味之素：多數所得將派股東 逾1.6億徵地案下月決定

（吉隆坡29日訊）味之素（AJI，2658，主要板消費）將在下月中的董事會議，就旗下土地被征一事作出決定，若接受約1.66億令吉的征地賠償，所得資金料大部分分發給股東；換言之，股東可望獲派更高股息。

吉隆坡土地管理局針對捷運第2路線（MRT2）工程，向味之素征用位于舊古仔路的土地。

味之素董事經理兼總執行長金子圭司說：“我們還沒確定是否接受有關賠償，公司將在12月中進行董事會議作出決定。如果接受這項征地建議，所得資金將供未來5年發展用途，但多數收益會分發給股東。”

他指出，售地所得資金將列入淨利表現，以公司實施50%股息政策而言，相信多數收益將以股息回饋給股東。

開始搬遷生產設施

根據味之素于24日向馬證交所報備文告顯示，有關土地獲得賠償數額為1億6599萬令吉。

有關被征用土地收購活動需在2017年6月底完成，味之素會于明年3月前，將涉及地段的生產設施，完成搬遷至主要工廠地段。

此外，味之素有意改變市場對公司印象，不僅停留在調味料，而是成為一家食品公司。目前，AJI-NO-MOTO占消費業務的85%，該公司希望在2020財年將貢獻份額降低至65%。

從2017財年開始，味之素將推出4項新類別業務，包括新食品文化、健康和營養，以及功能效益，並在2020財年貢獻銷售額5000萬令吉。這為味之素未來50年的持續成長，建立新穎和強勁基礎。

“現在我們不便透露實際產品類型，但我們會在明年與日本總部召開會議尋求批準。”

金子圭司說，新類別產品將在2017年12月推介，估計2018財年之后才作出貢獻，因新產品一般不會有即時貢獻。

上半財年銷售增4.5%
但今年不比去年好

雖然國內外經濟低迷，但味之素截至9月低上半財年銷售仍交出4.5%增長率，金子圭司認為這是甚好表現，但不會有如2015財年般強勁表現。

金子圭司相信下半年在更多節慶提振下，公司營運盈利料可達雙位數成長，淨利對營業額比例目標為14%到15%。

“中國業者在今年3月大勢進軍本地工業市場，受惠于低原料成本，公司產品具有20%更低的價格優勢。我們與中國味精有30%價差，但不會追求銷量，持續以品質為主。”

此外，沙地阿拉伯因油價下跌導致經濟放緩，金子圭司估計這股趨勢將持續兩三年。因此味之素在未來幾年，將把西亞出口市場的焦點放在其他國家，並尋求新市場如南非、摩洛哥、阿爾及利亞。

味之素以出口業務為主，但進口原料多採用美元計價，因此令吉貶值，卻形成相互抵銷作用。

此外，過去兩年味之素股價表現強勁，從5令吉漲至15令吉，但大股東持有超過50%股權，但金子圭司指出，目前沒有發新股來提振流通量的打算，也無意出售現有土地實現潛在價值。【中国报财经】



味之素否认接受征地赔偿

该公司昨日向马交所报备，日前《星报》有关味之素将把政府强制收购该公司三片位于旧古仔路土地的赔偿金额，拨出大部分作为股息派发给股东的报道不正确。

该公司强调，未决定是否接受赔偿，因此要议论赔款用途，言之尚早。

With reference to an article appearing in The Star Online entitled "Ajinomoto dividend windfall from land acquired by Govt" dated 30 November 2016 ("the Article") and in particular, the following statements appearing in the Article:- "Ajinomoto (M) Bhd’s shareholders could be in for a windfall, as the company says it will distribute the “majority” of the money received for part of its land in Jalan Kuchai Lama that will be acquired by the Government for the construction of the Mass Rapid Transit Line 2 (MRT2) project" “Back-of-the-envelope calculations show that a minimum scenario of 51% of the compensation paid out as dividends to shareholders would translate to a whopping RM1.39 per share” AJI wishes to clarify that the above statements are incorrect. However, as correctly stated in the Article, the Board has yet to make a decision on whether to accept the compensation award from the Kuala Lumpur land administrator (“Acceptance”). In view thereof, it will be premature at this juncture for the Board to confirm the intended usage of the proceeds which include, inter alia, the amount of dividend to be declared to the shareholders arising from the Acceptance. 味之素进军食品领域
放眼2020财年贡献营收7%

（吉隆坡31日讯）味之素（AJI，2658，主板消费产品股）在现财年部署多元化业务，至食品领域，放眼新业务科在2020财年时，贡献7%的营业额。

于2015年7月来马担任味之素总执行长的金子圭司，在今天的业绩和展望汇报会指出，为了增加公司增长来源，决定扩大业务范围，进军食品领域。

金子圭司计划在截至明年3月底的现财年，推行“掀开新蓝天”（Open New Sky）企业计划，将食品纳入大马味之素产品行列。

同时，设下在2020财年贡献7%销售额的目标，冀望2025财年再提高至9%。

这也意味，味之素在未来8年内的主要销售额来源，仍是味精产品。

他补充，味之素公司的其他市场，已开始销售食品，如泰国和越南。

持续扩大中东市场

“泰国味之素已推出了Birdy咖啡饮料，越南也开始销售薄煎饼（Pancake）混合粉产品，纷纷入驻饮食领域。”

