UOA产托次季少赚22%
2017年7月21日
(吉隆坡20日讯)UOA产托(UOAREIT,5110,主板产托股)截至6月杪次季,净利下跌21.78%,报892万7000令吉。
该公司今日向交易所报备,次季营业额减少11.03%,报2052万8000令吉。
累计首半年,净利下降20.13%,录得1883万3000令吉;营业额则萎缩10.66%,报4098万2000令吉。
UOA产托指出,首六个月内,总租金收入跌10.6%。
另外,总开销则跌1.2%,这是因为借贷成本较低,抵销了较高的产业营运和管理费用。
根据文告,现有水平的使用率保持稳定,但经济波动将影响使用率和出租率。
该公司将持续积极管理投资组合的财产,并采取审慎的资本管理,以最大化单位持有人的收益。
在这段期间,公司也会继续探索符合目标及增加收益的收购机会。【e南洋】

UOA产托末季派息4.37仙
2018年1月26日
(吉隆坡25日讯)UOA产托(UOAREIT,5110,主板产托股)截至去年12月杪末季,净利按年下跌39.9%,但仍宣布派发每单位4.37仙股息。
UOA产托昨日向交易所报备,每单位4.37仙股息,包括4.12仙的须缴税股息和0.25仙的免税股息。
股息的除权日和享有权益日,分别在2月7日和9日,支付日则在2月28日。
末季赚898万
UOA产托末季净利897万8000令吉或每股2.12仙,营业额也按年跌2.54%,报2069万7000令吉。
总开销为1150万4641令吉,其中581万1447令吉为产业营运开销,569万3194令吉是非产业营运开销。
由于派息率是95%,因此,该公司已拨出1847万9497令吉,作为派息拨备。
比较去年,总租金下跌8.2%,总开销减少0.4%。
总开销下跌是因为产业营运和行政开销减少,但被较高贷款成本抵消。
累计全年,净利达3787万7000令吉,跌23.68%;营业额为8235万令吉,减8.23%。
展望未来,管理层会继续积极管理产业投资组合,扩大收益率,并会继续寻求收购机会。【e南洋】
