终于让我找到大马的世青赛参赛球员名单了。

世界羽球青年锦标赛 阿里夫谢丽雅专注单一项目
二零零七年十月九日 下午四时二十五分

(吉隆坡9日讯)在即将到来的世界羽球青年锦标赛中，我国男单莫哈末阿里夫和女单谢丽雅将只会参加一个项目。这项赛会将于10月24日至11月4日在纽西兰奥克兰举行。

这两人将是最后一次参加世青赛，他俩都希望能称王封后。

在今年7月在吉隆坡举行的亚洲青年锦标赛中，阿里夫和谢丽雅参加单打和双打赛事，结果这影响他们的表现。

周一在武吉加拉冠军体育馆训练完毕后，阿里夫称：“我依然记得在亚青赛决赛落败的伤痛(输给中国的谌龙)。当时，我感到精疲力竭。现在，我能够在奥克兰专注在男单项目上。如果能以世青冠军来结束青少年的羽球生涯，这将是一件伟大的事情。”

刚刚从踝伤复出的丽雅则渴望能在这项赛会中重振雄风。 去年在仁川市的赛会中，丽雅早早就被淘汰出局。

大马羽球总会周一公布了世青赛的15人参赛名单。这当中也包括了两个项目的有力竞争者─林钦华/麦喜俊(男双)以及亚青赛冠军陈伟强/温可微(混双)。

在去年的赛会中，大马阵营表现糟糕，仅有林钦华/麦喜俊杀进男双8强。

大马世青赛阵容：

男双：林钦华/麦喜俊、黄建国/吴伟升
女单：谢丽雅、郑静忆
女双：黄慧龄/吴柳莹、郑静忆/温可微
混双：陈伟强/温可微、莫哈末鲁迪夫/吴柳莹、林钦华/黄惠玲、英德拉马万/Ho Bee Ling

New Zealand Gain Pleasing Draw




New Zealand are in W pool,  section 2 which will playoff against W pool section 1 to go into final groups where placings are decided. W pool section 1 features defending champs, Korea who are one of the favourites for the tournament along with weaker sides USA and Mongolia.

Second seeds China are in the pool of death, Z 1 up against one of the fast improving nation, Russia and England who have been one of the historically better sides in the world juniors. In section two of Z are the strong teams of Japan, Chinese Taipei, Germany and Hong Kong who will all look at New Zealand's Pool and section with envy.

Y pool features Malaysia and Thailand as its seeded teams in it's sections while X has Indonesia and Singapore as it's likely leaders along with the steady European team the Netherlands.

Badminton World Federation Deputy President, Punch Gunalan believed the draw has many interesting aspects."New Zealand has not done too badly. If they are able to beat Australia that could mean they can finish second in their section and then score a win over the third team in section one which will have them finishing in the top half of the tournament. The real tough pool is Z which is going to have all of the nations looking at the draw in horror. China are strong, so are Hong Kong, Japan and Chinese Taipei. It will still be a good tournament for everyone as the sport is so big around the world. People in New Zealand may be shocked at the skill and the level of interest," he says.  

The New Zealand team was also released and features two players who live away from the stronghold of the sport in the northern regions. James Eunson the national junior singles champion and Anna Rankin are both from Southland.

Other team members come from Waikato, Oliver Leydon-Davis with Kevin Dennerly-Minturn, Delius Tang, Emma Chapple, Stephanie Cheng representing Auckland, Jessica Jonggowisastro and Melissa Leviana from North Harbour and Emily Ang, Ashraf Dhoray and Ethan Haggo from Waitakere.

"The pool we are in means we are going to have a very competitive tournament. We have got a very good group of players. They lack exposure outside of Australasia and this will get them that exposure and opportunity to develop on the international scene." said New Zealand team coach, TJ Weistra.

The event starts 25 October with the teams tournament followed by the individual titles which will be completed on 4 November. Around 300 competitors will take part in the event.

KLRC-BWF WORLD JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS 2007
Draw postponed

THE Badminton World Federation regrets to announce that the draw for the KLRC-BWF World Junior Championships 2007, which was supposed to be held on Wednesday, 17 October 2007, has now been postponed to 19 October 2007.

The postponement of the draw, for individual events, is due to the delay in finalising the seeding list for the championships.

The championships, which begins at the Trusts Stadium in Auckland, New Zealand on Oct 25, is divided into team and individual events and will end on 4 November 2007.

The postponement is regretted and the Federation would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused.

目前还没有超过19岁..所以还具备参赛资格..

原来王琳是1989年的，这么小噢。人家才18岁就已经是小金花之一了。
有了她，我看这次世青赛的女单桂冠应该没有什么悬念了吧。
