馬幣走疲拖累‧世紀教育前景謹慎

（吉隆坡22日訊）世紀教育（SEG，9792，主板貿服組）因馬幣走疲導致去年學生人數少約20%，管理層正採取措施扭轉乾坤，以期新生今年能增長13%，惟分析員認為短中期催化因素匱乏，盈利前景依舊謹慎。

肯納格研究會晤管理層後獲告知，管理層深信外國學生在馬深造更具成本效益、更多學生會在馬幣走疲後在馬深造，同時公共服務局（JPA）最近暫停獎學金後，從海外歸來的學生會選擇在馬繼續深造，因此採取多項具體措施來增加學生來源，有信心今年新生將增長13%。

同時，世紀教育預期在去年下半年調漲學費和降低行政成本措施下，未來賺益將更強，但肯納格卻唱反調，認為國內學生市場仍然疲弱，其去年下半年調高學費措施恐讓新生卻步。

該行預期學費調漲雖有望拉抬營業額至500萬令吉，惟預期學生人數將走跌，調低今明兩年淨利目標10.9%與2.2%至2千689萬和2千934萬令吉，連帶目標價也砍至99仙，維持“落後大市”評級不變。

马币弱．花费低．世纪教育留学生将升至35%

（吉隆坡2日讯）世纪教育（SEG,9792,主板贸服组）认为，马币走弱将吸引更多海外学生到大马升学，预期未来2至3年内海外学生比例提高至35%。

该公司董事经理丹斯里许志国日前在股东特大后对《星洲财经》表示，与欧美国家相比，大马生活水平较低，加上马币低迷，有助于吸引更多海外学生，因此该公司积极在周边国家、中东、中国等地积极招生。

“大部份的海外学生，就读3+0课程，该课程文凭价值等同于部份欧美大学，加上学费廉宜，对海外学生而言，具有一定的吸引力。”

许志国也表示，该公司与中国汉办合作，在世纪大学设立了孔子学院，相信可吸引更多学生到大马升学。

许志国补充，世纪大学是大马唯一设有孔子学院的私立大学。

许志国说，国际学生市场的潜力庞大，目前世纪教育的国际学生比率约25至30%，冀将比率提高至30至35%。

“世纪教育目前提供约200多项的课程，包括牙科及其他理工科，这类课程入学门槛虽然比较高，惟学院也可以收取比较高的学费。”

许志国也是HCK资本（HCK,7105,主板产业组）的执行主席，他表示，目前产业市场虽然低靡，但预期大马经济将在2年内复苏，届时可带动产业领域，因此影响不大。

HCK资本核心业务为产业发展。

早前，许志国向媒体表示，HCK资本持有320英亩地库，分布霹雳、巴生河流域与砂拉越。

“行情好之时，企业能赚钱，并没有特别之处，但行情低迷，企业仍能获利，才能证明企业具备营业能力。”
