KLIA 2工程多次延遲 高峰控股不怕索賠

(吉隆坡20日訊)經過多次展延,第2吉隆坡國際機場(簡稱KLIA 2)終取得建築落成與完工證(CCC),承包商高峰控股有信心,不會被大馬機場控股追討估計達2553萬令吉的工程延誤賠償(LAD)。
據財經週刊《The Edge》報導,高峰控股執行董事鄭家恩說:“若真的被追討賠償,公司有強力理由提出爭論,這也是我們沒有作出任何撥備的原因。”
但他不願透露更多詳情。KLIA 2工程承包商UEMC-高峰控股,是UEM集團與高峰控股的聯營公司;高峰控股持有40%股權。
UEMC-高峰控股去年6月15日未能如期完成工程,當時機場控股宣佈,將向該公司追討每日約19萬 9445令吉的工程延誤賠償。
若以股權比重計算,直至新機場5月 2日正式開幕,高峰控股將得承擔2553萬令吉的賠償。
鄭家恩有信心不會被討賠償之際,報導也指出,高峰控股沒有能力撥出如此龐大一筆錢。截至去年12月底,高峰控股的現金和定期存款僅7001萬令吉,營業額和淨利分別為10億6000萬令吉和547萬令吉。換言之,公司淨賺幅僅0.52%。
此外,鄭家恩證實,已成為價值20億令吉的金鑾鎮-白沙羅大道(KIDEX)工程領先競標者,一旦奪標將與中國港灣工程公司合作建造,但目前仍不宜透露太多工程最新消息。【中国报财经】 |

高峰控股擬減面值配售新股

(吉隆坡2日讯)高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主要板建筑)建议削减面值,及私下配售3790万新股。
高峰控股向马证交所报备,建议进行一系列企业活动,包括每股面值从1令吉减至50仙。
同时,该公司建议,私下配售最多3790万新股,或相等于20%股权,並在较后才决定新股发售价。
根据报备文件,假设新股发售价每股65仙,料该公司可从中集资高达2465万令吉。
其中,该公司计划將1895万令吉作为营运开销、500万令吉偿还银行贷款,及70万令吉支付是项企业活动的开支。

传赢汶莱3亿合约 高峰2年内建千屋

(吉隆坡16日讯)高峰控股有限公司(BPURI,5932,建筑组)即将落实与汶莱发展部一项价值3亿令吉的交易,在汶莱Kampung Lugu兴建1000单位可负责房屋。
消息透露:“这是一项国际招标。若高峰控股胜出,它将须在2年内完成这项计划。”
高峰控股在汶莱并不强势。据其网站显示,该集团于2011年为汶莱国家房屋试验计划建竣2000单位房屋。
一旦赢得最后一轮可负责房屋建筑工程,该建筑集团的订单将提高到近20亿令吉,但普遍上仅拥有淡薄利润,因此导致总收入与账面利润之间的更大差距。
达证券行对高峰控股作出的报告中称,该集团坐拥17亿令吉的订单。
今年,高峰控股的首项及迄今唯一赢得合约是在4月,受委一份2亿4784万令吉合约以在砂拉越古晋兴建大马渔业发展局的渔业大楼。
在截至2014年3月31日止首财季,高峰控股录得117万令吉净盈利,及收益达2亿7082万令吉,意味着净利润只有0.43%。
于之前同季,它创下较高净盈利157万令吉及收益2亿7368万令吉,相等于净利润0.57%。
涉及产业发展、电力与采石矿等多元化业务的高峰控股,仍然非常依赖其建筑部门,以贡献公司的财政表现。在2014年首财季,该集团79.42%收益是来自其建筑部门,这个部门的税前利润为0.35%。
高峰控股的第2大收益贡献者,即产业发展部门获得税前盈利193万令吉,及收益2582万令吉,即利润7.45%。
达证券行指出,高峰控股首财季的净盈利减少,是因为建筑和产业发展部门利润,惟少于该研究公司的预测。
最终,该研究公司已削降2014至16财政年度的收益预测4.1%至41%,以反映出其建部门的利润压缩,以及耗资13亿令吉Rivo城市发展慢于预期的推展。

