Description	PERKHIDMATAN PENYELENGARAAN PERKAKASAN, PERISIAN SERVER DAN APLIKASI SISTEM MAKLUMAT KASTAM (SMK) JABATAN KASTAM DIRAJA MALAYSIA
The Board of Directors of Edaran Berhad ("Edaran") is pleased to announce that Jabatan Kastam Diraja Malaysia has accepted the proposal by Edaran wholly owned subsidiary, Edaran IT Services Sdn Bhd (“Edaran IT”) to undertake the maintenance work of hardware, server software and application of "Sistem Maklumat Kastam" (“SMK”) for a period of 24 months at a total contract value of RM56.71 million (Excluding SST) (“Contract”). Edaran IT received the Letter of Award (Surat Setuju Terima) dated 29 November 2019 in respect of the above Contract on 3 December 2019.   The commencement date for the Contract is 1 September 2019 and will expire on  31 August 2021. This Contract has significant effect on the earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2020. The EPS is estimated to increase by 4.11 sen. Proceeds from the Contract shall contribute towards the earnings of Edaran Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2020. There is no significant risk in respect to this Contract. None of the directors and substantial shareholders of Edaran and Edaran IT has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Contract. In so far as the directors and substantial shareholders are aware of, no person connected with then has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.

Edaran IT accepted the Letter of Award (Surat Setuju Terima) dated 23 August 2023 in respect of the above Contract on 6 September 2023.   The commencement date for the Contract is 6 September 2023. Proceeds from the Contract shall contribute towards the earnings of Edaran Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2024 until 30 June 2027. There is no significant risk in respect to this Contract. None of the directors and substantial shareholders of Edaran and Edaran IT has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Contract.
