This Sukuk Programme together with the Sukuk programme, which was earlier announced by the Company on 12 September 2017 (collectively, the “BHB Sukuk Programmes”), will have a combined programme size of RM2.5 billion.  The proceeds to be raised from the BHB Sukuk Programmes may be utilised, where applicable, to finance future property development projects and capital expenditures, investments in subsidiaries and/or associates, working capital requirements, to refinance existing borrowings of the Company, to fund the reserve account to meet minimum required balance under the terms and conditions of the BHB Sukuk Programmes and pay fees and expenses relating to the BHB Sukuk Programmes. BHB had signed the agreements for this Sukuk Programme on 21 September 2017. This Sukuk Programme, which is an unrated sukuk programme, is implemented under Securities Commission Malaysia’s Guidelines on Unlisted Capital Market Products under The Lodge and Launch Framework. The tenure of this Sukuk Programme is 10 years. The proceeds raised from this issuance will be utilised to refinance existing borrowings and/or financings, to fund the reserve account to meet minimum required balance under the terms and conditions of this Sukuk Programme and to pay fees and expenses relating to this Sukuk Programme. 第3季淨利勁揚6.1倍 寶實得派息3仙

（吉隆坡30日訊）脫售種植土地所得收益帶動，寶實得（BSTEAD，2771，主要板貿服）截至9月底2017財年第3季，淨利按年勁揚6.1倍至3億1240萬令吉，宣布每股派息3仙。

配合業績宣布，該公司將在12月29日派發每股3仙中期股息，除權日鎖定在12月14日。

寶實得發文告指出，第3季營業額增22%至24億7190萬令吉。

該公司首9個月淨賺3億7590萬令吉，淨利比去年同期高出51.4%；營業額升21.6%，達72億3330萬令吉。

融資成本減低

寶實得指出，獲利大增主要因為早前以5億5500萬令吉脫售種植土地獲利所得，加上棕油產品售價提高，及融資成本減低，進一步支撐盈利表現。

原棕油價格在這9個月期間增長16%，至每公噸2871令吉；油棕樹鮮果串（FFB）產量因艾爾尼諾退去后有所提高，從去年增5%至69萬6668公噸。

同時，貿易與工業業務在9個月期間的盈利增至8700萬令吉，主要因為燃油價格走高，令寶實得石油營銷私人有限公司從高存貨中獲利。

重工業業務方面，因子公司Boustead Naval Shipyard進行的濱海戰鬥艦和其他修船工程進展良好，而轉虧為盈，取得2300萬令吉盈利。

藥劑業而言，儘管特許經營業務及印尼營運帶來正面貢獻，但部分生產線在次季暫時關閉，為提早獲得批准的商業化生產新產品作準備，令生產量減低，拖累盈利跌至3900萬令吉。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡22日讯）莫实得（BSTEAD，2771，主板贸服股）以1亿4351万3065令吉，向大股东武装部队基金局（LTAT）购买吉隆坡蕉赖柯克伦路（Jalan Cochrane）地皮，计划发展总值11亿4500万令吉的公寓项目。

该公司今日向交易所报备，独资子公司Mutiara Rini私人有限公司与LTAT签署买卖协议。

莫实得说，这是个适时的机会，购买处于强劲增长潜能地区、四通八达和设施基础建设齐全的地皮。

该永久地契地皮面积为6.59英亩，毗邻柯克伦捷运站，在MyTOWN购物中心对面。

现出租给捷运机构为现场办公室，直到2020年9月9日。

售地獲利5.6億 寶實得全年營業額破百億

（吉隆坡28日訊）脫售種植土地獲利帶動，寶實得（BSTEAD，2771，主要板貿服）截至9月底2017財年全年營業額破百億大關，達100億2010萬令吉，並取得11億令吉稅前盈利而刷新紀錄。

同時，該公司將在3月29日派發每股2.5仙中期股息，除權日訂在3月13日，使全年股息增至11仙。

該公司向馬證交所報備，全年營業額按年起20%，錄得100億2010萬令吉；稅前盈利增48.6%至新高水平11億令吉，全年淨賺4億6200萬令吉，按年上揚25%，主要因為脫售種植土地獲利5億5500萬令吉。

該公司末季營業額則上揚15%至27億8680萬令吉；淨利按年下滑28.7%至8610萬令吉。

寶實得副主席兼集團董事經理丹斯里洛丁在文告中指出，業績表現好主要由脫售種植土地獲利，及所有業務正面所帶動。再者，集團多元業務的性質，得以在充滿挑戰的環境中仍表現強勁。

種植業務成為集團最強勁的貢獻來源，除了售地獲利，油棕樹鮮果串產量增長，以及原棕油價格走高，也提高盈利。

該集團平均原棕油價年增9%至每公噸2810令吉、棕櫚仁粕平均價升1.8%至每公噸2505令吉。

MHS has entered into separate confidential agreements or undertakings with all the JOPs. The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of BHB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2018. （吉隆坡31日讯）Boustead Holdings Bhd在截至今年3月31日止首季（2018财年首季）转亏为盈，净赚610万令吉，上财年同期净亏400万令吉，归功于重工业业务、联号与联营公司报捷。

惟棕油产品价格下跌，导致现财年首季营业额按年滑落5.48%至22亿5000万令吉，上财年同期为23亿8000万令吉。

该集团宣布，派发每股2.5仙中期单层股息，将于7月4日支付。

对于最新业绩表现，Boustead副主席兼集团董事经理Tan Sri Lodin Wok Kamaruddin说：“无可否认，今年起步艰难，我们的一些业务受到了影响。”

他在文告中表示：“我们相信随着经济复苏并重新出现积极情绪，我们的多个业务部门将可度过难关。”

根据Boustead，种植业务的盈利下滑，主要是原棕油及棕仁的平均售价降低所致。

平均原棕油价格下跌21%至每吨2491令吉，之前为每吨3166令吉。平均棕仁价格则从每吨3204令吉，狂泻32%至每吨2188令吉。

金融与投资业务的盈利从2080万令吉，增至3080万令吉，得益于艾芬银行（Affin Bank Bhd）及Irat Properties私人有限公司的业绩报捷。

展望未来，Boustead仍积极看待今年的国内外业务。
