In accordance with the Rules on Take-Overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions, the Board will appoint an independent adviser to advise the Company and the holders of the Offer Shares on the reasonableness of the Offer. The announcement of the appointed independent adviser will be made in due course. （吉隆坡19日讯）GSB集团（GSB Group Bhd）委任拿汀卓秀全为公司执行主席，取代被调任为非执行董事，今年59岁的Loy Kwee Keow。

现年52岁的卓秀全是Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd的执行董事，亦是拿督郑荣和的妻子，以及郑荣成的嫂子。后两者是GSB大股东Javawana私人有限公司的控股股东。郑荣和是Kerjaya Prospek的执行主席，而郑荣成是执行董事。

根据今日向大马交易所的报备，GSB称，卓秀全通过Javawana间接持有公司40.58%。

她的职业生涯始于专注在审计和税务的审计公司，之后她在一家建筑公司累积了20多年的经验。

今年5月18日，Javawana提出以每股13仙强制收购未持有GSB的59.29%股权，并表示GSB将继续专注在产业发展，并计划维持其上市地位。
