Risk Factors
There are no foreseeable significant risks other than operational risk associated with the Contract during the Construction Period.

Financial Effects
The Contract will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of Inta Bina.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of Inta Bina for the duration of the Contract.

The group intends to fund the Contract via internally generated funds and/ or external borrowings.

Directors' and Substantial Shareholders' Interest
None of the Directors or Substantial Shareholders of Inta Bina or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.

Directors’ Statement

INTA BINA GROUP BERHAD- NEW WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY
The Board of Directors of Inta Bina Group Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has on 26 January 2021 acquired the entire shareholding of a dormant company, namely Angkasa Senuri Sdn Bhd (“ASSB”) for a consideration of RM1.00 (“the Acquisition”). Following the Acquisition, ASSB became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

ASSB was incorporated on 14 December 2020 as a private limited company under the Companies Act 2016. The proposed business activities of ASSB shall be property development and investment.

The Acquisition will not have any material impact on the earnings per share, net assets per share, gearing, share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholding of the Company for
the financial year ending 31 December 2021.

None of the directors and major shareholders of the Company and its subsidiaries and/or persons connected with them, have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Acquisition.

The Board of Directors of Inta Bina is pleased to announce that Inta Bina Sdn Bhd (“IBSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inta Bina, had on 15 December 2021 accepted the Letter of Award (“LOA”) from Gamuda Land (T12) Sdn Bhd for the total contract sum of RM67,732,452.50 (“Contract”) only for Phase 1C-1 comprising of 203 units of terrace houses in the development called “Gamuda Cove”.

The Construction Period shall be for a period of 18 months and the Date of Commencement shall be on 15 December 2021.

Risk Factors
There are no foreseeable significant risks other than operational risk associated with the Contract during the Construction Period.

Financial Effects
The Contract will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of Inta Bina.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of Inta Bina for the duration of the Contract.

The Group intends to fund the Contract via internally generated funds and/ or external borrowings.

Introduction
