派红股送凭单 多敏股东获双红利
二零一五年五月二十九日 晚上十一时九分
（吉隆坡29日讯）多敏企业有限公司（DOMINAN，7169，工业产品组）股东们将获得双重红利。
该公司建议，以每持5股送1股方式派送红股。与此同时，它也建议配合红股发行而赠送免费凭单，派发比例是每持3股送1凭单。
另外，多敏企业宣布，其截至2015年3月31日止第4季的净盈利，下滑了24%至957万令吉，或每股6.96仙，比较一年前达1252万令吉或每股8.99仙。
不过，其营业额却由之前的1亿2374万令吉，提高16%至1亿4363万令吉。
虽然净盈利退步，多敏企业依然建议派发2015财政年每股1仙的终期股息，使其年度股息派发总额达每股5仙。
在致给大马交易所的文件中，多敏企业说，其制造部门录得186万令吉的较低经营盈利，惟营业额却增长。
“营业额成长主要是拜市场份额扩大和新发展产品所赐，让该集团持续成长。”
制造部门失色的表现，获得其分销部门的较高经营盈利局部抵消，后者于该季度脱售了位于蒲种的仓库获得赚益，以及写下不俗的表现。
在2015财政年全年，多敏企业的净盈利则萎缩3%至2243万令吉，而上个财政年则达到2313万令吉。
但营业额却从4亿7773万令吉，增加15%至5亿4761万令吉。【光华日报财经】

Dominan 7169（每三个月派一次股息+家具木材股）
Dominan是一家木材和家具板供应商(如Evergreen和Mieco)。 目前股价：RM1.80
目标价：RM2.20
单季EPS：RM0.07
把单季净利年度化：RM0.24
本益比：7.6
股息率：2.7%
【利好】
1）(内幕)公司刚跟Mieco合作,盈利将会上升
2）本月底将派发RM0.01本季股息，预计年底还会再派RM0.02
3）去年同期单季EPS RM0.09实际EPS为RM0.04（有RM0.05是资产重沽）;今年单季EPS为RM0.07
4）目前原料产品大跌，公司制造成本降低！
5）去年同期美金阅马币RM3.30, 现在为RM3.80, 对公司有利！(虽然出口只有10多%,但公司将提高到20%以上）
6）公司发行5送1红股和3送1红Warrant, 8月24日EGM将会获得股东放行！
7）年股息RM0.05随着盈利上升，未来股息有望达到RM0.07或3.8%股息率 (家具公司抢买板,公司受惠)
8）大本营在Johor, 其中一家子公司Bripanel供应木原料给家具城麻坡。
【风险】
1）散户持股颇高，波动可能很大
2）成交量不大，难吸引基金
3）缺少了官有缘或冷眼的垂青
【后语】
每季度都派息，目前很难找到。价格合理，在家具木材股里面是明显严重被低估了。同业如Evergreen和Mieco去年都还亏损，但是Dominan去年的盈利稳定，今年更大放异彩。比较Evergreen股价RM1.92, 单季EPS为RM0.039, 无股息,本益比12.3; 比较Mieco股价RM1.08单季EPS为RM0.015, 无股息,本益比18，Dominan已经严重被低估!
加上8月24日EGM将放行的红股和红Warrant，股价很快会补涨!(比较4送1红Warrant的Homerit, ex前RM1.50,ex后参考价由RM1.00涨到现在RM1.15,还白赚了现价RM0.60的warrant)

多敏提高木制品出口 冀2年贡献营收20%

（吉隆坡24日讯）多敏企业（DOMINAN，7169，主板工业产品股）将提高木制成品的出口量，放眼出口销量贡献的营业额，可在2年内提高至20%。
副董事经理兼总执行长黄玉春指出，随着大马家具在全球出口版图扩张，公司有意借助这股强劲趋势，带动营业额增长。
“我们计划把更多本身制造的木制成品，直接出口到东南亚区域，放眼将上财年15.5%的出口销量贡献，在未来2年提升至20%。”
他补充道，公司将积极在国际平台上，把产品推介给潜在买家，来提升出口业务的贡献。
“虽然泰国、印尼和菲律宾目前对销量贡献仍不大，但增长潜力可期。”
公司其它的出口市场，还有新加坡、澳洲、越南、太平洋岛国和印度洋国家。
红股凭单计划通过
另一方面，公司也把产品售卖给国内家具制造商，该业务在上财年带来了45%的营业额。
“我们具备充足的产能，来帮助本地客户进军新市场，而这也可提高我们的产品销量。”
多敏企业上财年总共派息5仙，规模达690万令吉，派息率为30.9%。
公司股东今日也在特大上，批准了派送红股与凭单的企业活动。
多敏企业将以5配1的比例，派送高达2750万股红股；再以3配1的比例，派送4580万张免费凭单【南洋网财经】。 |

（吉隆坡24日讯）多敏企业（DOMINAN，7169，主板工业产品股）宣布，子公司Jurihan有限公司在柔佛新山收购总面积4.049亩的地皮，总值910万令吉。
根据文告，多敏企业将通过内部集资和银行贷款完成这项交易。
