（吉隆坡4日讯）耐力斯（NYLEX，4944，主板工业股）一艘名为Nylex 1 Malaysia的船舰投入服务，用於装载和运输耐力斯的產品。这也是该公司的第一艘装载化学品的船舰。

耐力斯集团董事经理拿督萧家伟表示，新船舰將巩固该公司业务，对公司正面。

耐力斯透过子公司--AMSB公司，斥资6000万令吉购买Nylex 1 Malaysia船舰。耐力斯主要从事化工、塑料和聚合物业务，每年营业额高达15亿令吉，並且在大马、新加坡、印尼和越南拥有超过13家子公司。【东方网财经】

NYLEX（耐力斯，4944，主板工业产品股），成立于，并于1990年上市大马交易所主板。

NYLEX的核心业务为生產聚合物产品，例如PVC、PU leathercloth、薄膜和片材、土工合成材料和旋转模塑产品。

此外，该公司也供应化学原料给各工业领域和行业，如汽车、家具、消费品等等，预料可从该计划争取商机。

公司目前在大马、越南、新加坡及印尼设有分销中心，而工厂则只设立在印尼及大马而已。印尼的人口众多，且市场潜力强，公司打算在印尼的工厂进行扩产计划。

其实如果是MYStockXplorer的会员，相信对这支股并不感到陌生，因为我曾经在去年的10月11日在《会员专区》里提起它。

重新留意它，主要是因为NYLEX在迈入2017年后，无论在营业额和净利都取得亮丽的成长。

在最近的业绩里，该公司解释其营业额增加的主要原因是其海外公司的销售增加，至于净利增加则是因赚幅提高所致。对于一家公司的业绩而言，销售额和赚幅增双双加无疑是一项双利好。

再来看看它的年度业绩：


续2016财政年改善其净利之后，NYLEX于今年进一步推高其营业额和净利。

虽然2017年还剩一个季度，但其净利已经超越去年。

所以，只要NYLEX在末季净利能维持在700万令吉以上，那么2017年总业绩将是该公司自2011年以来最好的业绩（注：NYLEX将于7月公布末季业绩）。

该公司一向来会在末季派发2仙终期股息，相信今年也不会例外。

NYLEX的财务状况属于中等，虽然债务有些偏高，但属于可控制的范围，相信管理层在未来会积极解决这个问题。

个人认为NYLEX的合理价应该在RM1.47。

（吉隆坡30日讯）Nylex (M) Bhd以1440万令吉将物流子公司NYL Logistics私人有限公司套现，因预计后者不会带来高回酬。

Nylex今日向大马交易所报备，连同Bon Kok Meng签署了一项售股协议，将NYL的220万股，相当于发行与缴足股本的100%，售予Astachem Holdings私人有限公司。

文告指出，脱售计划所获得的现金收益将充作Nylex的营运资本。

Nylex于2016年5月，以638万令吉向Bon Pow Koon收购NYL的60%股权，余下40%则由Bon Kok Meng持有。

根据该集团，收购NYL是希望成为一家涉及制造、分销和运输的综合化工集团，以满足客户的需求。

NYL从事运输、搬运、运输承包和代理服务，而Nylex集团的核心业务是制造和分销工业化学品及相关产品。

但现在，持有40%和负责NYL营运的Bon Kok Meng计划退出。

随着他有意退出，Nylex表示：“并不认为NYL会给集团带来高回酬。”

“拟议脱售将允许Nylex释放和套现其投资，并将资源重新分配予集团其他主要业务。”

根据年度报告，Bon Kok Meng目前负责创业板上市公司安康物流（Ancom Logistics Bhd）的物流部门。

安康物流和Nylex均为上市于主板的多元化集团安康（Ancom Bhd）的子公司。

Nylex预计，脱售计划将在90天内完成，并取得100万令吉收益。

“这项计划不会对集团截至今年5月杪财政年的盈利和净资产有任何实质影响。”

（吉隆坡3日讯）Nylex (Malaysia) Bhd执行主席Tan Sri Mohamed Al Amin Abdul Majid以其他承诺为由辞职。

持有Nylex 14.91%股权的控股公司安康（Ancom Bhd）也宣布，Mohamed Al Amin辞任非独立非执行董事。

这两家公司今日分别向大马交易所报备，对现年62岁的Mohamed Al Amin表示感谢，感谢他对集团显著增长，尤其是化学业务的承诺、奉献和贡献。

根据Nylex的2017年度报告，Mohamed Al Amin于2003年7月30日加入董事部，担任非执行主席，并于2010年2月1日调任为执行主席。

他在1979年以霹雳州发展机构（PSDC）项目工程师一职展开职业生涯，之后获委任为PSDC子公司Maju Bangun私人有限公司的执行董事。随后，他开始自己的生意，涉足建筑、投资、经销、一般贸易和项目管理等。