高峰获汶莱2.8亿合约

(吉隆坡26日讯)高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑股)获得汶莱房屋发展部,颁发1亿950万汶莱元(2亿8150万令吉)合约,兴建1000个国家房屋。
根据文告,独资子公司汶莱高峰控股,将在24个月内,为位于Lugu村的房屋发展计划,设计大蓝图、土方工程、基建和兴建工作。
这项合约也将未完成订单增至20亿9000万令吉。今年至今,已获颁总值5亿3000万令吉新工程,相信将有更多合约陆续而来。
董事经理丹斯里郑福成表示,这已是第四度获颁汶莱建筑合约,对汶莱政府的青睐和信任感到喜悦。
高峰控股首次将事业版图扩至汶莱,是在2007年获颁3360万令吉工程,负责双溪岭工业园的土方和前期工程,已在隔年竣工。
在2011年,该公司完成兴建2000间国家房屋;另在Lugu存的520间房屋,也已在近期完工。
股价稳健走高
除了汶莱,高峰控股亦参与泰国和印度建筑领域,为泰国政府建设逾3万间可负担房屋,另也在印度兴建3条主要大道。

UEM 高峰冀与大马机场 和解klia2延迟完工赔偿

(吉隆坡30日讯)吉隆坡第二国际机场(klia2)延迟完工赔偿(LAD)一事仍未得到解决,高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑股)冀大马机场(AIRPORT,5014,主板贸服股)和UEM-高峰可在洽谈中和解。
高峰控股执行董事郑家恩对《星报》表示,正和大马机场展开洽谈,希望可友好了结。
klia2营运商大马机场,在一年多以前,因该机场竣工延期,向主要承包商征收LAD。
身为主要承包商,UEM-高峰随即提出上诉。根据合约条款,承包商可要求延期完工,因工程出现许多临时要求,利益相关者曾额外更动决定。
郑家恩表示,虽然klia2已在5月开幕,不过LAD问题仍未得到解决。
“我们正和大马机场就此事洽谈,希望可达到和解。”
他说,落后于原定时间表的不只是UEM-高峰,因该公司只是负责兴建主要和卫星航厦。
“跑道和滑行道,也没有按照原定计划竣工。”
LAD要求UEM-高峰每个月赔偿600万令吉的赔偿金,总额超过6000万令吉。
整项klia2工程成本估计达40亿令吉,该公司负责其中的11亿5000万令吉工程。
料每年赢10亿新合约
另一方面,高峰控股预计每年持续赢得平均10亿令吉的项目。
郑家恩披露,该公司已被邀请主要大道和捷运项目的竞标,其中包括西海岸大道(WCE)、金銮—白沙罗大道(KIDEX)、捷运路线2(MRT2)和轻快跌路线2(LRT2)。
目前,该公司赢得5亿2900万令吉的项目,意味着还有能力竞标更多项目。
在5亿2900万令吉的项目中,其中2亿4800万令吉是国内项目。

(吉隆坡4日讯)高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑股)宣布,旗下子公司--高峰私人有限公司,从Likes Bay Precinct私人有限公司的代表Arkitek TM手中,获得位于沙巴亚庇总值1亿1542万令吉的「Koums宿舍」第2期建筑工程合约。
高峰控股集团董事经理丹斯里郑福成指出,迄今,这项新合约推高公司未完成的合约订单至21亿8000万令吉。同时,该建筑工程需在28个月完成。
根据文告指出,这项新合约除了兴建一栋18层楼高的A区公寓外,还包括在公寓的首层建38个单位的店铺,以及在第2至4层设立497个停车位,而余下的每层建设4或6个单位(约750平方尺至850平方尺)。
在去年10月份,高峰控股从Likes Bay Precinct手中获得「Koums宿舍」首期的建筑工程合约,总值9658万令吉。
郑福成表示,自1994年7月份开始,公司已经完成总计18亿令吉的工程合约。在东马和特定的沙巴地区,该公司已经完成不少大型工程,如马来西亚沙巴大学的第2集会礼堂和研究中心、从甲必丹路(Jalan Sipitang)到丹南(Tenom)的大道、亚庇公寓(Jesselton Condominium)。
2014年,高峰控股获得总值约6亿4500万令吉的新合约,其中包括从汶莱房屋发展部获得总值约2亿8150万令吉的合约,在位于汶莱Kampung Lugu兴建1000单位的可负担房屋。

