齐力科技竞标18亿合约‧马币影响利润主要挑战

（吉隆坡16日讯）齐力科技（PMBTECH,7172,主板工业产品组）目前竞标约18亿令吉的项目，并手握约3亿令吉的合约，可供忙碌至今年杪。

齐力科技首席执行员管保明认为，公司今年将充满挑战，希望在争取更多的项目支撑下，维持今年首季取得的表现，惟马币汇率波动将影响公司的利润。

“在去年，因为马币疲弱，使得公司面对约300万令吉的外汇亏损，因此，我们希望马币能够维持稳定。”

他在股东大会后表示，今年将会是艰苦的一年，并充满挑战性。

他说，尽管铝价有上升的趋势，惟对于从事下游业务的他们来说，却未必能够从中获益。

管保明说，该公司还是会谨慎看待铝价的走势。

此外，他说，公司也面对外劳人手短缺的问题，除了因为政府限制聘请外劳外，另一个原因则是外劳在回国后不愿再回来。

他指出，该公司在今年首季取得比上季表现好，希望今年能够维持此表现。

截至2016年3月31日止首季，齐力科技净利增长37.13%至238万6000令吉，前期为174万令吉；营业额则由前期的1亿零703万4000令吉下滑30.91%至7395万2000令吉。

他说，市场对于可负担房屋的需求推动了该公司的供应铝架业务。

他指出，齐力科技在铝架业务保有市场领导者地位。

管保明表示，该公司逾30%营业额贡献来自于海外市场，包括香港、菲律宾、印度、中东、澳洲、美国等地。

产业放缓．齐力科技多元业务迎逆风

（吉隆坡8日讯）齐力科技（PMBTECH,7172,主板工业产品组）认为国内产业领域处于放缓状况，影响产业相关业务表现，该公司未来将采取多元化业务策略面对逆风，并有信心维持获利成长动力。

该公司首席执行员管保明在股东大会后表示，虽然高价产业需求已经走缓，可能会影响公司铝幕墙建筑业务。只不过，市场对于可负担房子需求却很高，相信这会推高建筑领域对铝合金模板需求。

他进一步解释，“我们业务除了建筑之外，也有贸易和制造业务，这3大业务发挥互补的效用，在某个领域放缓时候，我们会选择经营风险较小领域。”

齐力科技2016全年净利，按年成长了28%至1071万令吉，惟2017年第一季获利，微挫1.67%至234万6000令吉。

他也透露，公司目前握有7亿令吉工程，当中过半已经执行，剩余合约足够公司忙碌两年，未入账销售则是4亿令吉。此外，公司目前的建筑合约有30%是来自海外市场。

他也指出，公司目前正在竞标8亿令吉合约，根据过往记录公司的合约得标率为20%。

马币走强风险不大

另外，询及近期马币走强，是否对旗下制造业务有利，他则表示，影响不大，主要是公司铝制原料很少向外国购买，绝大部份铝制品原料都向母公司齐力工业（PMETAL,8869,主板工业产品组）购买，美元曝险不高。

他也提及，齐力科技在香港也有数亿港元工程项目进行中，但由于港币通常都尾随美元走势，因此公司面对的外汇风险并不大。

当提到公司是否有意透过并购，将业务拓展至不同领域，管保明说，公司正在审视适合的并购对象，只是大部份都在洽淡中，若有进一步消息会对大众公布。

只是他也表示，齐力科技一直都会专注于本业，公司不会采取太激进方式取得成长，管理层经营理念比较谨慎。

齐力科技在去年总共派发4仙股息，股息支付率为30%，询及公司是否有意进一步增加股息派发率，他则说，公司不只是派发股息，其实也为股东带来价值成长，公司是否能持续成长这才是最重要的。

值得留意的是，年初至今该公司股价从1令吉54.1仙，走高20.05%至1令吉85仙。

砂拉越能源供电齐力科技子公司

（吉隆坡3日讯）砂拉越能源公司将提供52兆瓦电力，给齐力科技（PMBTECH，7172，主板工业产品股）独资子公司PMB Silicon私人有限公司位于沙马拉祖（Samalaju）工业园的金属硅工厂。

齐力科技向交易所报备，PMB Silicon与砂拉越能源旗下Sesco公司（SSB）执行一项25年购电协议，金属硅工厂预计将在明年末季投入营运。

这家工厂预计每年产能达3万6000公吨。

营业额也从去年同期的8541万5000令吉，年增49%至1亿2748万6000令吉。

该公司在财报中说明，由于在建筑和制造业务营业额大起1.4倍，推高该季营业额和净利的按年表现。

3季赚776万

累计首9个月，净利录得776万3000令吉或每股10.02仙，年增10%；营业额报3亿5179万4000令吉，年升38.5%。

齐力科技也宣布派发每股1仙的第三中期股息，除权日在本月29日，派息日为12月21日。累计全年共派出每股3仙股息。

多元化至硅金属业务

另一方面，齐力科技计划多元化现有业务，至金属硅相关生产业务，预计能够带来额外超过25%的净利。

该公司也有意发行年利率为3%的为期5年不可赎回可转换无担保债券（ICULS），以及凭单，放眼筹资最多2亿令吉，以用作未来12个月的建造金属硅制造厂房（1亿270万令吉）和设备（9600万令吉），以及支付发行债券开销（130万令吉）。

同时，该公司建议，将公司股票1拆为2，以便扩大股票规模，进而提升交易流通量。【e南洋】
