賬目稽查前後有出入‧科恩馬3年財測下調

（吉隆坡3日訊）科恩馬集團（KNM，7164，主板工業產品組）稽查後賬目與早前公佈的未稽查賬目有所出入，2012財政年淨利跌剩8千200萬令吉，較最初公佈數據低37%，大馬研究依此下調該公司未來3年財測。

大馬研究說，科恩馬上財政年稽查後淨利報8千200萬令吉，較兩個月前公佈的未稽查淨利低上37%，歸咎於5千萬令吉額外撥備，這意味該公司去年第四季實際上蒙受4千萬令吉虧損，並非當時公佈的900萬令吉淨利。

“科恩馬早前建議發行15億令吉伊斯蘭債券，惟該項目最終以失敗收場，讓人對該公司現金流和承包新工程能力感到擔憂。＂

該行直言對科恩馬未來展望有所保留，主要擔憂訂單填補進度和營運賺幅表現繼續疲弱。

大馬研究補充，雖然科恩馬成功收購英國彼得堡地皮，惟有關計劃何時開跑仍是個疑問，主要因相關發展計劃耗資量龐大，首階段料耗資2億3千300萬英鎊（約12億令吉）供發展35兆瓦廢料發電廠，次階段發展更預計耗資2億5千100萬英鎊（約13億令吉），發展另外55兆瓦產能。

該公司仍籌備讓新加坡子公司Borsig進行上市，以便進一步集資，惟該公司目前仍未呈交相關建議給當局，大馬研究估計Borsig上市估值介於18億至19億令吉之間，有偏高之嫌。

科恩馬目前以0.6倍賬面值交易，處於過去3年低點，大馬研究將該公司合理價定在49仙，給予“守住＂評級。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡2日讯）科恩马（KNM，7164，主板工业产品股）宣布，李瑞兴正式调任总执行长，拿督哈林则调任独立非执行主席。

科恩马向马交所报备，现年57岁的李瑞兴1990年创办科恩马，2003年6月14日正式担任董事经理。

目前，李瑞兴和哈林都是薪酬委员会成员，前者分别直接和间接持有科恩马2206万9641股和3亿5127万8179股，后者则直接持有204万3750股。

（吉隆坡10日讯）科恩马（KNM，7164，主板工业产品股）表示，仍未向新加坡交易所提呈Borsig GmbH的上市建议书。

投资者对科恩马兴趣料大减，因分析员报告中曾提及，该公司或有意将德国公司在新加坡上市。

与此同时，这项上市计划料能降低科恩目前近10亿令吉债务水平，带来重新评估的潜力。

科恩马总执行长李瑞兴表示，管理层正等待新加坡审计师的结果出炉，以便能执行上市计划。

“我们正等待审计师的回应。”

原定年初挂牌

《商业时报》报导指出，肯恩马已两度展延这项上市计划，原定计划在今年初。

无论如何，这将为该公司带来20亿令吉融资，比肯恩马当初16亿7000万令吉献购价稍高。

科恩马业务包括油气平台领域，公司在2008年以16亿7000万令吉购入Borsig；Borsig的主要业务是余热回收系统、淬火冷却技术和膜分离科技，并且是市场佼佼者。

Borsig是肯恩马的金鸡母，在过去3年按年为公司带来预计1亿1200万至1亿4100万令吉净利贡献。

在需求强劲、高产能推动下，李瑞兴相信，Borsig料能持续为公司带来正面贡献。

科恩馬 獲放貸1.3億

（吉隆坡16日訊）科恩馬（KNM,7164，主要板工業）獲大馬出入口銀行（Exim Bank）批准高達4460萬美元（約1億3400萬令吉）貸款。

據報導指出，該項貸款部分資金將用在科恩馬位于俄羅斯韃靼斯坦（Tatarstan）的供應硫磺回收裝置（SRU）工程中。

科恩馬今日亦向馬證交所報備指出，該項總值4460萬美元的貸款，主要保障公司旗下多項位于中亞國家，供應硫磺回收裝置（SRU）工程的合約功能。

“大馬出入口銀行給予貸款的期限長達30個月，或視合約的完成日期為主，視那項先發生。”

科恩馬旗下獨資子公司科恩馬程序系統（KNM Process Systems），于今年2月18日，獲俄羅斯上市公司TAIF發出一項總值1億3萬美元（約3億860萬令吉）的合約。

傳Borsig上市‧科恩馬一度漲11%

（吉隆坡22日訊）科恩馬集團（KNM，7164，主板工業產品組）今日引起市場關注，價量齊升，股價盤中一度揚升10.68%，創下近6個月的高位，市場普遍臆測是受德國子公司Borsig上市在望消息帶動。

科恩馬股價一度揚升5.5仙或10.68%至57仙，惟受套利干擾，以55仙高位掛收，起3.5仙或6.8%，共有9億9千860萬8千股易手，為全場第三大熱門股。

科恩馬投資關係員受詢時指股價受追捧，相信是因為市場對油氣股購興大增，而且德國子公司Borsig在新加坡的潛在上市案也有望落實。

“我們計劃在今年杪前讓Borsig在新加坡掛牌。＂

分析員估計Borsig的上市估值將介於18億至19億令吉，若科恩馬脫售在Borsig的25%持股權，則可藉此取得高達4億7千500萬令吉。（星洲日報／財經）

科恩馬7子公司獲3億合約

（吉隆坡30日訊）科恩馬（KNM，7164，主要板工業）子公司截至2月共獲得總值3億700萬令吉的合約。

該公司向馬證交所報備，子公司截至2月份已獲得7項合約總值3億700萬令吉，其合約內容皆為供應與運送工程設備及相關產品，這些合約為期3個月至20個月。

獲得這7項合約的7家子公司中，大多數為外國子公司，合約主要由國外公司所頒發，其中包括澳洲、中國和歐洲國家。

科恩馬指出，預計這些合約將貢獻公司截至本財年12月底和2014財年12月底的收益。

首季營業額下跌16.4%至4億8千961萬4千令吉。

科恩馬集團在文告中表示，來季將繼續開展強化成本效益和生產活動，效果有望持續正面，而歐洲業務料因訂單延續持續取得獲利，僅有美國業務將持續充滿調整，因此董事部對現財政年其他季度財政表現仍審慎樂觀。（星洲日報／財經）