郑福成知恩感恩 领导高峰集团攀向高峰

丹斯里杨忠礼和黄珠圈,是郑福成特别要感恩的两位前辈,让高峰集团一举成名的青翠岭屋业计划,就是获得这两位他尊敬的前辈信任和提携,放账给他购买建筑材料,让他得以顺利渡过难关,他形容如果青翠岭计划不成功,他可能难以在建筑界,继续大展拳脚。
这起长辈扶持后辈,让后辈刻骨铭心的企业案例,也说明经商诚信的重要性,郑福成知恩感恩,就是一则很有意思的企业故事,毕竟这个社会锦上添花者居多,雪中送炭者少之又少;他特别强调“当初如果没有他们两位的信任和相挺,就没有今天的我”。
与员工打成一片
提到丹斯里最引以为豪的企业成就,他再次追述当年,高峰集团在印度承建,耗资5亿3200万令吉的三项道路工程,为集团开创一个全新的局面。
可是郑福成的成功,不只是财务上的盈利,而是与员工关系融洽相处的浓浓人情味故事。
这是郑福成一贯要营造雇主与雇员之间合作无间的关系,他在巡视工作场所时,能够兼顾工地工人的娱乐,除了一起进餐,用手吃咖哩饭之外,也安排露天电影场所,与他们一起欣赏印度电影,宾主共乐,打破印度阶级之分的概念,双方的关系就这样日益融洽起来。
凡事亲力亲为
更难得的是,郑福成会主动了解员工的家庭环境,有需要协助的家庭,他会送书包给员工的子女,并登门拜访工地附近的小学,代表公司捐献,尽量用真诚的心与地方上的人接触,让员工感受到老板的温情。
虽然花了很多时间,并亲力亲为,但郑福成认为要与员工打成一片,发挥更强大的团队力量,这一切都很值得他这样做。
高峰集团在印度建道路的工程,拥有一千余名当地的员工。
他说,能让这千多名员工为他赚钱,他适当地在经济上扶持他们,是很应该的;他在别人眼中,在不太可能赚钱的印度,结果赚到3000万令吉,从此奠定他往海外标建筑和道路工程的信心。
接下来,他凭着良好的人际关系,在泰国也拿到上亿令吉的房屋工程,但不是每一项工程都那么顺利,虽然泰国建屋工程顺利完成,却遇上泰国内部红衫军和黄衫军政治派系恶斗的问题;尽管工程完成,但收不到账,他惟有通过外交部的交涉,经过几番周折,才收到账,后来在泰国登场的大马建筑商,就没那么幸运,很多账都收不回。
马哈迪点名赞赏
另一个让丹斯里津津乐道的事情,由于他办事的效率,获得政府的赏识,国内外一些政府工程都让他负责承建,包括砂州立法议会,还有沙州立法议会大厦,也由他的公司承建。
他与时任首相敦马哈迪偶有见面交流的机会,马哈迪曾特别赞赏郑福成,因为他从未见过华裔雇主或华商,会资助属下的马来员工前往麦加朝圣。
郑福成说,高峰有数位巫裔员工退休时,由于他们在任时表现负责,尽忠职守,公司就赞助他们朝圣的全部费用,作为退休后的一种奖赏,这个举动让一位马来员工在集会上,抱着他感动落泪。
对郑福成来说,这些肯定员工的奖励,很多时候,都能带来很好的效果,他绝对是用心落实这些事情,让员工感受到公司对他们的感激;举例说,一位服务很久的女员工,由于只是负责冲茶等杂务工作,他就鼓励这位女员工,应提升自己,以信心接受服务柜台的接待工作,同时又能改善本身的待遇。
不忘服务华社
除了常与政府部门和高官维持良好互动沟通关系,郑福成不忘为华社服务,他曾领导福建社团联合会、永春联合会及无数的华校和非政府组织,但他从不言倦,他能游走和维系企业、华社和官方部门之间关系,这是不简单的繁杂工作。
不过,谈吐谦虚的郑福成却表示,只要好好分配和利用时间,虽然公私两方面的事务都那么繁忙,可是仍能谈笑用兵,以包容心和责任心应对一切。
