（吉隆坡30日訊）嘉利丹（KRETAM，1996，主要板種植）以600萬令吉現金，全面脫售Sri Timbul私人有限公司股權，或從中取得266萬令吉收益。

嘉利丹向馬證交所報備，獨資子公司KHB Realty私人有限公司，與Megapex私人有限公司簽署股權買賣協議，以600萬令吉現金，將Sri Timbul私人有限公司的全數股權，脫售給后者。

根據報備文件，考量到房產盈利稅（RPGT），料上述股權脫售將帶來約266萬令吉收益。

嘉利丹計劃將這筆收益作為公司的營運資本。

谁0。38进的就发达了。

可是就是发达到不懂为什么。。我以前的0。61都賺了。可是还没卖出去。

其他的棕油股都没起。。反而这个起。。而且在股市下跌时起了。。

老板也没换手交易。
可是volume突然变多。真费解。。又没消息。
Report又没大赚。难道就卖地250万盈利有这么厉害的效果?

Description	Proposed Bulking Joint Venture
Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 7 July 2014, 7 January 2015, 7 April 2015, 7 July 2015, 6 October 2015, 6 January 2016 and 6 April 2016 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcements. The Board of KHB wishes to announce that UDSB has received from RSB a draft Deed of Variation ("Deed of Variation") proposing the following major changes to the BJVA:-           1. The respective proportions in which UDSB and RW will hold the issued ordinary share capital of the JV Company from time to time shall be as follows –                                 Party                                                       Percentage                                 UDSB                                                           40%                                 RSB                                                              60%           2. The BJVA shall be inserted with a new Condition Precedent as follows –              "The relevant authority shall have issued separate land titles in respect of the lands which are the subject matter of the Pipe Rack Land Sublease." The Deed of Variation is now under consideration by the Board of KHB and an announcement will be made upon reaching a decision thereto by the Company. This announcement is dated 5 May 2016.

（吉隆坡6日訊）嘉利丹（KRETAM,1996,主板種植組）棕油倉庫聯營業務的股權分配有所改變。

嘉利丹在文告中表示，其子公司Usaha Dimega私人有限公司（UDSB）收到Rikaworth私人有限公司（RSB）的改變契約草案，建議在聯營計劃下，UDSB持有40%股權和RSB持60%股權，同時新加一項條款，即當局對涉及的土地應發出分開的地契。

該公司正在考量此契約變動，將在有決定後作出宣佈。

嘉利丹是在2014年7月宣佈，UDSB與RSB和Sawit Bulkers私人有限公司簽署聯營協議，通過這項協議，該公司將提供液態物流裝置（bulking installations）業務及管架（piperacks）系統。

UDSB和RSB將分別持有聯營公司60%和40%股權，聯營成本料4千零45萬令吉。（星洲網）
