TAHPS末季推1亿有地房产

（吉隆坡29日讯）TAHPS集团（TAHPS，2305，主板产业股）产业发展臂膀Bukit Hitam Developement私人有限公司，即将在今年末季，推介一项有地产业项目，发展总值达1亿令吉。

该项目是TAHPS集团100亿令吉武吉蒲种城镇计划之一，面积达20.23公顷地皮，共有140单位围篱有地住宅。

邻近赛城和布城

根据马新社报道，总执行长邱孔辉（译音）预计，武吉蒲种地点策略，邻近赛城和布城，会获得良好反应。

他说，TAHPS集团在武吉蒲种仍有242.81公顷永久地皮供发展，放眼在未来10至12年内全面利用。

该集团计划将武吉蒲种发展为全面自给自足的城镇，包括住宅、高楼和有地产业，还有公园、商用产业譬如专卖店、保健中心等。

邱孔辉称，目前TAHPS集团重视可负担度。同时，该集团也会考虑新项目地点、周围发展、现有项目和二手市场价格。

“若你以100万令吉以上推介（一间房子），会很难售出。不过，若是一个70万令吉的有地房产，我认为销售会不错。”

邱孔辉认为，身为一名发展商，尽管产业市场情况不佳，持续推介项目对TAHPS集团而言很重要。

“这意味着，我们必须推出符合当时市场的产品。我们是名长期业者，想确保客户满意。我们不只是一味发展和最大化赚幅，同时也提供一个良好品质的产品给购屋者。”【e南洋】

（蒲种10日讯）重新出发的AYER控股（AYER，2305，主板产业股）即将推介新项目，且正与数名保健业者洽谈，在雪兰莪蒲种岭（Bukit Puchong）城镇兴建医院。

该公司前称为TAHPS集团，配合重塑品牌，于去年杪改名为AYER控股。

总执行长邱广辉今日在新品牌推介礼记者会上说，目前该公司正重新评估蒲种岭发展大蓝图，料在数月内完成。

询及今年计划推介多少个新项目？他只说接下来会推出有地及高楼产业，与去年杪推介、大受欢迎的Andira Park项目相似。

他强调，该公司不会急促推介项目，必须确保产品、设计与时机正确。

目前，AYER控股致力于打造品牌，以提升名气和吸引潜在买家的注意力。

邱广辉补充，该公司也会利用科技，在社交媒体和电子平台宣传品牌。

为了提升蒲种岭的价值，AYER控股计划引进教育、保健与休闲元素。目前该公司正与数名国内外保健业者初步洽谈合作计划。

该公司在蒲种岭还有600英亩未发展地皮。

邱广辉开放看待各形式的合作计划，包括联营及收购地皮，会根据个别案例评估。

大选不影响产业市场

至于非核心的种植业务的贡献，他表示要在2个业务之间取得平衡，但会随着市场动态改变，若种植业务有新商机，也会考虑。

另外，他指出目前产业市场处于巩固期，下半年会有所改善。

他也认为，大选应该不会影响产业市场，因为银行依然批准房贷。
