1. Introduction APB Resources Berhad (“APB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that Amalgamated Metal Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of APB, has on 23rd September 2022 received and accepted Purchase Orders from Desmet Ballestra (M) Sdn Bhd to undertake the scope of work which involves mechanical engineering, procurement and construction of pressure vessels and heat exchangers (“Contracts”). 2. Salient Terms The salient terms of the Contracts are as follows: (a) The scope of works estimated to be completed within eight (8) months. (b) The total value of Contracts is Ringgit Malaysia Eleven Million and Eight Hundred Thousand (RM11,800,000.00) only. 3. Financial Effects The Contracts will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of the Company. However, it is expected to have impact on earnings of APB Group over the financial year ending 30th September 2023. 4. Risk Factors The work and services to be performed under the Contracts are within the business scope of the fabrication division of APB Group and the risks are the normal operational risks associated with the said business. 5. Directors’ and Major Shareholders’ Interests None of the Directors and/or major shareholders and/or persons connected with the Directors and/or major shareholders of APB has any direct or indirect interest in the Contracts. 6. （吉隆坡14日讯）今日股价狂飙至涨停板价位的APB资源（APB,5568,主板工业产品服务组）出现股权变动，拿督管保达于6月13日在公开市场收购635万股股票或5.72%股权，崛起成为该公司的主要股东。

管保达是齐力工业（PMETAL,8869,主板工业产品服务组）大股东管氏家族成员，他是丹斯里管保强兄长，目前担任齐力工业和齐力科技（PMBTECH,7172,主板工业产品服务组）的执行董事。

APB资源今日股价暴涨，以全日最高价位2令吉92仙收市，共涨67仙或29.78%，抵达涨停板水平，为全场最大涨价股，成交量651万4000股。

董事部改组 委4名董事
另一方面，APB资源也宣布董事部改组，委任4名新董事，包括现年37岁的陈俊威担任执行董事，同样是37岁的廖伟业也出任执行董事，江伟伦担任独立董事，以及拿督斯里阿都拉欣出任独立非执行主席。

至于首席营运员陈田光、独立董事林桂容和蔡家诚（以上部分人名译音）则宣布退休，6月14日生效。

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(37) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of APB wishes to announce that the Company’s External Auditors, Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng PLT give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Group and of the Company except for the possible effects of the matters described in the following “Basis for Qualified Opinion” section of the Independent Auditors’ Report for the financial period ended 31 March 2024.
