大昌華嘉 售總值1.2億資產

（吉隆坡5日訊）大昌華嘉（DKSH，5908，主要板貿易）宣布，脫售旗下位于雪州八打靈再也13區的資產，總值1億2420萬令吉。

大昌華嘉今日向馬證交所報備指出，該項資產是透過旗下子公司大馬大昌華嘉中央服務有限公司，脫售給Sun-Pjdc有限公司；雙方已于今年5月31日簽署該項銷售協議。

根據協議指出，位于八打靈再也13區的資產包括25萬8746平方尺的土地、貨倉及辦公室大廈，土地則為一塊租賃土地，將于2067年8月6日到期，預計上述建築物已有50年歷史。

大昌華嘉指出，該項脫售協議沒有經過任何競爭投標過程，雙方是在公司同意下簽署該項銷售協議；大昌華嘉將在來臨特別股東大會中，尋求股東通過該項協議。

脫售總值1億2420萬令吉所得將用做減低銀行貸款1242萬令吉、營運資本4724萬2000令吉，及售資產費用227萬5000令吉等。[中国报财经]

大昌華嘉3060萬 售子公司51%股權

（吉隆坡1日訊）大昌華嘉（DKSH，5908，主要板貿易）宣布，以現金3060萬令吉脫售DKSH Transport Agency公司（簡稱大昌華嘉TA）51%股權，給Delta Express私人有限公司。

大昌華嘉向馬證交所報備，公司與Delta Express簽署有條件購股協議，脫售大昌華嘉TA 51%股權，相等于5508現有股，每股面值100令吉。

該公司指出，其他持有大昌華嘉TA 49%股權的股東，也贊同售股給Delta Express。

上述100%股權相等于1萬800現有股，脫售價碼達6000萬令吉。[中国报财经]

（吉隆坡20日訊）各個業務銷量走強和營運成本改善，有助推動大昌華嘉（DKSH，5908，主要板貿易）截至本財年3月底首季淨利按年增15.4%報1349萬9000令吉。

大昌華嘉向馬證交所報備，前期的銷量走強主要是由現有客戶驅動，但新客戶也逐漸貢獻公司成長；同期營業額則揚近4%至12億8701萬令吉。

報備文告指出，融資成本下跌也是淨利改善的主因。

（吉隆坡26日訊）大昌華嘉（DKSH，5908，主要板貿服）截至6月底次季，淨利按年跌19%，至1446萬令吉，但宣布派發每股22.5仙股息，對比去年同期派息率為11.5仙。

同期，營業額增6.6%至13億6101萬令吉，主要由銷售成長推動，包括現有客戶及新增客戶的貢獻。雖然營運成本攀升，但現金盈余提升降低公司融資成本。

DKSH：仍在起步阶段 电子商务短期难见效益

（吉隆坡5日讯）DKSH集团（DKSH，5908，主板贸服股）财务总监兼区域管理主管约翰克拉尔指，电子化是未来商业发展大势，但大马仍在起步阶段，无法在短期内看见即时效益。

主要业务为市场拓展服务（MES）的DKSH集团，今日举行“以电子化拓展市场”讲解会兼第4份市场拓展服务报告书推介礼。

该报告研究结果显示，电子化将成为推动市场拓展服务领域的主要推手，亚太区更会每年增长7.8%。

不过，由于大马起步较慢，加上缺乏资源和经验，约翰克拉尔认为，大马或须投放更多时间和资源，才可看见效益。

“就以我们为例，目前没有多少家客户决定走向电子化。当然，除了电子化发展意识不强，这也与基建设备、资金和资源缺乏等有关。”

他续称：“我相信，DKSH集团需要投以更多的时间和资源，宣扬电子化可带来的利益，才能够看见盈利回报。”

全球拓展服务市值8.64兆

上述研究报告由咨询机构罗兰贝格（Roland Berger）负责，项目经理查猜塔纳卡拉古指出，截至2013年，全球市场拓展服务领域市值达2兆7000亿美元（约8兆6400亿令吉）。

“受惠于全球商务趋向电子化，有助让全球市场拓展服务领域市值在2018年内，增长至3.8兆美元（约12.16兆令吉）。”

至于包含大马的亚太区域，更是每年会增长7.8%，且有望在2018年，成为全球最繁忙的电子商务交易区域。

他表示，无法鉴定大马整体电子化发展处于哪个阶段，整体而言仍有很大发展空间。

“电子化发展的速度，因领域特而异。目前，电子化发展领先的领域是服饰和消费电子产品。”

放眼2020年成电子经济体

主讲人之一的多媒体发展企业机构（MDeC）分享服务和外包部副总裁麦克瓦仁表示，政府正极力推动商务电子化发展，以达到2020年成为电子经济体的目标。

当中，他认为移动电子商务（mobile commerce）、智能基建（smart infrastructures）和商业数据（business intelligence）将在未来5年，为电子化发展做出显著贡献。

（吉隆坡20日讯）DKSH集团（DKSH，5908，主板贸服股）将为旧街场白咖啡（OLDTOWN，5201，主板贸服股）产品，在沙巴、砂拉越和汶莱，提供市场销售和物流服务。

根据文告，这并不是双方首次合作。此前，旧街场白咖啡已委托DKSH，成为快速消耗产品（FMCG）在西马、新加坡、泰国和台湾的营销物流负责单位。
