Description	CN ASIA CORPORATION BHD ("CN ASIA" OR "COMPANY")- REGULARISATION PLAN
Reference is made to the relevant announcements in relation to the Regularisation Plan. On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has vide its letter dated 23 July 2018 noted that with the completion of the Company’s regularisation exercise, the Company has regularised its financial condition and no longer triggers any of the criteria under Paragraph 2.1 of Practice Note 17 (“PN17”) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”). Consequently, after due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the matter, Bursa Securities has decided to approve the application of CN Asia for the upliftment from being classified as a PN17 company. As a result thereof, the upliftment of CN Asia will be effective on 24 July 2018. Bursa Securities has reminded that a public listed company must on a continuing basis undertake an assessment of its financial condition to determine whether it triggers any of the criteria under Paragraph 2.1 of PN17 of the MMLR.
