格林歐深發1億票據‧4送1憑單

（吉隆坡26日訊）格林歐深（GOCEAN，0074，創業板科技組）宣佈發行總面值最高1億令吉的可贖回可轉換票據，以籌集資金主要供擴展製造廠設施及營運資本用途。

該公司也以4送1比例派送憑單。

格林歐深今日與先進機會基金及其投資經理公司-先進資本伙伴有限公司簽署合約，以便分5批發行上述的總面值1億令吉的可贖回可轉換票據。

該公司4送1比例派送5千零64萬8千750單位的憑單，而參考轉換價為34仙，有效期為5年。

該公司在上述票據計劃所籌集的1億令吉資金，其中7千430萬令吉充當擴張製造廠及設施用途，而1千730萬令吉則充當為公司的營運資金。

截至2013年8月13日為止，該公司的發行及繳足資本為2千零25萬9千令吉，一旦上述計劃中的票據及憑單悉數轉換，最高繳足資本將增加至7千532萬4千令吉。（星洲日報／財經）

We refer to the announcement made in relation to the Proposals dated 26 August 2013 (“Announcement”). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcement unless otherwise defined herein. On behalf of the Board, KIBB wishes to clarify the following representation and warranty of the Subscriber in relation to the Proposed Notes Issue under Section 2.1.4 of the Announcement: (iii) The Subscriber agrees (i) that there will be no conversion of the Notes by the Subscriber to transfer a controlling interest in the Company without the prior approval of the shareholders of the Company at a general meeting and (ii) not to hold more than fifteen percent (15%) interest in the share capital of the Company, at any time and from time to time without the prior approval of the Company. Pursuant to the above, the Subscriber shall not hold more than 15% interest in Green Ocean without the prior approval of the Company. In the event the above approval is obtained, the Subscriber shall not convert the Notes such that he will hold a controlling interest in Green Ocean without the prior approval of the Company’s shareholders, which will be sought at a separate extraordinary general meeting, if required. In the event that shareholders’ approval is obtained for the Subscriber to hold a controlling interest in Green Ocean and the Subscriber thereby holds more than 33% interest in the Company (or such other percentage as may be prescribed in the Malaysian Code on Take-Overs and Mergers 2010), the Subscriber would have to undertake a mandatory general offer. This announcement is dated 28 August 2013.

建议要送warrant的隔天早上开高，之后就一路下，好多大票丢出来，股价节节败退。。。

为什么会跌这么厉害呢？卖票的人很多，买票的少，可是却是买很多的。。。

应该是老板在卖。。。

我的预测，韩国仔把剩余的票买给吴氏兄弟。。。

因为要送warrant了，老板故意把股价压下来，骗人丢票，好让自己能得到更多warrant。。。

我目前还没有加码 来拉低平均价。。。那天看到忽然跌到0.11， 心脏都要跳出来了。不过还好很快的又升回。你看0.11 是怎么回事呀？

没有，猜的，底部放大量，可能是庄家吃票，庄家如果要出票应该是在顶部，不是在底部吧！

我猜也是这样。。。今天忽然买量很多。。一度上到0.20。。。可是又跌回0.180了
明天看情况， 可能要加码拉低平均价～


但是牛牛有说， 它完蛋了。。
