SUBSIDIARY OF MAH SING, OF 907 PARCELS OF RESIDENTIAL LAND IN KINRARA, SELANGOR
DARUL EHSAN, WITH TOTAL NET AREA MEASURING APPROXIMATELY 51.38 ACRES FROM MEDAN
DAMAI SDN BHD, FOR A TOTAL CASH CONSIDERATION OF RM178,396,136.15 (PROPOSED
ACQUISITION)
Further to our announcements on 9 July 2010, 3 September 2010, 22 September
2010, 8 October 2010, 11 November 2010 and 23 November 2010, the Board of
Directors of Mah Sing wishes to announce that Legend Grand Development Sdn Bhd
(Legend Grand) had on 24 November 2010 delivered the bank guarantee to Medan
Damai Sdn Bhds solicitors pursuant to the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 9
July 2010 entered into between Legend Grand and Medan Damai Sdn Bhd (SPA).
Accordingly, pursuant to the SPA, the Proposed Acquisition is deemed completed.
This announcement is dated 24 November 2010. |

大家都怕了那个bond，上个星期卖压非常重，让我得以捡到便宜货，拉低平均价。
现在暂时解套了。
我的目标价是2.20或明年三月前（可能大选），看何者为先。 |
