In order to benefit from the business from JCB and to have a clear picture of the performance of this new business unit, Pansar has acquired 100% of PHE, a dormant company from Pan Sarawak at a nominal value of RM25,000 which is the book value of PHE for the purpose of carrying the business of selling and distribution of construction equipment which includes backhoe loaders, heavy excavators, compact excavator and telehandlers. 4.       INTEREST OF DIRECTORS, MAJOR SHAREHOLDER AND/OR PERSONS CONNECTED WITH THEM Pan Sarawak, being the Seller and also being the holding company of Pansar, is deemed to be interested in the said acquisition.  Dato’ James Tai Cheong @ Tai Chiong and Datuk Tai Hee being the directors as well as substantial shareholders of Pan Sarawak are also the directors and substantial shareholders of Pansar, are also deemed to be interested in the said acquisition.  David Tai being the substantial shareholder of Pan Sarawak and Pansar, is also deemed to be interested in the said acquisition. （吉隆坡19日訊）針對馬證交所發出“異常交易活動”（UMA）質詢，PANSAR（PANSAR，8419，主要板貿服）回應表示不知情，但坦承正競標與協商特定工程意向書。

PANSAR因股價異常飆高和交投火熱，上周四（15日）遭馬證交所質詢，今日回覆表示在向董事、主要股東及相關人士作出諮詢后，透露正競標、洽談及評估一些公司尚未收到的工程意向書。

“若公司獲得工程意向書，將符合大馬交易所9.03上市條例，發布必要的公告。”