不过，被问到将在国内推出的食品详情时，金子圭司指出，公司还未有作出最后决定。

“我们可能通过内部研发和推出食品，或者从邻近市场的味之素公司进口销售。”

在现有的销售额中，有65%的营业额来自国内市场，其余则来自国外，而中东市场为后者贡献最多。

金子圭司透露，该公司会不断在中东区域扩大业务规模，提高包括MASAKO调味粉和AJI-SHIO胡椒粉等产品的销售。

出席汇报会的包括行政总监卡玛鲁丁拉斯。

拟派1.13元特别股息

金子圭司指出，味之素在上财年已调整派息政策，从早前的派出40%净利，增加至50%。

这让2016财年的股息，提高至每股33.75仙，高于2015财年的20仙。

随着味之素在今年2月接获联邦直辖区土地局征地的1亿6599万令吉赔偿金后，建议派出每股高达1.13令吉的特别股息。

去年5月，味之素接获政府要求，强制收购三片位于旧古仔路的土地，以发展捷运第二路线（MRT2）计划。

金子圭司指，公司将会在6月杪按时迁出该土地；而完成派息后，剩余将用作营运开销和投资资本，包括上述提到的食品领域。

味之素今天收报21.80令吉，涨50仙或2.35%，成交量为15万5300股。

8年营业额上看10亿

金子圭司坦言，虽然进军食品计划有望提振长期营业额，但在短期内将会因新产品促销开支，而影响盈利。

他放眼，2025财年营业额能突破10亿令吉，成为国内10大食品企业。

除了推出食品外，味之素仍持续提升业务架构，优化企业开销。

金子圭司点出，大马味之素在过去3年成功节约达950万令吉，超出目标710万令吉。

而在未来3年内，公司持续降低成本，放眼再次节约700万令吉，并通过不同的方式，提升生产效率，但声称不会在员工方面下手。

味之素为也推数项举措，刺激营运盈利表现，包括停止产销表现不好的库存单位（SKU） 产品，提高促销活动的效率等。

味之素在大马销售的工业用途产品为123种，零售市场产品共有93种，当中以Ajinomoto味精最为畅销，国内市占率超过90%。【e南洋】

派息1.55令吉．味之素末季净利翻21倍

（吉隆坡29日讯）味之素（AJI，2658，主板消费品组）宣布派发高达1令吉55仙的股息回馈股东。

该公司今日宣布第四季业绩时，同时宣布每股派42仙股息及每股113仙特别股息，除权及享有日待定。

在业绩方面，由于高营业额及较低广告开销贡献，味之素第四季净利走扬2159.29%至1亿4895万5000令吉，带动全年净利增长359.61%至1亿8746万2000令吉。

第四季营业额增长4.25%至1亿1492万8000令吉，促使全年营业额增加4.93%至4亿1991万7000令吉。

该公司预计业务环境将维持挑战，管理层将继续专注策略销售、营销活动及管理生产成本。

消费工业销售推动
味之素下半年业绩更佳

（吉隆坡6日讯）次季净利大涨38%的味之素（AJI，2658，主板消费产品股）表示，有信心在3月31日截止的2018财年的下半年的表现会更佳。

董事经理兼总执行长山本直子，今日在汇报会上向媒体指出，2017财年全年营业额有望胜过去年。

“我们有信心，可录得较上财年更高的营业额。”

截至九月杪的第二季度，该公司净利增至1652万2000令吉，较去年同季的1201万3000令吉佳。营业额则年增16.22%至1亿1542万令吉，归功于消费者和工业业务销售的提升。

不过，累计首九个月，公司净利稍微下滑2.26%至2440万令吉；营业额则扬6.98%至1亿9802万令吉。

山本直子指出，双业务的销售将继续推动盈利增长；展望未来，公司也专注降低成本。

另外，她透露，公司也在计划多元化产品种类，希望可在未来两财年内推出。

“在泰国、越南和印尼的业务，已经进行相似计划，因此，大马也可从中参考学习。”

扩充中东业务

目前，国内销售贡献了味之素75%的营业额，而中东地区（以沙地阿拉伯为主）的出口销售，则占营收的四分之一。山本直子称，公司意欲扩充中东业务。

“我们在中东市场有优势，因为公司的产品有清真认证。味之素将会在该区继续扩展。”【e南洋】

味之素8608万买地建厂

（吉隆坡12日讯）味之素（AJI，2658，主板消费产品股）砸下8607万令吉，购入位于森美兰芙蓉的土地，面积近203万117平方尺（约188.6公顷），以建设新厂房来提高产能。

味之素今天向大马交易所报备，该公司于本月12日，与朝圣基金局和THP Enstek发展私人有限公司，达成买卖协议，向后两者购买上述永久地契土地。

该土地占地203万116.58平方尺，买价为8607万6943令吉，或每平方尺42.4令吉，由现有资金完成支付。

经独立估价师Messrs Jordan Lee & Jaafar私人有限公司估算，截至本月6日，其土地市值为每平方尺41令吉。

味之素指出，上述土地收购符合该公司长期发展计划，扩大制造设备规模，以满足市场日益增加对旗下产品的需求。

加强供应产品效率

据文告，味之素打算在新购土地上盖新制造厂房，料能加强供应产品的效率。相关发展成本，预计通过内部集资或贷款完成。

不过，现阶段仍处在初步规划，还未确定总发展成本和新购制造设备的开销数额。

受上述正面业务发展消息带动，味之素今早高开18仙，于19.80令吉开盘，盘中涨至19.98令吉。【e南洋】
