說真的，SSN現在的價錢要是和5/6月份的價錢比可說是很穩的了。

I just came through that time warp.
The land deal will net about $76M and $53M after taxes paying off 11.4M in debt; much of that value will be put back into the company during the next 5 years.
If as little as 10% were reinvested into the current then 5.3M/83.2M outstanding shares times a P/E ratio of 30:1 = a share price increase of $1.91.
During the remaining part of the year OCT10-JUN11 which entails 9 months of Gary production, 8 months of Rodney, 7 months of Earl with a 3000 BOE IP, monthly start at 1600 BOD then decreasing to 800 BOD by JUN11 would bring just under $21M revenue for FY11 that is with all working interests percentages applied.
That revenue adds $7.81/share; so with the 10% Reinvested ($1.91) that would add $9.72 to the current share price that would be within a few cents of the Samson report from the recent conference.
So whether Samson in slow in developing wells or not the remaining assets exist underground and thus the value is proven but not realized.
By June of 2011 Samson will make you proud.
If some the profit money is put into land investments in the ND area as in 6 more sections it would add $45M revenue less the operations costs. The 6 newly added wells very well maybe approaching 100% Working Interest. So the SSN value should start approaching double digits. |
