（吉隆坡23日讯）营业额和赚幅走低，多元电子（MULTICO，7004，主板工业品股）截至10月31日现财年首季的净利下跌35.7%至201万4000令吉，或每股净利4.54仙，上财年同期为313万2000令吉，或每股净利7.05仙。

代工生产（OEM）产品的销售下跌和降价，导致首季营业额下跌9.59%至2707万3000令吉，上财年同期为2994万4000令吉。

该公司指出，将继续通过产品设计和开发的举措，并寻求机会获得本地和区域新业务，以建立其收入基础。[南洋网财经]

多元电子获赔536万

（吉隆坡6日讯）多元电子（MULTICO，7004，主板工业品股）宣布，成功获得由杜春笃（译音）赔偿，总值207万6086.04新元（约536万令吉）的赔偿金。

该公司向马交所报备，该公司与旗下子公司Plasmet工业（马）私人有限公司，于2008年入禀吉隆坡高庭，提控12名人士和单位，追讨总值4418万8262.82令吉的赔偿。

多元电子是基于欺诈和失信等行为，向上述人士和单位提出控诉，杜春笃是其中一位。

2012年7月31日，法庭判决该公司胜诉，被告必须偿还多元电子总值4418万8262.82令吉的款项。

但杜春笃2012年8月27日离世，多元电子成功申请新加坡高庭谕令后，获杜春笃遗产受益人支付上述赔款。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡27日讯）多元电子（MULTICO，7004，主板工业产品股）在截至4月杪第三季，净赚472万令吉，或每股盈利10.63仙，较上财年同期的2034万9000令吉，按年大跌76.8%。

同季营业额则微跌4.7%，至2278万9000令吉，上财年同期报2391万3000令吉。

累积首三季，净利狂泻72.6%，至737万3000令吉，上财年同期为2687万7000令吉。

营业额则从上财年同期的8100万3000令吉，滑落3.1%，至7850万9000令吉。

业绩表现逊色主要因为代工生产（OEM）产品需求走软，以及营运成本高企所致。

（吉隆坡30日讯）客户需求滑落，加上成本高涨，导致多元电子（MULTICO，7004，主板工业产品股）2015财年首季由盈转亏，净亏184万4000令吉。

截至10月31日首季，营业额跌24.9%，报2032万6000令吉。

根据文告，营业额走跌主要是因为当季代工生产（OEM）的需求滑落。

由于营业额走跌，加上营运成本高涨，导致首季蒙受亏损，去年同期为净赚200万令吉。

該公司向馬證交所報備，這項合作將專注為印尼汽車製造商，發展、生產、營銷和供應多元電子工業現有產品。若雙方達成協議，將擴大合作範圍至其他電子、機電配件和系統。

（吉隆坡30日訊）多元電子工業（MULTICO，7004，主板工業產品組）提議進行內部重組，將把公司現有4千440萬4千700股股票，以1對1比例換取新成立控股公司-MCE控股有限公司的股票，藉此把上市地位轉讓給後者。

該公司透過文告說，在上述安排下，公司持股架構和股東權益不會受到影響，因只是以股換股，股票轉換價格待定。

多元电子供应普腾零件 料5年营收2.4亿

（吉隆坡23日讯）多元电子（MULTICO，7004，主板工业产品股）宣布，将为普腾（Proton）供应汽车零件，估计可在未来5年捎来约2亿4000万令吉的营业额贡献。

根据文告，该公司将为普腾子公司Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional私人有限公司旗下的车款，供应防盗系统、泊车感应器、功能开工、电源稳压器气筒和钥匙启动系统。

这项零件供应合约估计始于截至2016年7月31日财年的次季和第三季，为期5年，预计最初投资成本为155万令吉。

另一方面，由于原装配件代工生产（OEM）产品需求走高，带动多元电子截至10月31日首季，转亏为盈。

该公司当季净赚14万3000令吉，相较于去年同期净亏184万4000令吉。

营业额则按年上扬10.23%，从2032万6000令吉，增至2240万6000令吉。【南洋网财经】
