振德预计原棕油价格走高提振2017财年盈利

（吉隆坡24日讯）振德（Chin Teck Plantations Bhd）对于2017财政年（截至2017年8月31日止）录得更高盈利充满信心，归因于原棕油（CPO）价格走升。

振德执行主席Goh Wei Lei表示，尽管棕油产品仍受厄尔尼诺现象（El Nino）及翻种活动所影响，但原棕油平均售价比去年来得好。

“今年的平均售价实际上与市场一致，如今平均售价近每吨3000令吉，相比去年每吨近2000令吉。”

他是在今日公司的常年股东大会后，向记者发表上述言论。

Goh补充，价格可能会持续波动，但他们将受益于令吉走贬。

振德2016财年的净利从2015财年的3047万令吉，暴跌至1775万令吉。营业额则略微走升至1亿1214万令吉，同期报1亿400万令吉。

振德2016财年的种植面积合共1万970公顷，其中85.92%或9425公顷种植园的油棕已成熟。

振德表示，2016财年已翻种额外635公顷的老树及低产量的油棕树。此外，该集团计划今年翻种703公顷的老树和低产量油棕树。

“本公司已采取措施，在翻种计划下栽种拥有更好产量的油棕树幼苗。”

振德第三季多赚12%

（吉隆坡27日讯）振德（CHINTEK，1929，主板种植股）截至5月31日第三季，净利扬12%至645万2000令吉；宣布派息10仙。

同期营业额涨24.5%，报3455万7000令吉。

累计首9个月，净利激增1.5倍至3029万2000令吉；营业额走高43.8%，报1亿1458万7000令吉。

振德向交易所报备，当季营业额增加，归功于平均售价提升，以及鲜果串、原棕油和棕油仁的销量走高。

营业额上涨也自然推动净利攀涨。

该公司表示，旗下联号公司贡献的净利增加，因为其中一家涉及产业发展的联号公司贡献走高，而投资印尼油棕种植的联号亏损也减少。

派息10仙

振德宣布派发每股10仙的第二次中期股息，将今年迄今的每股股息推高至19仙。【e南洋】

振德末季激励飙71%

（吉隆坡31日讯）振德（CHINTEK，1929，主板种植股）截至8月31日末季，净利按年大增70.71%，录得1024万6000令吉或每股11.21仙。

上财年为净赚600万2000令吉，或每股6.57仙。

营业额录得年增4.87%，从3247万6000令吉上扬至3405万9000令吉。

合计全年，净利激增1.28倍至4053万8000令吉；营业额赚1亿4864万6000令吉，年增32.55%。

振德昨日向交易所报备，全年营业额增加，归功于鲜果串、原棕油和棕油仁的平均售价和销量提升。

该公司称，比较上财年亏损，联号公司本财年整体贡献盈利，主因是投资在印尼油棕种植的联号亏损减少。

展望未来，原棕油的平均售价料持稳，这将对明财年的业绩表现产生相应影响。【e南洋】

果串棕仁售价走低
振德首季净利跌14%

（吉隆坡30日讯）振德（CHINTEK，1929，主板种植股）截至11月30日首季，净利按年跌13.62%至1358万9000令吉，或每股14.87仙。

振德向交易所报备，营业额按年微增0.12%，报4251万2000令吉，主要是因为鲜果串、原棕油和棕榈仁的平均售价走低。虽然鲜果串和棕榈仁的销量增加，但原棕油的销量却减少。

此外，该公司在首季也蒙受外汇兑换亏损。

联号公司的整体盈利贡献走低，归咎于一家从事产业发展的联号公司盈利贡献减少。 但整体营运开销减少，原因是较少使用化肥及减少采购鲜果串。

果串产量增长不大

另一方面，振德执行主席吴维历今日在出席股东常年大会后指出，预计截至8月底的现财年中，鲜果串产量增长不大，因该公司有30%的油棕树，树龄超过16年。

虽然现有成熟地和新种植地的差距巨大，但该公司目前没有大型的翻种计划，会继续维持每年平均翻种4至6%的频率。【e南洋】

振德专注棕油上游业务．拟并购印尼更多园丘

（吉隆坡2日讯）振德（CHINTEK，1929，主板种植组）将专注于棕油上游业务，并计划在印尼并购更多的园丘地。

振德执行主席吴纬锂周二在股东大会后表示，该公司将积极并购更多位于印尼的地库，并乐观看待能够恢复原本的地库面积。

他指出，想要寻得合适的地库是一件挑战的事情，惟一旦成功购得土地，将对该公司带来利好。

早期，振德位于印尼苏门答腊的种植地段与周边村落发生土地纠纷，继而打击该公司的盈利表现。

振德目前在大马拥有占地1万1000公顷的种植园丘，而在印尼苏门答腊则与合资伙伴共同拥有占地2万1000公顷的种植园丘。

吴纬锂预计，本财政年鲜果串产能料录得与上财政年相去不远的水平，主要是因为大部份油棕树龄已超过黄金产量期。

他补充，在所拥有的园丘里，超过30%油棕树龄已达16年。

据2017年财报，振德鲜果串产量由前期增加12.36%至17万1069公吨。

吴纬锂也指出，该公司一直在进行翻种计划，平均按年翻种4至8%油棕树，不过，进度受天气情况等因素影响。

吴纬锂指出，公司目前并没有计划拓展业务至下游领域，并将继续专注在目前的上游领域，同时，也没有任何收购计划。

拥2.55亿现金

吴纬锂也指出，公司目前手握2亿5500万令吉现金，主要是为了方便公司进行日常计划。

他指出，公司表现优异则会派发更多股息，就如2017财政年所派发的股息比2016财政年高，主因就是表现较好。

吴纬锂表示，马币强势将会打击公司以马币计的销售，同时，营业额也预计将受到影响。

欧盟计划抵制大马棕油进口，吴纬锂认为，将会打击整个棕油领域的需求，而他也希望印度在重新检讨调高原棕油进口税的决定，能够捎来好消息。
