司看好未來可貢獻更多營收。

該公司小股東昨日在股東大會後向《星洲財經》表示，管理層已經與印尼公司設立聯營業務，預期未來可提振公司業績。

“大馬汽車市場已經有放緩的跡象，而印尼汽車市場比大馬更龐大，因此管理層相當看好當地的市場。”

他說，管理層在會上表示，大馬即將開放汽車市場，當地許多汽車行業配件市場將面臨更大競爭，預期許多小型業者可能會面臨淘汰，屆時有利公司從中攫取更多的市佔率。

該名小股東也透露，管理層表示，公司手握1千500萬令吉的淨現金，相當於每股30仙，每股淨資產約1令吉70仙左右。

改良塑膠業務

詢及虧損的機器及塑膠業務，管理層表示，這兩項業務佔公司的營業額不大，且公司目前正在改良塑膠業務以應用在汽車配件，若成功的話，可以大幅提昇塑膠業務賺幅。

管理層還說，公司在吉隆坡陳秀蓮路的廠房，屬於當地的黃金地段，且久未估值，待合適的時候，就會釋放其價值。

根據年報，該公司的負債率為0.08倍，機器業務及塑料業務的營業額為1千520萬令吉及550萬令吉。陳秀連的廠房佔地3千867方尺，2012年6月14日的估值為234萬9千800令吉。（星洲日報／財經‧報導：謝汪潮）
